The room and bed smelled of mould. Even with the window open it was irritating to breathe. The common areas were ok though so maybe just some of the rooms are affected.

This hotel offers great value for money, is close to the beach, and perfect for a vacation. They even have exclusive lounge chairs on the beach! The breakfast selection is also very rich. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded upon check-in. The hotel features a nice swimming pool at the rooftop, a decent weight room for basic workout exercise, and my room was spacious.

All the facilities including the pool, even though the weather was not proper to use it, were enough to relieve my stress at work. Especially the service they gave was really enjoyable while my stay there. Happy new year !

A big monstrous hotel with no style. The decor is uninspired and boring. Just a bunch of mass produced rooms. The bed is comfortable. The linens new. New World Saigon Hotel is one of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the 24-hour gym is excellent, and the location is perfect in the city center, close to markets, shopping, and major attractions.

This downtown hotel was way too noisy! Absolutely no soundproofing! I barely slept a wink during my two-night stay. I can't entirely blame the hotel, but there was a KTV and a massive concert happening outside until the early hours. Unbelievable. Also, the hotel slippers were huge.
