Pros: Location - beachfront and a nice, beautiful beach. They generously provide towels, and they provide plenty of them every day. Beautiful grounds, very green

My impression of the hotel was good. It's a shame there wasn't enough space around the pool. The grounds were well-maintained. Attentive housekeeping.

Still very satisfied, the location is convenient and you can rent a motorcycle.

But there’s a big NO for me location wise - we stayed there for 8 nights, and everyday the sea smelled like sewage

Towels were changed every time. Towels for the sea at the reception, take as many as you want, no one counts. Convenient location in the center, a lot of things around, cafes, shops

We stayed at the hotel in December 2025. We liked it, even though it's not new, but overall, everything was fine. The room was cleaned periodically

Free bus stop, night market within walking distance. The local market is also nearby, you need to cross the bridge and everything is sold there much cheaper, the same huge mango was bought for 17-18 thousand

We had a trip to Phu Quoc Island, and Ngoc Chau Hotel was a great choice. It's centrally located with convenient access to dining options.

The rooms are like in the picture, basically clean, we did not find fault, of course there are stains and all that, but it is clear that everything is washed. Every day cleaning, even the floors were washed

The hotel is good, we were there in 2019 and came again. It has become a bit dilapidated during the Covid times, but it is not critical

We stayed in a bungalow, everything seemed fine, and you could swim in the pool in the evenings. It's located uphill, so it's good for those who enjoy walking.

Simple hotel with a garden view and a pool, kids can play around the garden in the morning and jump into the pool in the afternoon

Decent hotel. Clean pool. It's a 30-minute walk downhill to the sea. The Wi-Fi is good and stable. Breakfast is simple but tasty. If you have a bike, it's a great place to stay.

The price-quality ratio is decent. Excellent pool and a great view. The outdoor toilet is definitely unique, an acquired taste perhaps.

Lovely resort but be aware you are on a steep hillside and the main street with shops, restaurants are only 6-8 min walk downhill

We stayed at the hotel at the end of March. The weather was lovely (sunny with no rain). The pool is clean; it's cleaned every morning and maintained throughout the day

The rooms are massive, spacious, clean, and cozy. The shower is a story in itself – it's so big we were really surprised, fantastic! Breakfasts are great, plenty of options, fresh-squeezed juices, and delicious coffee

Had such a wonderful time in La Mer resort. Didn’t realise it was in a good location when I booked online. Just few mins to town, amazing beach bars and restaurants

However, the hot water supply was limited and the water temperature wasn't high enough; if this bothers you, please consider carefully before choosing this hotel

The staff were all very friendly, and they offered luggage storage. It was excellent value for money, with a nice and unique environment

As with any resort, beach/pool chairs can be difficult to get if you are not early enough

On the bed, there were two adorable towel animals that made the room feel even more welcoming. The food at the hotel was also very tasty👍🏻 Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

However, when we reached out to customer service, they promptly addressed the issue, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. Our children have truly taken a liking to this place, finding plenty to enjoy

Very happy to be there the room so spacious and staff was nice too, only I checked in after 3:00 pm the welcome give or fruit patter sever a bit late for me Shuttle bus service to airport very convenient I only stay for 1 night as my flight was postponed to another day

the pool - I do not recommend it at all))) we did not even go near it, since the water in it was always green

It is close to downtown Duong Dong. It is about a 6-minute walk from King Kong Mart. It is a bungalow style with a local Vietnamese feel. Don't expect much from breakfast, and think of it as fruit or rice noodles

If you have children, I recommend preparing rice and seaweed soup (King Kong Mart has most Korean food). The alley to the entrance is a bit narrow and dark, but it should be fine if you are going to take a Grab

There is a window in the bathroom, but there is no separate ventilation, and the air conditioner filter was very dusty, so it seemed to need maintenance

The bedding was relatively clean, and if you are looking for cheap accommodation, it seems to be a good choice

It was a great stay at Miana specially hiew was great he help me got ice cubes because i got hurt in leg and chef linh she helped us to get great food she was too good in service very much helpfull

The pool is really nice however it has unmarked hidden steps which were really slippery, again, not particularly well thought out. Being 100 meters from the road and behind other buildings, it is quiet

Location is good for bars, restaurants and beach access. [across a busy road], but short distance. There is a pool, the area surrounding the pool could do with a tidy, but pool's good for a quick dip

Covid made it hard for the resort, but it's not the reason customers didn't get good service, we liked it about Miana. Felt like at home 'cos trees, flowers and plants were around us

Our mom and dad used to stay here, and suggested Miana to us, and it was indeed a good experience

Taxis don't drive up to the property, the alleyway is too narrow. it's a slight incline but we managed to drag our luggage

My wife and I had a rest in February 2025. A wonderful place, a clean pool, right behind it is the sea! Very hospitable hostess Lena! Delicious breakfasts and lunches! We will definitely come to this hotel again!

