Hotel is located in a good location. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was good and had many varieties. Room is normal size but sofa looked old. We had 1 bedroom with kitchen but it didn't have any dishes and cutlery.

Great pool, but better come before 8 am to be sure you have a sunbed. Nice small gym. Delicious breakfast and they change main dishes everyday, but have cleaning issues. Overall good. But when the elevator broke, there were long queues. Overcrowded breakfast rooms. Very small food selection compared to other hotels.

Year lease in an apartment. Basic accomodations with a view. No hot water in the kitchen, other than hot water kettle. Living room A/C does not cool below 25° C. Budget fabrics and uncomfortable cushions on sofa and dinning chairs.

A big monstrous hotel with no style. The decor is uninspired and boring. Just a bunch of mass produced rooms. The bed is comfortable. The linens new. The pool is located in the middle of the building, so there's no sun. It results in very cold water. Because of covid travel restrictions, the breakfast buffet had limited items that looked awful. I happily ate breakfast outside.

New World Saigon Hotel is one of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the 24-hour gym is excellent, and the location is perfect in the city center, close to markets, shopping, and major attractions.

This downtown hotel was way too noisy! Absolutely no soundproofing! I barely slept a wink during my two-night stay. I can't entirely blame the hotel, but there was a KTV and a massive concert happening outside until the early hours. Unbelievable. Also, the hotel slippers were huge.

This resort is peaceful and far enough from town that you need to take a taxi to eat unless you want to eat there, which you don’t. The pool is nice and the resort next door has a lovely beach you can pay to use and eat at.

It's a luxuious stay for us at The Reveire Saigon. The luxurioys deco and furnishings were extravagant and magnificant. The convenient location also allows easy access to the surrounding attractions and the great river view enhanced the stay as well. This hotel was a bit of a nightmare, honestly, quite a few issues popped up! One of the big problems is how old the facilities are. I can't believe it was only renovated six years ago. The location is fantastic, directly opposite InterContinental and just a three-minute walk to Lotte Mart. Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find plenty of great restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The hotel also provides sun loungers on the beach across the street.

My friend left something at the hotel, so I called the front desk. They proactively helped contact a taxi driver who then delivered the item to the airport. The service was absolutely five-star, and their attitude even more so. Highly recommended!

Traveling for business to Vietnam for 22 years, staying ONLY at a luxury hotel, tried now for the first time SOFITAL and I must say this is top of the best !! Very special service, fancy upscale hotel, great lounge floor , great roof top , nice clean and just like any luxury hotel in VN !

The facilities and services were pretty good, but it was too noisy facing the street. On the first night of our stay, Vietnam's U23 team won third place against Korea, and wow, the noise from downstairs felt like it was exploding right next to my head repeatedly. If you want to be right in the middle of downtown this was great rooms are a little small but thats expected of a corporate hotel.
