My bungalow room was spacious, but there was a sewage smell that I asked to have fixed for two days. The sea in this part of the beach is definitely not for swimming; it smells of sewage and fish

Only these big hotels offer top-notch service, from the tone of their voices to how they handle things, everything makes you feel very comfortable! It was an experience that was well worth the money, and you absolutely CANNOT miss the sunset! This pool design is just gorgeous!

Free airport shuttle: 10-15 minute drive from the airport. I emailed them in advance and received a prompt reply. It felt great to be able to get on the shuttle right after clearing customs

The location is excellent; there are so many shops, restaurants, massage places, and coffee shops nearby. It's lively and feels very safe. The hotel staff were quite enthusiastic

Delicious breakfasts, a large but cold pool. There's no real grounds to speak of (just two buildings and the pool). The beach is a 5-7 minute walk away (towels are provided by the hotel), but sun loungers cost extra

Pool is shady and noisy from a generator next door that goes off all the time and staring at what looks like a warehouse. Work going on in the hotel so main doors closed to pool

Nice place with lots of amazing experiences as well as interesting moments from head to toe. Especially Khem beach, it's the most fabulous beach I've ever seen. Long beach, white sand and really natural

It's totally different from Duong Dong town, between a commercialized town and a potential town to promote tourism like An Thoi. Paralia is really suitable for people that fall in love with quiet and fresh nature

On the downside, the windows overlook the wall (I always wanted to sleep), poor sound insulation, and you can hear people walking in the hallway and in the next room

For improvement, it would be good to have more options for kids, and to provide milk at breakfast instead of having to ask for it. Overall, a very pleasant stay

I went to the airport early in the morning on my last day. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The only downside is that the door is heavy. You have to pull it up to close it

Great place to come and relax. It's not on the ocean but close. They take you by golf cart if you want. Their food is great and it's a very peaceful! Custom service is also very good! Pool is great!

I read reviews, they were mostly negative, but now in 2025 I decided to visit, because the location is excellent, the center of the island and all the infrastructure is nearby, the same King Kong is within walking distance, the night market, plus the price is budget

There are many restaurants as you walk out the resort on the left and right. The hotel complimentary airport pickup and drop off both ways which is really a plus sign. Breakfast is also provided free
