The service is very good, the only drawback is the location is remote in the rural area, starting at 4 am the next door neighbor raised chickens started to crow until noon are still crowing, get poor sleep quality

We stayed as a family for 10 nights. The room was cleaned every day in the morning between 9-11am, which was great. We tended to eat the eggs, Pho soup and fruits each morning

We had a wonderful morning at Sun World. We started our journey at the Hon Thom Cable Car Terminal, which was modern, clean, and efficiently managed

The terminal had comfortable waiting areas and offered stunning ocean views. The ticket included a complimentary beer, and the service staff at the restaurant and throughout the park were courteous and helpful

It is the longest cable car ride according to the Guinness book of world record! There were on-site cafés and shops where we could relax and take in the surroundings

The washrooms were clean and well-maintained, and there were thousands of visitors a day. The cable car ride itself was spectacular

The cafe/bar near the pool is open till 9 pm, you can enjoy your dinner at resort itself if you don’t feel like leaving the resort for dining

We had our return flight at 7am in the morning & the staff offered us to pack our breakfast at 4:30 am in the morning, we were really touched by this extended support by the staff, however we politely denied their offer as we did not want to bother them

We stayed at Santa Garden Resort during our Vietnam trip, and it was by far our favorite place. The garden is beautiful and well cared for, and the small bungalows are set in a peaceful, green environment

On the brighter side, the private swimming pool in our villa was clean and spacious enough for 4-5 kids to splash around and have a blast—we made some great memories there

Perhaps because we were just one family using only the master bedroom on the second floor, but while the water pressure was great everywhere else (at the sinks, bathroom vanity, and bathtub faucet), the shower pressure was unfortunately quite weak, which was a bit of a shame

The King Kong market is overrated and overpriced , try to visit long beach market instead. The rooms are cleaned every day. However, the glass of the window with the sea view was really dirty

I also recommend you visiting different beaches , because the Long Beach is not that nice as other ones

The bathroom is never ventilated even with the window fully open, which is why there is a constant musty smell. Old and thin towels, sheets and pillowcases, almost yellow in color

Breakfasts are not very varied, but delicious. There is nothing nearby, only jungle, but 300-400 meters away there is a local street with cafes and massages, you can take a bike for free at the reception and go there

Beautiful hotel area located on the beach. Each room has its own terrace from which you can see the sea. Good varied breakfasts in a wonderful restaurant on the beach. In the evening you can admire the sunsets

The sea is clean, the beach is clean. On the downside, the plumbing does not work properly, in particular the toilet does not flush well

The beach, the swiming pool, the restaurant and bar and close shops offert a kind of all included journey at very good price. Mango Bay is very close to Ancarine, and so offers more options for lunch or dinners

Great simple resort, the private beach is large with plenty of space for all guests. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bungalows over the river are particularly nice with a small terrace and an original bathtub

The room itself clean and tidy, towels of all kinds for every need, AC is positioned the right way so it doesn’t blow directly at bed, an extra rack for wet clothes and towels, cold refreshments in the fridge

A great hotel for those with their own transport. It has a lovely green area, a large saltwater pool, and a good gym (which is open 24/7, by the way).

If you are a looking for a quite place Rainforest is the best choice for you. Away from the crowd away from noise and endless noises in the city center

There's a big pool on site and a self-service laundry. You can also rent a scooter right there for a reasonable price without a deposit

The swimming pool generator is super loud if you can't sleep with constant noise.here I felt constant vibrations. The ac is also loud. The rest was good 👍

We loved staying at this hotel so much that we wanted to extend our stay, but the reception couldn't find any availability for us

In our room, the showerhead was broken and loose. There's a small pool, but it seems like they don't change the water. As for breakfast, the menu changes a bit, and the taste is pretty good

The hotel also has a pool, and you can see the sea from the balcony. For 350 RMB, including breakfast, it's really great value for money

Plus, the location is excellent! I extended my stay for another day, and it was almost fully booked, it's incredibly popular. Many of the guests are Europeans, and quite a few are long-term residents

It's super close to the beach and the two biggest supermarkets, so it's clearly a favorite. Check-in and check-out were lightning fast! Definitely a thumbs-up!

