Super hotel and loved stay longer. Very helpful reception. Got room with sea view and it was amazing view . Will back for sure 😊

The price was very reasonable, and the hotel was pleasant and offered good value for money.
The room was spacious and clean, and it looked exactly like the photos.

The room is tired, but the view is nice. It's not far from the night market, but the beach is a bit far. There's a small grocery store next to the hotel.

An older hotel, cleanliness is ok, the bedding is clean, the sea view is beautiful, a rooster wakes us up in the mornings, but that didn't bother us. It's a good value for the price, convenient location.

Good value for money, nothing more. There's a night market and bus stops nearby. There's no beach nearby.

The hotel is quite old. A nice bonus was a small shop nearby with better prices than King Kong, and a reasonably priced seafood restaurant on the other side. It's about a 10-minute walk to the night market. The room was cleaned daily.

Overall, I liked the hotel. The sunsets were amazing, and the room was cleaned daily and very tidy. It was spacious and bright. I'd definitely go back, but there are a few 'buts'...

There's no proper desk and chair, not even one. Our room didn't have a single chair, though I saw other rooms did. I would have extended my stay if there was a desk, as it's hard to work without one. There were also issues with the water. I only had truly hot water once during my 7-day stay; the rest of the time it was just lukewarm. It wasn't critical, but sometimes you just want a really hot shower. One evening, around 8 PM, both hot and cold water were completely shut off. The guy at reception spun a tale, claiming there was no water on the entire island of Phu Quoc and he had no idea when it would be back. Yet, the hotel across the street clearly had water. He just lied, basically. Luckily, the water came back in the morning, otherwise, you couldn't even use the toilet or shower.

Couldn't travel due to document loss but they didn't help

The room is clean and spacious and the view worth the price. The front desk staffs are nice also.

However, the hotel is just a little old.
