Our third time staying at the hotel. Never disappoints us!

The door lock wasn’t working properly, which made entering the room inconvenient and a bit unsafe. Even worse, the bed sheet had a visible blood stain, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel

Overall, the food was great, but the service and room cleanliness need serious improvement. Even though， I won't give any bad score to the front house staff

The breakfast at the hotel was good — plenty of variety and everything tasted fresh. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay didn’t match that standard

It’s very clear that the management team is more focused on how much money they can earn rather than providing proper service

You can really feel that they are cutting costs everywhere — from reduced facilities to poor maintenance

The best hotel in Vietnam. Would recommend. There is a beach, several restaurants, a club on the 50th floor. At the height of service.

Nice location along beach road. They have own tunnel connecting hotel building and beach - that's cool. Reception area need some improvement for guest seating area

This hotel offers great value for money, is close to the beach, and perfect for a vacation. They even have exclusive lounge chairs on the beach! The breakfast selection is also very rich

The hotel is huge, and it took us an hour to check in during the Chinese New Year. We also had to wait a long time for the golf cart, even though we had a reservation

Shuttles to the beach or lobby were quick to arrive. It was hot during the day, but mornings and evenings were very pleasant. There's an infinity pool, and they even have a foam party in the afternoon

The resort is quite large, with beautiful scenery and great air quality. We booked a two-bedroom villa with a private pool. Our room was conveniently located very close to the activity center, within walking distance

The hotel grounds are expansive, so you need to take a golf cart to get around. My villa had two floors, three bathrooms, and a private pool right outside

When it was too hot to go out, just playing in our private pool was a great option

The friendliness of the staff was impressive. The hotel pool and beach are really great. The only downside is that the twin beds are too narrow. A family of three should definitely opt for a king-sized bed

Maybe because it was peak season, breakfast was incredibly crowded, and there was always a long queue for coffee. The hotel's pool, beach, and other recreational facilities were great

Private Villa was very nice and modern. Private pool and view was amazing. Rest of the hotel area with public pool and dining area was not more than average

Staff was very friendly and helpful as far as they understood English. Breakfast buffet was ok but dinner buffet and also the a-la-carte restaurant was a nightmare - especially for the requested prices

I recommend everyone to drive to the cable car island station: there you get more choice, better quality and all this for 30-50% of the hotel price

All the facilities including the pool, even though the weather was not proper to use it, were enough to relieve my stress at work. Especially the service they gave was really enjoyable while my stay there

I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded upon check-in. The hotel features a nice swimming pool at the rooftop, a decent weight room for basic workout exercise, and my room was spacious.

Stayed almost 2 weeks, clean, tidy and good service. A lot of shopping and restaurants nearby, beach is around 300 meters. Breakfast was good cos i am an Asian , i liked pho soup in the morning

We liked everything; we stayed on the 15th floor. Sometimes in the evenings, there was loud music from the neighboring hotel.

The pool is very old and in a bad condition. I think this place just suitable for sleeping only.

And everything they prepare is very greasy; not everyone can eat it. It's completely unclear how to eat with a child. There was never enough coffee; two people would take it and the kettle would be empty again

Don't bother spending extra on a sea view balcony room. It's a completely obstructed 'gap sea view' balcony. You pay more, and you can only see a tiny sliver of the ocean

There were a lot of Koreans, and they had a Chinese-speaking staff member, which was great

I can tell you my comments: Smoking should be prohibited near the pools and near the sun loungers on the beach; Glassware should be prohibited near the pools, as I saw a guest break a bottle near the children's pool, and the next day, a child cut their leg in the same place; People in swimsuits and mesh beach dresses should not be allowed in the restaurant; Room cleaners should be more attentive (they...

The resort boasts beautiful, well-maintained grounds and access to a pristine private beach, which was absolutely breathtaking. The pools were fantastic and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful

We had a great stay at this hotel. The food is delicious (special thanks to the chef). I have experience staying in more than 150 hotels of different levels in various countries

The buffet was good with a wide range of food choices. The hotel is just a few steps from the beach (Tran Phu St), so I just went there by foot every morning

Overall, the hotel isn't bad and lives up to its 3-star rating. The breakfasts are good, but during peak hours, there's a long wait for the elevators, and there's no air conditioning in the hallways.

Booked this hotel for three days through TRIP. COM right before my flight, getting a sea-view room. The confirmation came through instantly

The staff explained everything using a translator and checked me in on the 15th floor. The room matched the description perfectly. The breakfasts were amazing, spread across two floors (3rd and 4th)

We can see the sunrise from our window in the morning such a good view. The location is a little bit far from the ocean but still has a good view. Swimming pool in the building but still enjoy the sea view also that good

There was a huge variety of food and fruits. On the 7th floor, there's a pool, a mini-bar, a billiards table, and a gym. Overall, I'm 10/10 satisfied with the hotel

The view from the property is decent. It's not bad for the price. There are a lot of Korean package tourists. The location isn't ideal, as there aren't any restaurants or convenience stores nearby.