I went there on new year holiday of 2022 but it seemed really understaffed, the restaurant only opens for breakfast, bar and pool closed at 7pm. Staffs are super friendly and helpful

My parents both raved about this hotel during our trip to Phu Quoc! The service was excellent. It's just a short walk, maybe a few dozen meters, to the beach from the hotel

The beach itself is very green and beautifully designed. I stayed in a single-story bungalow, divided into four rooms. I had three neighbors: one only shared a corner with me, while two others shared a common wall

The bungalow has an open-air shower – a space with high walls where you can shower outside, which I found very convenient. There's also a full bathroom in the bungalow, perfect for relaxing in the evening

The soundproofing wasn't great, but I got lucky with my neighbors – they weren't disruptive. Room cleaning is done daily, and they try to clean when you're out

The hotel offers airport transfers both ways. I booked my transfer via email because I wasn't confident in my English over the phone. Overall, the hotel made a very good impression

Compared to hotels like Villa Resort, this place is very quiet, perfect for a leisurely vacation. You can step right out into the pool from your door. The breakfast was also very good, with subtle variations each day

The staff were very enthusiastic and always smiling. We borrowed their bicycles for our child, and when the baby seat needed repair, the staff were very helpful in fixing it for us. It's a short walk to the beach

The surrounding restaurants were just okay, and my child even got bitten by mosquitoes there, so we ended up eating all our meals at the hotel afterwards. The food was delicious and not expensive

The room was quite clean, and there was mosquito repellent lamp oil with a pleasant scent, so we had no issues with mosquitoes. Although it's not huge, it has everything you need

We stayed in January 2026 and loved everything, starting with the reception staff. There's a very nice lady working there! We stayed in a private bungalow

It was cleaned daily, with fresh towels, water, tea, and coffee replenished every day. We enjoyed the breakfasts; in my opinion, everything is designed so that everyone can find something they like

Don't know anything about the rooms or service, but it's possible to visit the restaurant as a guest if you enter from the beach to the side. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the views and they have swings.

It's a standalone resort where you can spend a whole day. Many facilities are free, and the private beach is very clean. Only hotel guests can use the beach; it's not shared, so it's not crowded

The nearest restaurant/massage parlor/store is a 20-minute walk away. The free shuttle bus stop is a 30-minute walk away. 5-2 times more expensive than in the city. If you have a bike, location isn't as important

A wonderful place away from the city noise. The hotel consists of small houses with well-guarded grounds. Cleaning and towel changes are daily, and bed linens are changed upon request

We were incredibly relaxed at the hotel. The greenery is exceptionally well-maintained, like a natural oxygen bar, and the ecology is very well protected. There were even crabs sunbathing on the rocks

A 15-minute scooter ride north on the main highway takes you to Vinpearl Safari and Grand World; a 15-minute ride south takes you to the central area with bars, restaurants, and shops; and a 40-minute ride south leads to Coconut Prison, Khem Beach, the cable car, and 'Little Europe

An excellent place that makes you want to return! The first impression of a country is always the most important, and this hotel did not disappoint us. We were greeted by a friendly administrator at the cozy reception

The room facilities could use some improvement. The shower head was not working properly, and the soundproofing is quite poor — it’s easy to be disturbed by noise from the corridor

No shelf in the shower, so we had to reach for the sink and water would drip onto the floor. The hotel doesn't have a laundry service, so we took our personal items to a laundromat nearby (a 3-minute walk)

We really liked this hotel; we stayed for 5 nights. Our room had a sea view, which we enjoyed, but be aware that the streetlights shine brightly at night, so you'll need to close the curtains

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there are a few minor points that didn't detract from our vacation but might not be ideal for everyone: 1. Luckily, we had our own bag with a combination lock

Actually, it's not far to walk; we walked to Long Beach Mart to buy souvenirs and ate at nearby restaurants, which were all good. There are also massage places all along the street

Even my swimwear and jackets were washed by the hotel, which was very convenient 👍 Breakfast was delicious, especially the Vietnamese noodle soup, which was excellent