The light bulb on the balcony in the room did not work, they immediately changed it and even treated us to fruit. Keep in mind that there is no beach nearby, you can't swim in the sea, but the pool is great

If you are looking for R&R then Mango Beach Resort is perfect. The East side of the island has the best beaches and is quieter than the west side. Everything here was perfect for us

We slept in the villa with a sea view. The hotel manager and the hotel manageress are very friendly and can speak English very well

I stayed here for two days with my friends and family. Except that it was a bit difficult to call a taxi, the price-performance ratio is really good. It is suitable for families who like a quiet vacation

There is a pool, but without a single shade, no umbrellas. The rooms are very tired, you don't want to walk around without slippers. There is breakfast, there is a choice, but I couldn't find anything for myself

The room was not very clean and there were a lot of mosquitoes, but considering that you can snorkel right outside the beach, you can still choose to stay here, after all, the price is there

Phu Quoc Island is really great!

The breakfast was good, and the front desk asked you to choose what to eat before check-in. The guy spoke very good English and really spoke very fast

There are tennis court and clear pool with sunbeds and umbrellas at backyard, good but a bit expensive restaurant, very good location with plenty of caffes and bars around

Stayed here 4 nights, breakfast is ok the rooms are spotless and all at a good price, no hot water reported it but nothing done apart from a couple of small problems it’s ok, not sure if I would return to this hotel on my next trip

I have been there just only for a diving conference with padi association from Australia, intended for the diving centre's and operations. great allocation, near the main street in the island calls Boulevards street

The hotel is excellent for the price. It has a 24-hour reception, a swimming pool, bike rentals, and more. It's a bit far from the beach, but not too far

There's a laundry, restaurants, and massage parlors along the street. The room was fine for a hotel of this class and price. The furniture was adequate, the plumbing worked properly, and there was a balcony

The only downside was that there were ants in the room, but they're everywhere here, so I wouldn't consider that a major drawback. I chose this hotel as a stopover for my onward journey and stayed for two days

The room was really nice except for a slight musty smell that needed to be aired out (but airing it out would allow mosquitoes to get in). It was spacious and reasonably priced

I didn't notice anything particularly alarming during that time. If you're on a budget and enjoy exploring, you can definitely stay here

Honestly, everything was perfect – it's close to everything, quiet, and there's a delicious cafe right under the windows. The market is just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable, and cozy

The location was nice, and the pool was great. We had a villa, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We couldn't use the loungeroom or shared spaces as it was hot, and the windows were just cut outs with flyscreen over them

Location is very good, close to the night market. There are many restaurants and local places around which is good point. The room was and internet was fast. There were no loud noises at night. We rested well.

The stay was not very good overall. Unfortunately, the bed sheets were stained with yellow spots, which was disappointing and affected the comfort of the room

Beautiful resort with a swimming pool on a private beach. We stayed here nearly 2 weeks and loved every minute. The family running the resort are very friendly and made us feel at home

It's suitable for a quiet, peaceful getaway. Be aware that there's nothing else nearby! There's one cafe close by, the food is good, but prices are inflated

There's also nowhere to eat; the KiKI bar next door runs a scam, it's expensive and not tasty, so I wouldn't go back. Anyway, we left in the morning and returned in the evening. I wouldn't go back a second time

Toothbrushes, shower caps, cotton swabs, even a disposable razor and combs are provided 👍🏼. Bottled drinking water and instant coffee are also available. Breakfast isn't lavish, but there's enough to eat

I stayed there for 5 days and want to say it’s really very nice place. The hotel is in the middle of the island and if you want to go to the north it’s closer, south as well. So basically the location is very convenient

It was a very average stay, we needed to ask the staff to clean out the room properly as it was very dusty and the closet was covered with tick dust inside! Our cottage was next to the stuff house and every night and early morning it was very loud so we could not rest properly! They did not care that we were just next to them and they were shouting and talking loudly at 6am and 7am :/  The nearby beach...

You'll need to take a taxi to get around; we only walked to a massage parlor. For other things like food, you definitely need a taxi as there aren't many restaurants or shops clustered nearby

The facilities are a bit old, but it was the cheapest hotel with a sea view I could find. The furniture and bathroom fixtures are quite dated, but at least it was clean

The mud bath is right next door, and the breakfast was indeed plentiful and very satisfying!

There are a lot of Koreans, so I like it that much hehe It's good, but Koreans find it like a ghost There's no such thing as a bit boring at night This is a very good accommodation

I recommend you to make reservations even before your visit. It seems like almost always full-booked. Staffs were attentive and the massage skill was excellent.

Friendly staff, did a good job. I used to do face, back, feet. You should book an hour in advance for the staff to arrange.

Be sure to use the kayak and massage service :-)

One overlooked the pool, the other the jungle. The bus is 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. Be prepared that you may be placed in a room other than the one you booked, you will have to prove and wait until you are moved

It seems that this is the practice with many tourists in this hotel. Similar problems were voiced by other people. Pros of the hotel: good tasty breakfasts, nice pool, close location to the beach

But you should keep in mind that the impression of the hotel can be spoiled by the room, because the rooms are different in size and location. People often complained about the smell in the room