If you're here for tourism, don't bother here; you won't be able to get to the center by taxi. The sea is 20 meters away, but the beach is about 1 km away. They take a $100 deposit upon check-in

5 stars, but the sun loungers near the pool are broken, the upper floors of the restaurant are closed, if you think you'll be dining on the 36th floor in January and looking at the view, you won't get it, they probably only open in season

There's limited European food, but it tastes disgusting and looks strange. I've stayed in many hotels with Chinese staff, but the food has always been decent for Europeans. The location is out of this world

Upon checkout, I noticed I was waiting for my money back, and the Chinese people were just leaving. Apparently, they didn't take a deposit. A disgrace for a 5-star hotel

So you're thinking, every day of your vacation, they'll deduct your money for the scratches on the table or the stain on the chair that were there before you left

The pool and breakfast was a major highlight of the resort. The breakfast buffet has small changes everyday so it was always a nice surprise. The only restaurant at the resort (at least that was open) was decent

Spacious room with a modern feel, close to the beach and in the Superior room (ours was room 1406) we had a wonderful balcony with sea view, out of the sun. Large pool shame it's indoors and dark with no sunshine

It's lukewarm Vietnamise style food with awful coffee. However good coffee shop downstairs. Bathroom floor floods because there is no shower screen. Little far away from the action / main beach but only a 15-20 min walk

bed was a bit firm and I asked the house keeping to put something on it to soften it The indoor pool is mildly cool

Overall, I'd recommend it, though the breakfast might not be very varied during the off-season

When I asked where the sauna was, the pool janitor angrily said No. Everything else was okay.

The hotel is right in Nha Trang city, just across the road from the Pacific Ocean. All the sea-view rooms offer a 90-degree side view of the sea. The sound of the waves at night can be quite loud

Facilities: On par with a local 5-star, slightly below international 5-star standards. Cleanliness: Generally clean and hygienic, but there's room for improvement in the details

Service seemed geared toward Russian tourists which was fine the majority of the visitors seemed to be russian but I think putting signs up for guests should mean you also have Vietnamese and English

If you want to be right in the middle of downtown this was great rooms are a little small but thats expected of a corporate hotel

Ibis as usual Good 3*** hotel located in central side of this noisy busy croudy city, small clean room, clean shower and toilet, everything is fine for this reasonable price

Bed is comfortable and clean, everyday housekeeping. Tea/cofee set with cups and 2 bottles of water, but plastic cattle is very cheap and old. Breakfast + Cold swimming pool and massage we didn’t try, nothing to say

Great place to stay, large clean rooms, heat swimming pools, breakfast is better than average.  Great location, beside the ocean, great m, views.  The staff are truly amazing, very helpful and go beyond to help people.

Perfect location, great service, 24/7 reception service. The beautiful view of the beach from all the windows of the hotel, very delicious breakfast. They even allowed us to take food to our rooms

Service was great, location was great, and the hotel was very clean, very good gym. If I had one compliant, it would be they need more elevators. Wait times can be a little long during peak time

In addition, the hotel lifts were shared with the public gym goers and sometimes it was crowded and we had to wait for subsequent rounds. This made the stay unpleasant

Stay was pleasant and staff was prompt to respond to staff request. The downside is that the middle hotel lift was not working for the 3 days that we were there

Hotel lifts should be made exclusive to hotel guests (at least 1 lift)

For the price paid it was a really nice experience, traditional style room, sea view and a Vietnam style breakfast. I would consider staying again, the only disadvantages were the old gym and outdoor swimming pool

I was very satisfied with this hotel. **Great Location**: Just 100 meters to the right from the exit, cross the road and you're at the beach

**Excellent Facilities**: Although it's not a new hotel, it's very well-maintained. The coffee shop on the ground floor, the restaurant upstairs, and the pool on the 7th floor are all fantastic

The bathroom was very large, equipped with a bathtub and bathrobes. **Polite Service**: Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very polite, always smiling, and happy to assist with any request

The decor is old but I didn't mind that. It's very clean, comfortable, and spacious. But no walk-in shower, it's over the bathtub. The breakfast could have been better. The location is excellent

Beach towels are always provided. While sun loungers are limited, the intense heat meant we didn't really want to sunbathe much anyway. Breakfast offers a good variety, with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries

It's conveniently located just three minutes from the beach and ten minutes from a large shopping mall. The food is delicious, and there's a good variety to choose from. The staff are all very polite and friendly

The Russian-speaking receptionist at the front desk was incredibly helpful with everything, from booking taxis to assisting with ticket payments using a local Vietnamese card
