Nice hotel, but very noisy if you stay in lower floors

However, cleanliness left a lot to be desired. While it's advertised as being on the 'first line' (beachfront), you still need to cross a road to get there. The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide variety of options

The view from the room was amazing! The room's cleanliness was average. Convenient location and good service. The breakfasts were excellent, and the room had all the essentials.

This isn't our first stay here; we always make sure to book a room with a sea view. The stunning views are undoubtedly the hotel's biggest draw

We liked the hotel; we stayed for three days. They upgraded our room to a large two-room suite. There's a Sapphire restaurant nearby, lots of cafes, and a stunning sea view. On the downside, I'd note the poor breakfasts.

It's dirty, they clean it every day, but they never even washed the toilet. they just changed the towels, put the water on and slid a rag across the floor

Central location with amazing seaview. Staff was nice including receptionists Tiên & Thơm, and kitchen staff. Breakfast was good. Beds are huge. I'd definitely go back.

Room was nice and cosy; however the breakfast was delicious. Pity we had to leave early so didn’t get the chance to try out other facilities like fitness room and swimming pool. Staff were polite and very friendly

It's decent for business trips, but I wouldn't recommend it for a couple's getaway. The room is a bit small, but the service was excellent, and the location is good.

Hot shower water takes forever to get hot. The water shower drainage seems to be clogged too. Other than that the hotel is good.

Location: Very convenient, close to the city center and all the attractions. The downside is that there's a street food stall downstairs, which can be quite noisy at night when trying to sleep

The great City hotel with clean rooms a restaurant on the top floor with a marvelous view of the city. There's a swimming pool and a gym on the 4th floor. The location is perfect everything is within walking distance.

First I want to praise the kindness of the staff who named Ngan Yen. She served us very professionally despite I arrived mid night. She was kind and satisfied all my requests. She walked me to the elevator

While it is hot and stuffy downstairs, it is always fresh and nice on the roof by the pool, a great view. On the same floor there is a mini-fitness with a sea view. The bar by the pool was not working

Unfortunately the 1-star service rating boils down to the head of housekeeping bashing down on us IN FRONT OF other guests (a mix of Russian and British both visibly shocked) checking in and waiting for the elevators - all because of a red stained hand-towel which was from my fiancé's red hair dye - as she would clearly have seen if she saw the bright red hair standing in front of her

The dye washes out of the towel after two or three washes (as per previous experience of hotels in Vietnam and never been an issue) - we were then told to wash TWO hand towels (seems one one just added for luck) and after returning it was slightly stained and would definitely have been cleaned of the hair dye after another wash

The bar wasn’t open by the pool (in August when I’d expect it to be busy in the hotel)

The staff are great and speak good English. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quite new. The restaurant and rooftop pool was closed due to CV19. It's a five-minute walk to the beach

Hotel with swimming pools and beautiful landscape view if you book room on 5 or 6 floor. We are sorry breakfast is not tasty for us, but it was fine to eat some fruits there. Room is wide and spacious with small balcony

Spacious room, great breakfast, and a beautiful view from the balcony. It's a quiet area with calm, waveless seas and fine sand. The manager at the reception, Hong Pihung, is very kind and helpful with any questions.

The hotel is nice and convenient with many facilities (spa, garden cafe, Chinese and Japanese restaurants) and close to the airport. We also enjoyed the VIP room with a beautiful view

There is no provision of a shower but to get into the tub and there too there is just a hand shower and no fixed shower head so you have water flying all over. The shower mat was also ripped from one side

It claims to be a 5 star, but the tub edge is more than 2 feet high and for a person of age a challenge to climb in and out without any kind of support bat or steps provided

However, I would like to recommend some changes in the service. The hotel reception staff was not polite to my dad when he was surprised to know the check out time was 12pm

The male staff said nothing but stared at my dad. There is also a female staff during breakfast (her name was Thanh Nhan?) whose attitude was patronising and not polite

The location is next to Nha Trang Terrace Hotel, the price is cheap, it is easy to access and there is an elevator, the room is clean and sanitary, the check-in front desk is on the second floor, and the front desk staff are very nice!

Very friendly and welcome staff. Reasonable price and everything looks exactly like advertisement. Room with a balcony is worth for upgrading, and especially a balcony room with bathub will make your night extra romantic

The sea is a three-minute walk away. The only drawback is the bathroom: the shower has no curtain or side rail, so water spills all over the bathroom, which is inconvenient. I recommend this hotel for solo travelers

There was mold in the toilet, the Vietnamese never bother with this because they don't care about themselves or others.

