Very comfortable with a good environment, though there were a lot of mosquitoes and ants. The recreational facilities were excellent, and the hotel even offered a free airport shuttle, which was a huge plus. They also had a spa which was very clean and safe. Breakfast was delicious!

The doormen and reception staff were incredibly helpful. One person opened the door for me while another had already gone ahead to call the elevator. My luggage was a bit heavy, and I was hesitant to ask for help, but they didn't mind at all and immediately assisted me with carrying it up the steps. Very impressed!

The service is good and it's clean, but there are a lot of lizards and geckos because of the weather. Facing the sea, it's quite pleasant to sit quietly on the balcony and listen to the sea breeze and waves.

This was the highest overall rating I've ever received among the 4-star hotels I've stayed at in the Bai Chay area. Many Japanese tourists also stayed there during the few days I was there, so I assume this hotel is one of those recommended by travel agencies. I've never been satisfied with similar hotels in the same area, but this was a stay that made me want to stay here again.

This hotel is located halfway up the mountain in Halong City. The sea view room has a great view. You can see the cruise ships on the beach, people playing parasailing, and the Halong Night Market. However, due to too many people staying, they are a bit neglected to take care of the tourists.

A quiet hotel in the Vietnamese Rublevka area. At first, we were given a room with a construction site outside our window, but the next day they upgraded us to a quieter room without any problems. I really enjoyed the location of this place. Everything you might need is nearby — shops, a pharmacy, and several nice cafes. Getting to the city center is very easy and takes only about 10 minutes by car. The view from the window was absolutely stunning and made the stay even more enjoyable. Hotel well located and helpful staff. I accidentally broke a glass, just by tipping it over(very thin glass) and was charged VND56,000. Found this to be petty, esp when accidents do happen and the cost of the glass was 0.46% of the cost of my 4 nights stay.

The place is very convenient as it is very near the beach(300 meters away). The location is very near to the night market. Around the hotel are also many eateries and spa wellness centre. The breakfast can be improved with more choices and variety. The room may need to do a major revamp or renovation as some areas are quite rundown or old. Overall is a good experience to stay there.
