Very nice location in the heart or Nha Trang , nice staff and beautiful swimming pool at the top of the building

The beach is a short walk away and beautiful, though be prepared for high sunbed fees (200k–400k VND). The Cons: -Deceptive Booking & Safety: We weren't informed of renovations on the floor above until check-in

Furthermore, while the staff claims to speak English, they were didn’t engage and weren’t friendly. Lacking Facilities: A 25-floor hotel with only two loungers and three chairs at the pool is unacceptable

To hide the work, the hotel used privacy screens by the pool that blew over in the wind, hitting a guest. My husband had to take them all down himself for safety

It was a super great experience to stay in this hotel!!! Location is very convenient, the room was clean and spacious. It might be a little dark in the room but still so good for the price

and STUFF was sooooo nice!!! literally everyone was so friendly and eager to help!!! enjoyed the trip!!

Issues however included poor maintenance with broken bathtub plug, shower mixer, cracked tiles and some mould in basins. Pretty well designed architecturally and standing the test of time, but things are falling apart

Clean, cozy atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen is to do better, but only from the fact, apparently, that the place is not very popular and not very passable. 5 stars very affordable

It was a bit far from the night market, but it was good. The suite room was spacious and satisfactory. It was a little disappointing that dinner was mandatory due to the Tet holiday.

The hotel was interesting. The garden on the roof was neat as was the view. Staff was extremely courteous. However, the building was strange. It made me think of a Temu castle.

There are Koreans everywhere, mostly elderly people. The facilities are slightly old. The win is good service and good location. The food is Korean style, which Chinese people are not used to.

First up, most of the staff are wonderful. The restaurant food is extremely delicious and caters for all palates. Room service, pool, spa, bar etc. The rooms are clean and spacious but are showing wear due to age

This is a decent business hotel with good value for money. There are plenty of convenience stores and local eateries nearby. The facilities and service are generally good, and it's convenient to get around

The room was clean, and the hotel's location made transportation convenient. My flights always arrive at night, so I just take a taxi directly to the hotel from the airport

They prepared us a late dinner even after the restaurant was closed and as we had to leave at 5am in the morning and they even prepared us a take away breakfast pack to go

Check-in is usually smooth; everything's sorted in about ten minutes, and then I can head up to my room

One of the receptionists deliberately ignored us, demonstrating incredible busyness. Neighbors smoked in the room, but the staff didn't do anything special

(it would have been fine if website mentioned that this was a restricted room!) Unless you go down to the breakfast a bit late due to the early morning music and pay for it and their so called " fantastic" breakfast does not even have cheese or toaster for bread or even a warm/hot tea!  Then you will be OK to stay in this hotel

( apparently coming from next door, İ was informed later) Unless, you are a person, unlike me, who can sleep in a windowless room!. There is a window but it faces a wall covered by a green carpet(!)

The owner is happy and friendly. Should book a beautiful sea view. Opposite is the sea so bathing is quite convenient.

Convenient location, cheap room rates, spacious rooms, large beds. However, the breakfast buffet was rather disappointing and not very tasty, the towels were extremely dirty, black instead of white

The hotel refused to change the towels. Room cleaning was sloppy and careless; they didn't provide fresh towels after cleaning, leaving guests to find the same towels thrown on their suitcases as before

An interesting choice of air conditioner for the room 😆 but it's quiet and cools well 👍

Amazing hotel with the best service I've ever had. They accommodated our every need and we're so polite. Breakfast was sufficient but a bit more attention to keeping vegetarian food separate would be better

It's quiet, even though it's near a market. Housekeeping is poor; they only change the bedding if you ask. Otherwise, the room is spacious and new. Breakfast is typical for Asia, but they do have scrambled eggs

Cleaning was done daily, water was provided, and towels were changed. Breakfast was so-so; after one, we didn't even get up for it 😅 The water in the shower drained very slowly; one shower resulted in a flood

There was a pool party at the pool with a high noise level. We made a complaint, the reception then offered a room change for the next day but we declined having already unpacked & settled in

Apartment - we were allocated a non-ideal ground floor 2 bedroom apartment facing the swimming pool, we requested for a change of room at the point of check in but were denied repeatedly

There is no pool view as we had to close the curtains throughout the stay for privacy reasons

Convenient parking, good front desk service, they proactively upgraded us to a larger room, the room was clean and quiet, and the soundproofing was good, so it didn't disturb sleep.

