The hotel's location is unbeatable, right on the beach. Waking up to the sea view is amazing, and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast selection is quite rich, and overall, it offers great value for money. The only downside is that the bar across the street can be quite noisy at night, and you can hear it from your room.

Stayed for four nights. For the last night, my original room wasn't available, so I chose one with a smaller side window that offered a partial sea view. It was much quieter, but the room was noticeably smaller.

A bit outdated but overall good. Choose this one because it had free breakfast (which was pretty good and varied) and also had sauna/spa. You can get a private sauna with a reservation for 150k per person.

This hotel is okay if you're only staying for a few days. It's old and a bit run-down. When you shower, the water drains through the toilet area, meaning it goes all over the bathroom. Afterwards, there's standing water around the toilet. It looks like they've done some superficial renovations. The breakfast is meager. The location, however, is excellent – everything is nearby.

The breakfast is good; the selection isn't huge, but it's there. Rooms were cleaned daily. We got a free upgrade to a sea-view room, which was a nice bonus. The decor is simple, but that wasn't a big deal for us. Overall, it offers decent value for money.

My absolute favorite hotel in Nha Trang! It's like a demo version of a Signature hotel, but so charming! Breakfasts are 10/10, the view is 10/10, and the rooms are 10/10. The pool doesn't have a view, but the ocean is just across the road, so I wasn't too bothered. The reception staff, hotel staff, and breakfast staff are all very friendly. Value for money is 10000/10!

Balcona hotel is ideally located in the heart of all the action. Across the road from a wonderful beach where swimming and relaxing is so good. A somewhat dated hotel, well located, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, there was neither a chair nor a table on the balcony with direct sea view.

I had a fantastic time staying here for a week. The location was just perfect for its walking distance to the supermarket, and spa areas and across the road is the beach!! And the plus side it's good to catch the grab and get dropped off. And the ladies at the reception are just lovely and always willing to help even though their English ain't great like most Vietnamese people that I've come across...

Good place to stay, room was gorgeous with views of the sea, it is necessary however to note that opposite the restaurant and there is loud music playing, but it's 11 PM already turned it off. Breakfast is delicious, the staff is satisfactory.

Big hotel with great location and spacious room. Breakfast is delicious. However, the cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved. One of our family members found a lot of cut nails on the floor when we checked into the room.

From inside the room can hear everything from outside. The toilets still have the instant noodles from previous client under lavabo. Reception is fast but she doesn't guide us where is the location for breakfast and swimming pool. Overall it's good enough for us but need improvement more.

Good service, good breakfast in this price range. Close to airport and good for night flight or early morning flight . We arrived at 9pm and ready morning trip to Muine.

Near to airport location. Very comfy room with delicious breakfast included at such price rate is great. Cleanliness and furniture are nice.

The hotel is a bit old, the drainage in the bathroom needs improvement. It doesn't facilitate flushing of toilet papers and no close lid rubbish bin in the bathroom which is not the standard of a 4 stars hotel!

Several same-name hotels sharing same property Different names and confusing. Basic accommodations in modest room. My room was below the floor where a singer was performing in the evening, creating noise pollution. One elevator to service 9 floors. Tourist bus magnet. Breakfast was diverse and healthy. They even had espresso machines.

Great location and great spa pearl. When I left my clothes for washing, I had forgotten that I had money in it. Next day I received an envelope with folloibg message (see photo). My compliments!

Spacious room. Bathtub. Pool, massage, breakfast.

The service was good, the place was clean and comfortable, the counter staff spoke Chinese, the breakfast was good, and ordering Grab was very convenient. The downside was that the water temperature for showering and bathing was a bit low when I went in January.

Having stayed in many mid-range hotels across Thailand and Vietnam, the Erica Hotel and Beach was a major letdown. We booked Room 2501 (Signature Room), but the experience did not match the name. The Pros: The breakfast offered a varied selection. The chef was especially kind, ensuring my eggs stayed hot while the bread took an eternity to toast. The beach is a short walk away and beautiful, though...

We were satisfied with the room. For one week staying will be ok. But the bed sheets haven't been changed.they just made it up, so I didn't immediately realize that they hadn't changed anything for a whole week. And not enough clean the floor, there was hair and sand somewhere. The gym is not gym😂 , it's not enough for people who work out and it's in the corridor among other rooms.

