The best hotel in Vietnam. Would recommend. There is a beach, several restaurants, a club on the 50th floor. At the height of service.

There were a couple of things that could be better: Sunbeds: The hotel does offer sunbeds, but there are only a few. By the time we got to the beach, they were usually taken. If you want to rent one, it costs 300,000

The hotel is in a fantastic spot. It's right next to the mall, and you just need to cross the road to get to the beach. The breakfast was great! There was a wonderful variety, and it really set a good tone for the day

This is a great beachfront hotel right in the city center. Everything you need is nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and the sea view from the window was stunning. The staff were very welcoming and friendly

Hotel is good breakfast is nice. You must try korean bbq buffet in 5t floor in restaurant 18-21. There are few places to rest and lie down when you go to the beach. And there is no water to wash the sand

Food: We loved the breakfast! There was an excellent variety of options that changed each day, keeping things interesting

Service was great, location was great, and the hotel was very clean, very good gym. If I had one compliant, it would be they need more elevators. Wait times can be a little long during peak time

In addition, the hotel lifts were shared with the public gym goers and sometimes it was crowded and we had to wait for subsequent rounds. This made the stay unpleasant

Stay was pleasant and staff was prompt to respond to staff request. The downside is that the middle hotel lift was not working for the 3 days that we were there

Great hotel! Great, varied Breakfast! Enjoy your next vacation! next to the biggest shopping center in Nha Trang(admit, a decent branded shopping in Nha Trang yet)! on the beach - more beds, cleaning from debris more often and tap for the washing of the feet right at the exit - that WOULD be SUPER!

For the price paid it was a really nice experience, traditional style room, sea view and a Vietnam style breakfast. I would consider staying again, the only disadvantages were the old gym and outdoor swimming pool

I was very satisfied with this hotel. **Great Location**: Just 100 meters to the right from the exit, cross the road and you're at the beach

The bathroom was very large, equipped with a bathtub and bathrobes. **Polite Service**: Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very polite, always smiling, and happy to assist with any request

The decor is old but I didn't mind that. It's very clean, comfortable, and spacious. But no walk-in shower, it's over the bathtub. The breakfast could have been better. The location is excellent

**Excellent Facilities**: Although it's not a new hotel, it's very well-maintained. The coffee shop on the ground floor, the restaurant upstairs, and the pool on the 7th floor are all fantastic

Our family room was divine with a separate bedroom with tv and bathroom for the parents. The buffet breakfast is varied and very satisfying and the restaurant menu caters for everyone's needs including vegetarians

Peaceful, spacious bungalow with ocean view. Cool outdoor private bathtub with a super comfortable bed. Tai chi and yoga in the morning in the open air covered by palm trees and the sound of the ocean

This is our fifth time choosing this hotel; we come every year. The location is superb, and even though it's an older property, the service and dining are excellent

This resort has everything: large swimming pool & beach area with banana lounges and lifeguards, games room with billiards, table tennis & table hockey, outdoor tennis courts & volleyball, bar with live music, snack bar at the pool, and a hotel room with free mini bar and snacks that gets replenished everyday

Free shuttle every evening to Nguyen Dinh Chieu street to enjoy dinner if you don’t want to eat in the hotel restaurant. Overall, strongly recommended

I loved the resort, because of the activities, convenience, and friendliness of the staff. However the corridors could have been cleaner.

Beach towels are always provided. While sun loungers are limited, the intense heat meant we didn't really want to sunbathe much anyway. Breakfast offers a good variety, with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries

It's conveniently located just three minutes from the beach and ten minutes from a large shopping mall. The food is delicious, and there's a good variety to choose from. The staff are all very polite and friendly

I could write an essay about how much I loved this resort and all it has to offer as well as Nha Trang itself! We were a group of 14 relaxing after a wedding week, and this resort offered us beautiful, comfy rooms, great delicious restaurants, stunning pool area with a pool bar

This hotel features a wide range of room types across its four buildings, including studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and villas. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment

There was a billiard table, gym, spa, indoor and outdoor pool, etc. The spa facilities were of high quality. The breakfast was good and has a good variety, however I don't think the taste of everything was the best

However, as a whole this resort gives you so much so this isn't a big deal to not stay there. The staff were helpful with everything and helped with a late check out too as my flight was in the afternoon

For example, the desserts tasted like nothing or had no sugar in it. A few western options in terms of bacon, eggs, pasta, croissants, bread and fruit

That said, the beach area gets quite crowded, especially in the afternoon. If you want a good spot or a sunbed, be prepared to go early or wait. It would’ve been nicer if the hotel had more seating reserved for guests

There are many hotels along Nha Trang beach, but this one is located on the outskirts, far from the city center. Getting around for meals requires taking a taxi, which is quite inconvenient

Overall, the hotel left a good impression. I wasn't thrilled with the location, it's beachfront but you'll have to walk a bit to get to the center. The breakfasts were decent, we always had enough to eat

The bedding was clean and spotless, and each person got two pillows, which was great! The staff quickly resolved any issues that came up (the AC wasn't working well upon check-in, then the safe batteries died), everything was fixed promptly

The breakfast on days that they have a lot of guests is very good, but when they're not full, the options felt like a homeless kitchen. I've had better wifi in hostels. Upon check-in, they want to keep your passport

The passports and invoices are not secured. they are just behind the reception desk. Either of these issues by itself is not a problem, but combined, I felt was unacceptable for a 5 star hotel

The hotel is very close to the fishing village, about 2 km away, and it's right on the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The scenery is beautiful, and the room environment is excellent. Thumbs up!

On the ground floor, there's a fitness center with treadmills, dumbbells, and a ping-pong table. The staff are incredibly polite and friendly. The area is great because it's relatively quiet compared to Nha Trang

It's a bit far from the main tourist spots – about 4 km to Mui Ne village, 4 km to PitStop cafes, and around 6 km to the Jump fitness complex. However, there are two windsurfing schools right next to the hotel
