A lot of pros: 1. Behavior (everyone is proactive to help you) 2. Cleanliness 3. Good breakfast (enough options for vegetarians too) 4. Perfect location (right in front of beach) Also, special mention to Daphne Le Dong Hoi for helping us by going out of the way. Stayed at this hotel on my way back from Phong Nha. The room and service was fantastic. Loc at the front desk really went out of his way to make a great experience including helping arrange laundry after hours so I could be ready for my early morning departure and helping us with a ride while grab taxi system was down! Great experience staying here for 3 days. The buffet is great, though it's low-key boring after around 4 cycles of continuous eating. The air conditioner takes a pretty long time to cool the room, but just turn it on and leave it for a trip; then returning should fix the problem. TL;DR: There's a great beachside seafood restaurant on the opposite side of the street! Better try it out.

Even though the hotel rated 5 stars but I don’t think the experience was worth it. The room and staff service were great but the pool was really a disappointment. There is free breakfast but the food is not versatile and kind of boring. Overall, still a good place to stay if only you’re outgoing and travel outside the hotel a lot. What I liked was the very picturesque grounds and a good breakfast. The downsides were the hotel's location; it's far from the road where the bus runs, and it's in a private sector with dogs. The beach is also far, and the entrance to it is through another hotel's property, which closes its gates. The room was very noisy from nature sounds, and the air conditioning was directed right at the bed.

Wow, fantastic! This hotel is a proper resort with a beautiful Southeast Asian vibe. It's super close to the Ancient Town, and there's a shuttle service nearby that takes you to Da Nang. Pros : Very well maintained resort with a private beach huge pool and a huge dining area. You can play volleyball on the beach or rent some jet skis. The hospitality is great! Cons However i didn't see any volleyball nets on the beach I found the food to be average in the buffet. The hotel environment was nice, but when I went to check in with my confirmed booking, they said there was no reservation. I waited in the lobby for 30 to 40 minutes. The place is great! I was a bit worried at first that it was far from the city center, but there's Grab available. It was very comfortable and beautiful, and the breakfast was good. There are also cute dogs on the property. The only downside was the mosquitoes, but the hotel is located closer to the forest.

The service is very good, the only drawback is the location is remote in the rural area, starting at 4 am the next door neighbor raised chickens started to crow until noon are still crowing, get poor sleep quality. The coffee for breakfast was very fragrant and special.

Everything was actually quite wonderful, the night market was just around the corner, the only bad thing was the aircon in the room was not working well, it will auto off every now and then which makes our family very uncomfortable to sleep , especially in the midnight, making us wake up every 1-2 hours just to turn the aircon up again . I like this hotel it had a lot of good vintage filling if you’re looking for the old school Vietnam style versus the modern hotels. Also if you want more of a quiet sleep at night without all the noise at night this is one of the hotels I would recommend as a little further outside of everything else also too you get a complementary breakfast, which is very good.
