Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang by Meliá was our second hotel in Nha Trang, following our stay at Vinpearl Resort on Vinpearl Island. Overall, it offers a comfortable and convenient city stay with several strong points

The door lock wasn’t working properly, which made entering the room inconvenient and a bit unsafe. Even worse, the bed sheet had a visible blood stain, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel

Overall, the food was great, but the service and room cleanliness need serious improvement. Even though， I won't give any bad score to the front house staff

The breakfast at the hotel was good — plenty of variety and everything tasted fresh. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay didn’t match that standard

This place was so great we extended our stay in Vietnam so we could come back to the hotel for three additional nights! In between our stays we stayed on the island across the bay with the theme park and the rooms weren't even close to as nice

This hotel offers great value for money, is close to the beach, and perfect for a vacation. They even have exclusive lounge chairs on the beach! The breakfast selection is also very rich

Amenities were excellent clean and modern. The staffs had a good english communication skills. The buffet has an exceptional gourmet taste specially the eggplant menu. I highly recommend this hotel

This is a great beachfront hotel right in the city center. Everything you need is nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and the sea view from the window was stunning. The staff were very welcoming and friendly

There were a couple of things that could be better: Sunbeds: The hotel does offer sunbeds, but there are only a few. By the time we got to the beach, they were usually taken. If you want to rent one, it costs 300,000

The hotel is in a fantastic spot. It's right next to the mall, and you just need to cross the road to get to the beach. The breakfast was great! There was a wonderful variety, and it really set a good tone for the day

We absolutely loved the view from our window. It was just stunning and really added to the whole atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having a Starbucks right on the ground floor was a big plus

The hotel is huge, and it took us an hour to check in during the Chinese New Year. We also had to wait a long time for the golf cart, even though we had a reservation

The resort is quite large, with beautiful scenery and great air quality. We booked a two-bedroom villa with a private pool. Our room was conveniently located very close to the activity center, within walking distance

Shuttles to the beach or lobby were quick to arrive. It was hot during the day, but mornings and evenings were very pleasant. There's an infinity pool, and they even have a foam party in the afternoon

The hotel grounds are expansive, so you need to take a golf cart to get around. My villa had two floors, three bathrooms, and a private pool right outside

When it was too hot to go out, just playing in our private pool was a great option

The friendliness of the staff was impressive. The hotel pool and beach are really great. The only downside is that the twin beds are too narrow. A family of three should definitely opt for a king-sized bed

Maybe because it was peak season, breakfast was incredibly crowded, and there was always a long queue for coffee. The hotel's pool, beach, and other recreational facilities were great

Staff was very friendly and helpful as far as they understood English. Breakfast buffet was ok but dinner buffet and also the a-la-carte restaurant was a nightmare - especially for the requested prices

I recommend everyone to drive to the cable car island station: there you get more choice, better quality and all this for 30-50% of the hotel price

All the facilities including the pool, even though the weather was not proper to use it, were enough to relieve my stress at work. Especially the service they gave was really enjoyable while my stay there

I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded upon check-in. The hotel features a nice swimming pool at the rooftop, a decent weight room for basic workout exercise, and my room was spacious.

A big monstrous hotel with no style. The decor is uninspired and boring. Just a bunch of mass produced rooms. The pool is located in the middle of the building, so there's no sun. It results in very cold water

Basic accomodations with a view. No hot water in the kitchen, other than hot water kettle. Living room A/C does not cool below 25° C. Budget fabrics and uncomfortable cushions on sofa and dinning chairs

Because of covid travel restrictions, the breakfast buffet had limited items that looked awful. I happily ate breakfast outside

The location is superb within shopping and eateries. However the rates have been increased substantially. A Chinese restaurant serves good food.

It's noisy for first day as there is entertainment activity outside at first night and others are good.

The view from the property is decent. It's not bad for the price. There are a lot of Korean package tourists. The location isn't ideal, as there aren't any restaurants or convenience stores nearby.

There's limited European food, but it tastes disgusting and looks strange. I've stayed in many hotels with Chinese staff, but the food has always been decent for Europeans. The location is out of this world

5 stars, but the sun loungers near the pool are broken, the upper floors of the restaurant are closed, if you think you'll be dining on the 36th floor in January and looking at the view, you won't get it, they probably only open in season

The water in the pool on the 4th floor was cold and the wind blew the cocktails off the table

If you're here for tourism, don't bother here; you won't be able to get to the center by taxi. The sea is 20 meters away, but the beach is about 1 km away. They take a $100 deposit upon check-in

Upon checkout, I noticed I was waiting for my money back, and the Chinese people were just leaving. Apparently, they didn't take a deposit. A disgrace for a 5-star hotel

Spacious room with a modern feel, close to the beach and in the Superior room (ours was room 1406) we had a wonderful balcony with sea view, out of the sun. Large pool shame it's indoors and dark with no sunshine

When I asked where the sauna was, the pool janitor angrily said No. Everything else was okay.

It's lukewarm Vietnamise style food with awful coffee. However good coffee shop downstairs. Bathroom floor floods because there is no shower screen. Little far away from the action / main beach but only a 15-20 min walk

Right next to the Intercontinental, I didn't notice at first that it had a sloped balcony. There was a door in my room, probably connecting to the next one, but it was locked, and I couldn't be bothered to switch rooms

The location is fantastic, directly opposite InterContinental and just a three-minute walk to Lotte Mart. Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find plenty of great restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to get around

It took two phone calls for them to finally quiet down. Later, I found out they were checking in late at night. There were two doors separating my room from theirs, and the soundproofing was terrible

Half of the power outlets were broken and couldn't charge anything. My phone, watch, and power bank had to take turns charging! I was woken up at 3 AM by noisy neighbors

The first few nights were quiet as no one was next door. But on the last day, a couple of guys moved in and were shouting in the middle of the night – truly speechless

So, if you get a room with a connecting door, don't be afraid to ask for a change immediately; you'll hear everything happening next door

Traveling for business to Vietnam for 22 years, staying ONLY at a luxury hotel, tried now for the first time SOFITAL and I must say this is top of the best !! Very special service, fancy upscale hotel, great lounge floor , great roof top , nice clean and just like any luxury hotel in VN !

Book 2 rooms, arrived around 2:15pm but need to wait till 3pm to check in. During our wait, we can stay in the kids room by the pool
