The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were greet by them as soon as we drop off from grab and served with their welcome drink, we were so happy to be allowed check-in much earlier. It's quiet, even though it's near a market. The Wi-Fi works well. Housekeeping is poor; they only change the bedding if you ask. The fridge doesn't work well. Otherwise, the room is spacious and new. Breakfast is typical for Asia, but they do have scrambled eggs.

Nice hotel, a shame it's so far from the sea.

I had a great stay. Daily housekeeping to ensure the room is clean. There is breakfast and a cafe just on the ground floor which offers tasty coffee. They allowed me to check in early with no fee. The wifi is great, I was able to work without issues throughout the week. I will definitely book again when I go back to Nha Trang.

This was my second visit, and the river view truly stands out as the best among all the hotels in the area. I'll definitely be returning! The location is fantastic too, being within walking distance of Han Market and the Pink Church. Nice hotel and I really love their bathroom. The swimming pool looks nice but we did not have chance to enjoy. We stayed at this hotel for three days. It's beautiful, everything is very clean, the towels are good, there are robes, everything was great, and the location is very convenient. The sea view room offers an absolutely stunning view. The balcony directly faces the ocean, and you can even see the Guanyin statue. Waking up around 5 AM to watch the sunrise from the balcony, then going back to sleep, was incredibly peaceful. The service was also excellent. Highly recommend! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vietnam.