The hygiene is good, the transportation is convenient, and the living comfort is excellent. The location is also great.

But we found a way out of the situation and ate mostly outside the hotel, there are many excellent cafes. Other than that, we really enjoyed staying here

The kitchen was a little disappointing, due to the large concentration of vacationers, there was not enough food and the food was not varied

Nice and quiet place with lot of trees. The room need a lot to be desired though, look kind of old. Slippers and combs are not available inside the room, and the place should offer more services for entertainment

Nice hotel and I really love their bathroom. The swimming pool looks nice but we did not have chance to enjoy. Maybe next time Unfortunately during my stay, the sauna was closed, i did expect to spend time there

The breakfasts are average, you can fill up, but I didn't like the Asian breakfasts. There's no coffee machine, but there is coffee, but it's not very good. The pool is clean on the 22nd floor

We stayed at this hotel for three days. It's beautiful, everything is very clean, the towels are good, there are robes, everything was great, and the location is very convenient

The slippers in the room are not disposable; flip-flops are a bit thin. The bed is clean and quite comfortable. The towels are clean, but "washed out," meaning not the freshest, and not very large

For the price, the hotel exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet is decent; you won't go hungry. Pros: lots of fruit, omelets/fried eggs made upon request, signature soups made with various meat broths

Near the hotel, you'll find very reasonably priced massages, currency exchange (the best rate is at the jewelry store), and inexpensive restaurants (everything is better than on the beachfront)

I've been staying here for a week. The breakfast is excellent for the price, the room is clean, there are hardly any Koreans, and the staff can communicate in both English and Korean

The value for money is truly the best

The girls at the counter work two shifts, but they're too busy: either a rude customer wants something, or they're busy delivering some goods, or they're checking in for registration

The fitness center is outdated, but it's functional. The pool is small, but adequate for this hotel (class). For the price, the hotel fully meets expectations

Large room with panoramic view of the sea, city and mountains. There is a huge bathtub in the bathroom, although you can also take a shower in the cabin - it's an amateur's choice

The hotel boasts a strategic location, being close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Overall a great place to stay in Nha Trang, and I certainly will be returning in the future

For example, other than snorkelling and mud baths, the main attraction in Nha Trang is the VinPearl cable ride to Harbour City and VinWonder Theme Park

My room was kept impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of local and western dishes. I loved the local dishes in particular

Love Le's Cham free bike and private beach service. We get free rides to the beach, get our own beach chairs and enjoy the waves. The breakfast selection is good too. A good combination of local and international food.

Cozy hotel, comfortable working place, perfect location- in a center but quiet so that you can work without noise. Wi-Fi was a bit weak but staff provided a special device to strengthen internet.

The hotel room is very nice, the location on line 3 is a bit far from the sea, but close to very good restaurants, 5 minutes walk to the mat, very enthusiastic and attentive service staff

Also on arrival the door wouldn’t lock so that needed major surgery also when I went to see the balcony I got caught up in the curtains which were torn to shreds top to bottom. In my view the staff were very unhelpful

I successfully found the Ibis sign and the staff, and had a smooth check-in. The hotel rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with a fridge, slippers, and even surprisingly good disposable toothbrushes

Always my stay when having an early in Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel provides shuttle bus service to the airport every half an hour 24/7. Very convenient if you have an early flight in the morning

The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle bus. There's a shopping mall right next door, with a food court on the 5th floor, which is super convenient for meals

It’s a very good place near the airport to stay in between flights and travels with small, simple yet nice rooms and a very decent breakfast, albeit without an egg station.

The place is suitable for those who want privacy. The hotel is located away from the tourist MUI ne, an isolated deserted beach, villas with swimming pool. The swimming pool is cleaned every morning

In the closet one shelf at the top, very uncomfortable. Brought only one small suitcase and had no place to lay down. Their sunbeds at the hotel, but there are a lot of other, enough space for everyone

Very clean and the rooms and corridors, and restaurant. Even tulle and curtains clean and fresh. Linen and towels were changed every day, everything is white

On the roof there is a swimming pool and several sunbeds. You can sunbathe in silence and swim (the water is cold!)

Compared to ArtNest, the breakfast isn't as good, but everything else is pretty similar! However, on the second day, I was moved to a sea-view suite on the 10th floor, and the ocean view from there was quite nice!

The hotel's location is pretty good, close to Nha Trang Beach, about a 3-4 minute walk away. I was originally booked at the Artnest Hotel next door but they didn't have a room, so I was moved here
