The room was quiet and the location felt safe. We ran out of toilet paper every day so it would have been nice to be given more than one roll per day. The air conditioning was very strong, almost too strong at times. The coffee provided at the breakfast buffet was always cold, even after we complained. My wife poured a glass of fruit juice that had bugs in it (see photo). We were told the tour we wanted to book was not available on the days we were there.

Not recommended for travellers with old folks as the bathtub is about 50cm high, with 2 marble-layered steps (very slippery).
It provides a list of costing for all amenities, including Aircon and the fridge (first time I encountered), in case the customer causes any damage. Then, the TV remote control is cracked with 2 big holes, Aircon control not working properly and a damaged 3 seater sofa.
After 11pm, nobody will answer the phone.

Checked out 2days early! Staff at reception very unwelcoming and not pleasant.... Rude...
no customer service or even eye contact when speaking to them.Room basic with a very hard mattress and safe that didn't work.
Pool is shady and noisy from a generator next door that goes off all the time and staring at what looks like a warehouse. Work going on in the hotel so main doors closed to pool.«.
Satisfactory Breakfast selection but checked out early as lack of sleep from the unbearable mattress and general lack of feeling welcome or atmosphere.wouldn't stay again. Far better properties at a lower rate.

The interior renovation noise was so loud throughout my stay that it was hard to relax. They also didn't change the bath towels. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Delicious breakfasts, a large but cold pool. There's no real grounds to speak of (just two buildings and the pool). The beach is a 5-7 minute walk away (towels are provided by the hotel), but sun loungers cost extra. There are many diverse cafes and restaurants nearby.

Overall, it was pretty good, with the excellent location being the main highlight. However, expect it to be significantly pricier during peak season compared to off-peak.

Our rooms had a bad smell. There was no choice for breakfast. Also the food was cold and some of it was dry. The pool was cold. The elevator was busy. We spent 4 days in a miserable state. The bar on the top floor didn't work. The room didn't have hot water. It was really uncomfortable.

Good atmosphere, nice staff and amazing food! I’ve tried both the beef and vegetable pad thai and they’re both delicious! I can also recommend the smoothies and the caramel frappe.
You can sit on the balcony, looking out over the sea or one story down, sitting in the sand. Great place to come for dinner or for an afternoon tea. Worth a visit!

I loved this place because of its location. The view is wonderful! Always had a chance to sit facing the ocean.
Their coffee is not bad, breakfast banh mi is only 40k.
I wish they had more vegetarian options.
Didn’t like their pumpkin soup.
Staff is friendly although their English is not the best.

Place lived up to the hype of the reviews. Quick service and a large selection of delicious food and drinks. Not to mention quite the spectacular view. Would highly recommend.

Came in for lunch during quieter hours and literally had the place to ourselves and pick of tables for the amazing view I read about in other reviews - they weren’t joking, spectacular! Loved the design & layout of the menu, so many drink and food choices with great fusion of Vietnamese & Western.

I ordered a Blue Coconut Latte, the Chicken Pad Thai and Crispy Calamari. Excellent portion size, flavors and presentation. My friend had Beef Burger and Fries - two thumbs up.

Friendly staff made us laugh and responded promptly when the tartar sauce was missing from calamari, overall great vibe

Overall prices are higher than street vendor (35K for coconut water compared to 10K on street) but worth it. Will be back at sunset to try another cocktail!

Beautiful place for lunch. Lovely beach view and very friendly staff. We came at a quiet time so we got our meal very quickly. The food was delicious and so were our drinks. It’s more pricy (5-20NZD) than local food but definitely worth it.
