The pool was good for the kids. The staff were friendly and helpful. The host, Thuy, helped organise transport and was always responsive with other queries

Close to night market. Room is good but it old. towel is not good. but it is clean. Breakfast is good.

The disadvantage is that the road leading to the restaurant and swimming pool is a bit difficult, so seniors should be careful. All in all, it’s good, thumbs up!

Housekeeping was spasmodic; sometimes early AM, sometimes late PM. Needed to request replacement towels and toiletries on a couple of occasions. Air con needed attending to twice although problem was resolved each time

My wife and I stay at Valley Village 4 days. We booked a pool view bungalow, service was flawless, breakfast was decent, a special thanks to Tâm and Phát for making our stay a pleasant one. I do recommend this resort.

Very nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Phu Quoc, but close to everything. The garden is beautiful and the pool very pleasant. We had a very large family room with two bedrooms

Very nice hotel which is quite new. The location is good, the city and the night market are in walking distance. Many bars and restaurants are in walking distance as well. The staff is very friendly and always helpful

I stayed there for christmas and even have been invited to a christmas party and a nice seafood buffet foc. I definately recommend this hotel when you search for a location close to the city

This is a wonderful guesthouse on the island! We stayed there for three weeks. Everything was wonderful! The room was clean, towels were changed and the room was cleaned every day

Beautiful room with plenty of furniture and amenities to compliment your needs. The stay is close by to many great street food vendors and away from tourist bound prices.

The host is very friendly and always helpful! There's also a wonderful poodle living there! I was very pleased with the convenient location and low price

Reasonable price, not near center area but easy to go to other places (Ghành Dầu, Hàm Ninh, An Thới...) by motorcycle. Ms Quỳnh - the receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

Be careful when using the laundry service as we had items go '"missing" just dont take expensive items of clothing with you on your travels ! Life does go on!

It was also easy to hang clothes to dry. However, I opted for the hotel's laundry service, which was very reasonably priced, I think it was VND50k for 1kg. They charged based on the total weight over multiple days

Even my swimwear and jackets were washed by the hotel, which was very convenient 👍 Breakfast was delicious, especially the Vietnamese noodle soup, which was excellent

It varied daily: beef, beef balls, chicken, and fish slices. I was surprised at how tasty the fish slices were 😋😋 The buggy can take you to the main street

I handed my laundry to the front desk in the morning before breakfast, and it was back in my room by the evening

Actually, it's not far to walk; we walked to Long Beach Mart to buy souvenirs and ate at nearby restaurants, which were all good. There are also massage places all along the street

Hotel staff was very much cooperative and friendly and they helped us for everything we wanted, hotel location is very good, breakfast is good and we are vegetarian so they arranged vegetarian food for us, can move around hotel in shuttle car

The BEST hostel I have stayed in. Friendly and incredibly helpful staff- each and everyone of them! They are always ready to ask you about your stay or the FREE breakfast or the room or swimming pool

There is a swimming pool which always in good condition with bungalows around. Friendly staffs, delicious food. Rental scooter service is available. Their villas have just been completed

However, it was a bit disappointing that it was too far and complicated to walk from the VinBus stop. The swimming pool was in good condition, the pastoral atmosphere was nice, and the two dogs were friendly

Overall, I was very happy. The store owner was enthusiastic and helped with seafood processing. The courtyard was quite large, but the path was a bit cautious, but it was still a perfect end to the trip.

If you are looking for a secret hideaway from the likes of Ho Chi Minh hustle. Everything is fabulous about this place(but then again it depends on what a tourist is looking for)

King Kong was a 30-minute walk. The pool is a 5-minute walk from the hotel and belongs to another hotel. We didn't particularly like the pool; it was a bit dirty

For its price, this is a wonderful hotel. It's located in a quiet area, and the beach is just a 15-minute walk away. You can rent a scooter at the hotel to explore the island

There's a lively street nearby with restaurants catering to all budgets. The staff are very responsive and helpful. You can also exchange money here at a decent rate

There was only one downside: we stayed on the 4th floor, and the water pressure was low, plus the drain was a bit clogged

We sometimes had breakfast in our room on the 5th floor, which cost 70k VND per person, and was about a 3 out of 5. The nearest cafe was a 15-minute walk away, and we went to Grand World for the beach

A little corner of paradise in Phu Quoc. ! Not to mention the impeccable cleanliness, perfect breakfast and the cuteness of the place, everything is perfect! 5 days there but we would have preferred to stay a lifetime

The sap facilities are complete and the experience is super comfortable. The service of the staff is impeccable, they are thoughtful and enthusiastic, making us feel the warmth of home throughout the whole process

The hotel is great the staff personnel a friendly and helpful. Located not far the main road, around the corner are places to eat and buy some groceries. A supermarket is located on the main road 1km away

The sea view room we stayed in this time was amazing! The room has a great sea view. You can see the magnificent sea by opening the window. The sunlight shines on the sparkling water, which is beautiful