Couldn’t ask for anything more to be honest! Maybe shower doesn’t leak so much through the door but it’s nothing to complain about honestly

Me n my husband and an other couple of our friends stayed here at The Myst Dong Khoi over the weekend 3 days 2 nights recently, we all loves the vibe here! They really have their own characters and uniqueness not the ordinary business hotel, and all the staffs here are super helpful, friendly and kind specially Long at the reception and Duc at concierge

 I will absolutely stay here again. For another week!! Areas of improvement include breakfast tables being placed just inches apart - hugely inappropriate and made me find other options for breakfast

The Myst’s rooms are very quiet. I worked inside my room for hours and didn’t hear much. The hotel is cute and well run. Well priced and very well situated in a safe and western-friendly location

I’ve been in Saigon for months now moving from hotel to hotel. The Myst Dong Khoi is an excellent choice among the options. The best feature, and one that matters a lot here, is quiet and peace

I had a very comfortable stay at the myst hotel’s verdant calm balcony view. It overlooks the Times Square and you can catch a glimpse of the Nguyen hue street if you’re on a higher floor

The cleaning was extremely superficial. But the towels were changed every day. Apparently, they rarely do a deep cleaning. It's not very pleasant to sleep on a bed with a very dirty headboard

A spacious luxury suite with magnificent sunrises right from the balcony! Perhaps the only drawback is that not every room has a shower (mine only had a jacuzzi, "in a moderate condition")

A somewhat tired, but very atmospheric hotel in a mixed Japanese-European style, located in the very epicenter of the city's beach and nightlife. The beach is right across the street

And since we had to dry our clothes by the window, everything spilled on them. We told the staff several times. I don't know if they did anything, but for several hours the water didn't run, and then it started again

The first room had a very bad odour pillow, one of the towels were yellow and the second room had a hair ball in the corner of the bathroom with mould on the seals. The hotel is old and needs to be renovated

This hotel offers excellent value for money and is very close to Mui Ne city center. The breakfast spread is abundant with many choices, and the scenery is lovely

However, our room faced the sun, so every morning from 8 AM to 12 PM, it felt like an oven – very stuffy and hot. But overall, everything else was fantastic!

Breakfast could be improved, although the pho is excellent and a must-try. The hotel is within 30 minutes of nearby attractions, and a shopping street is about 3km away, easily accessible by Grab

The Fishing Village has a seafood market where you can pick your seafood and have it cooked on the spot. The seafood is excellent, and the prices are great (be careful not to get your seafood swapped during processing!)

For 150 RMB (600,000 VND), a driver will take photos and guide you to attractions like White Sand Dunes, Red Sand Dunes, Fishing Village, and Fairy Stream for 4 hours (the photography is very professional)

Don't worry if you don't speak English; translation apps and Chinese will be perfectly fine, as many Chinese guests stay here. The beach and water quality are pretty average

We went to the front desk, and they just gave us some bug spray and told us to go deal with it ourselves (left a bad taste). The pool is dirty; no one uses it

On our last day, they practically evicted us! There were so many, it was really unpleasant, so we decided to move into our daughter's second room

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the lively, bustling area. Regarding cleanliness: we encountered cockroaches in one of the rooms

This hotel is not so good... bad Windows, You can hear noise from outside, rooms are kinda old, photos are not showing the truth. I would not go there again~

Only what's inside the refrigerator is extra, and they didn't put anything in the refrigerator, so maybe there's a translation error. The hotel is a "party spot" with a bunch of bars, small shops, and other amenities

5-liter bottles, and it seemed to turn off when leaving the room. The safe was confusing twice: I left with it locked and checked, then came back after housekeeping—the safe was open, but everything was still there

😁 The room is poorly renovated, the air conditioning is weak, and it can't handle 18 degrees. The windows have to be closed when it's sunny. The shower head needs replacing, as does the small coffee table

The hotel is right on the water. We could see the pool and the ocean from our room balcony. The breakfast was all you can eat buffet with omelet station and a selection of hot food.

We had a romantic dinner by the sea. The resort has a sparkling atmosphere at night. You can lean back and listen to the whispering ocean waves. Friendly and enthusiastic staff