The location of the hotel was great! Close to everything you need to be to have a good time. The reception staff was also very friendly which was nice.

Nice place for a couple of days

Nice hotel, didn’t get a chance to experience the full breakfast due to departure time but staff was awesome enough to prepare a take away breakfast prepared for us. Seems like an awesome hotel, a 10mins grab ride from street food or Ben Thanh. Fairly central, didn’t get to explore as much since it was late night when I was free.

Overall, pretty good quality. The room was clean and the surrounding area had convenient transportation. The front desk service was excellent. My only minor complaint is that the hotel breakfast wasn't very varied, with limited options.

I chose this hotel for a business trip, and its location is absolutely excellent, very close to the airport. Thumbs up! Check-in was super efficient. The location is fantastic, with a great local vibe. The service is excellent, and the common areas are large and comfortable. The hotel's own merchandise is also very cute. It was certainly a pleasant surprise when I was informed that since I checked in late in the evening at around 7.45PM that I was given the leeway to check out at 7pm on the day of departure. The room was clean, and the hotel's location made transportation convenient. My flights always arrive at night, so I just take a taxi directly to the hotel from the airport. Check-in is usually smooth; everything's sorted in about ten minutes, and then I can head up to my room.

The room we stayed was full of cockroaches. Breakfast was alright some different selections everyday. We ate but was wondering if some of the cockroaches got in the foods

It was a bit far from the night market, but it was good. The suite room was spacious and satisfactory. It was a little disappointing that dinner was mandatory due to the Tet holiday.

The hotel was interesting. The garden on the roof was neat as was the view. Staff was extremely courteous. However, the building was strange. It made me think of a Temu castle.

Personally, I feel that there is no air conditioning. It is very hot and stuffy in the evening. Although there is an old fan, it cannot improve the stuffy situation. The aerial landscape vegetable garden on the seventh floor is highly recommended. You can order a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It’s great! The breakfast environment is excellent and the dishes are average

There are Koreans everywhere, mostly elderly people. The facilities are slightly old. The win is good service and good location. The food is Korean style, which Chinese people are not used to.

Great hotel location, very close to Japan Street, and lively at night! It's super convenient to get around on foot or by public transport. The best part, though, is the incredibly rich and varied breakfast!

Good location with reasonable price

Pretty good, it's in the Ba Dinh district of Hanoi. The environment is nice, the location is convenient, and they clean and maintain the rooms daily. They even prepared a cake for my birthday, thank you for the hotel's hospitality!

Best place to stay near in Hanoi with family!

I arrived just in time for Christmas🎄, and the hotel was beautifully decorated🤩. The room itself was very clean and tidy.

The hotel is a bit old, and the overall facilities are showing their age. The service, however, was excellent, though the staff's English accents were a bit challenging to understand at times. The hotel breakfast was good, and the pho for dinner was absolutely delicious.

Great stay overall with a few drawbacks, but I would still consider staying again for the excellent location, clean rooms, amazing rooftop views and especially the incredible buffet. The buffet breakfast was a standout, with a fantastic range of options and a great omelette station. Staff at the Level 16 and 17 restaurant were consistently friendly and attentive. Check in was slightly disappointing...

Best Hotel so far in Vietnam. Staff are friendly We have very nice breakfast and afternoon tea at 2pm every day. They have different varieties of foods everyday for breakfast . The price of our room is 1.2 million VND for 2 double bed (we put it together) as you can see in my photo.

In the double room, only one side of the bed had a charging port at the headboard, which was very inconvenient. Other than that, it was fine. The breakfast buffet was very rich, and there was afternoon tea by the pool, which was quite convenient for me.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us solve our problems. The breakfast was super rich and I ate a lot every day. The room was clean and I slept very comfortably. There is a seafood restaurant downstairs and many massage parlors nearby. I will definitely come back next time. It was a great accommodation experience.

The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. I originally planned to stay for three days, but ended up staying seven more. My only complaint is that the soundproofing between rooms could have been improved.

The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped. The hotel's location is excellent, though the heavy traffic right outside makes parking a hassle. Be aware that check-in is strictly at 2 PM, and early check-in incurs a fee. Similarly, check-out is strictly at 12 PM, and late check-out will also cost extra.
