This is a great beachfront hotel right in the city center. Everything you need is nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and the sea view from the window was stunning. Room 270 offers an incredible view, absolutely stunning, living up to its 'Supreme King Room' name. Next time I'm on Nha Trang's main island, I'll definitely book this hotel again. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and it's really close to a popular spa.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded upon check-in. The hotel features a nice swimming pool at the rooftop, a decent weight room for basic workout exercise, and my room was spacious.

All the facilities including the pool, even though the weather was not proper to use it, were enough to relieve my stress at work. Especially the service they gave was really enjoyable while my stay there. Happy new year !

Year lease in an apartment. Basic accomodations with a view. No hot water in the kitchen, other than hot water kettle. Living room A/C does not cool below 25° C. Budget fabrics and uncomfortable cushions on sofa and dinning chairs.

A big monstrous hotel with no style. The decor is uninspired and boring. Just a bunch of mass produced rooms. The bed is comfortable. The linens new. The pool is located in the middle of the building, so there's no sun. It results in very cold water. Because of covid travel restrictions, the breakfast buffet had limited items that looked awful. I happily ate breakfast outside.

New World Saigon Hotel is one of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the 24-hour gym is excellent, and the location is perfect in the city center, close to markets, shopping, and major attractions.

This downtown hotel was way too noisy! Absolutely no soundproofing! I barely slept a wink during my two-night stay. I can't entirely blame the hotel, but there was a KTV and a massive concert happening outside until the early hours. Unbelievable. Also, the hotel slippers were huge.

The hotel is very close to the beach, and our room had a direct sea view. The staff members Sofi, Ivanci, and Linh were absolutely wonderful. They arranged an early check-in for us and provided a generous welcome fruit platter. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also excellent and varied. The facilities and services were pretty good, but it was too noisy facing the street.
