Nice hotel with great views of Can Tho!!! Great breakfast too!

Big hotel with great location and spacious room. Breakfast is delicious. However, the cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved. One of our family members found a lot of cut nails on the floor when we checked into the room.

The service was good, the place was clean and comfortable, the counter staff spoke Chinese, the breakfast was good, and ordering Grab was very convenient. The downside was that the water temperature for showering and bathing was a bit low when I went in January.

Having stayed in many mid-range hotels across Thailand and Vietnam, the Erica Hotel and Beach was a major letdown. We booked Room 2501 (Signature Room), but the experience did not match the name. We were satisfied with the room. For one week staying will be ok. But the bed sheets haven't been changed.they just made it up, so I didn't immediately realize that they hadn't changed anything for a whole week. And not enough clean the floor, there was hair and sand somewhere. The gym is not gym😂 , it's not enough for people who work out and it's in the corridor among other rooms.

The location of the hotel was great! Close to everything you need to be to have a good time. The reception staff was also very friendly which was nice.

Nice place for a couple of days

It was alright. I'd recommend booking a sea-view room though, ours had absolutely no view (picture 3). The hotel itself was decent, good for just chilling out. However, on the last day, I saw a cockroach near the bathtub, and some newly hatched ones too. I guess that's common in tropical areas, especially with fruit around.

Beautiful views, friendly staff and nice quiet location. Nice rooms. We were chauffeured around the resort in little buggies as rooms and amenities are a fair distance apart from each other. Issues however included poor maintenance with broken bathtub plug, shower mixer, cracked tiles and some mould in basins. It was a bit far from the night market, but it was good. The suite room was spacious and satisfactory. It was a little disappointing that dinner was mandatory due to the Tet holiday.

The hotel was interesting. The garden on the roof was neat as was the view. Staff was extremely courteous. However, the building was strange. It made me think of a Temu castle.

Personally, I feel that there is no air conditioning. It is very hot and stuffy in the evening. Although there is an old fan, it cannot improve the stuffy situation. There are Koreans everywhere, mostly elderly people. The facilities are slightly old. The win is good service and good location. The food is Korean style, which Chinese people are not used to.

The room was clean, and the hotel's location made transportation convenient. My flights always arrive at night, so I just take a taxi directly to the hotel from the airport. Check-in is usually smooth; everything's sorted in about ten minutes, and then I can head up to my room.

Good location, walking distance to city centre and major shopping mall

Great apartment with washing machine and kitchen, very spacious and clean. Suitable for family staying. There are many cafe and convenience stores nearby, very easy to get grab everywhere! We will definitely visit again.

It's quiet, even though it's near a market. The Wi-Fi works well. Housekeeping is poor; they only change the bedding if you ask. The fridge doesn't work well. Otherwise, the room is spacious and new. Breakfast is typical for Asia, but they do have scrambled eggs.

Everything was fine. Cleaning was done daily, water was provided, and towels were changed. Breakfast was so-so; after one, we didn't even get up for it 😅 The water in the shower drained very slowly; one shower resulted in a flood... The furniture was fresh. Convenient location, cheap room rates, spacious rooms, large beds. However, the breakfast buffet was rather disappointing and not very tasty, the towels were extremely dirty, black instead of white. The hotel refused to change the towels. Nice hotel, a shame it's so far from the sea.

I had a great stay. Daily housekeeping to ensure the room is clean. There is breakfast and a cafe just on the ground floor which offers tasty coffee. They allowed me to check in early with no fee. The wifi is great, I was able to work without issues throughout the week. I will definitely book again when I go back to Nha Trang.

Nice hotel and I really love their bathroom. The swimming pool looks nice but we did not have chance to enjoy. We stayed at this hotel for three days. It's beautiful, everything is very clean, the towels are good, there are robes, everything was great, and the location is very convenient.
