Every member of the staff was so kind, caring, helpful and respectful that words are not enough to thank them. They are truly a dream team — from the reception staff, the bellboys, housekeeping, the waiters, the chef… every single person left a beautiful...

It’s a beautiful hotel with a lake nearby. For breakfast, there is a big variety of food options.

Was amused by the views from our room, what the farm can provide and lakes. We managed to took a walk before we checked out. The resort provides shuttle service to night market, however the drop off will be better if it’s nearer to the market

Terracotta Hotel offers a peaceful retreat by Tuyen Lam Lake. Ideal for couples seeking minimalism and nature over shopping. While some facilities age, the hygiene is reliable. Breakfast spread is nice, but limited food options for the rest of the day. Frequented by tour groups. Pool felt aged.

The hotel is good. The bedding and towels were dry, clean, and not old. The facilities at the hotel are good. The hotel itself isn't new, but that doesn't detract from it. It's located in a fantastically beautiful place. Everything is perfect.

Amazing resort right next to the lake. It's also near to many areas such as dalanta waterfall and the city center. The shuttle service is great and it's also nearby the intercity bus station. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff but they insist on keeping a passport or ID to prevent guests from leaving without paying for the mini bar. I brought a shower filter and realised that the water is not exactly clean (refer to picture) Overall, the room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Gym is decent.

The Rex ist located in the heart of HCMC, right across the old Townhall. But don't expect a fully modern hotel, the Rex has kept the charm of the last century. Breakfast was awesome with a lot of choices, served on the 5th floor with a great view on the city. The pools were rather moderate but worth a visit.,

Probably the most central location in HCMC. Walkable to everywhere. If you’re staying over the weekend, just a reminder that there always seem to be big part in the main streets here. The rooftop restaurant was excellent to be at to absorb all the things happening around. The staff was courteous, as expected. I’ll see you again in the future.

It's a luxuious stay for us at The Reveire Saigon. The luxurioys deco and furnishings were extravagant and magnificant. The convenient location also allows easy access to the surrounding attractions and the great river view enhanced the stay as well. The hotel staff are also courteous and accomodating with reasonable requests an we willl stay here again.

Traveling for business to Vietnam for 22 years, staying ONLY at a luxury hotel, tried now for the first time SOFITAL and I must say this is top of the best !! Very special service, fancy upscale hotel, great lounge floor , great roof top , nice clean and just like any luxury hotel in VN !

A very good hotel in the heart of the city. The staff are great and very helpful. The breakfast is one of the best. The pool is on the 18th floor and has a view of the entire city. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. It can get noisy from the street as there's no double glazing (only a single pane of glass).

Convenient and Comfortable Stay Had a great stay overall. I didn’t use the pool, but managed a 30-minute gym session before enjoying the excellent breakfast buffet. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated being able to set the room temperature to 20°C for a restful night.

Our family of four stayed for two nights and it was pretty good. Clean and comfortable, and the location was also fine. The rooftop pool is beautiful and spacious 😍. Having a couple of drinks by the pool at night was really chill 🍻.

This hotel offers a great all-in-one experience. The room layout is nice, and there's a good variety of food options that can even be delivered to your room. The rooftop pool is decent, though a bit messy. The staff can be a little casual. Overall, it's much better value for money than Landmark 81.

The pool is absolutely gorgeous! However, the shower in the room was incredibly small – I've never seen one so tiny, it was hard to even open the door once inside. But other than that, everything else was great!

Hotel was very clean and very convenient with a 15 minutes right away from the hotel. Service was good and overall a very good experience !

The best hotel! We booked a deluxe room with a sea view, and for Asia, it's a solid 10 out of 10. The renovation, cleanliness, and service - all perfect! The people at the reception are incredibly welcoming; they cheerfully exclaim "HOROSHO" (good) so genuinely. We definitely want to return to this hotel. They even gave us a gift when we checked out! 😻

I chose this hotel for my last night primarily because of its location. It's super convenient – the airport bus, shopping areas, and ATMs are all nearby. The staff were friendly, and the pool was lovely. Overall, I had a great and relaxing stay.

The bathrobes were stained, and I saw a cockroach in the room. It felt like my neighbors were living inside my room – there were so many noisy families with kids. The city view is only good because of the mountain. The pool is nice, but small. The massage was 400k, and it was average. I didn't try the food. There's a Highlands Coffee just around the corner.

I can say this hotel has a great location in Nha Trang, close to the bank and the cathedral, and only about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The hotel has a nice vibe and the room itself is comfortable. However, there were a few issues during my stay. I booked a queen bed but received two single beds. The staff tried to solve it by combining the beds, but the middle area was still uncomfortable to sleep...

Wonderful hotel. Check-in is strictly on time. The room was cleaned every day. It's not far from the sea and convenient. New bottles of water were added daily. There were also items available for an additional charge.

This hotel isn't good value for money at all. It's really not worth the price. It's pretty much on par with hotels in the area that cost around 300-400, but I paid almost 1000 and still got an inner-facing room. The service was also just okay; they didn't offer to help with luggage proactively.

I had a fantastic time and stay in this Potique Hotel which was surprisingly amazing. All teh staff was just very helpful, courteous and went all their way to assist me around. Not forgetting the breakfast spread was equally yummy and delicious. I have had my dinners in their Cafe which was already just great and DELICIOUS!! There are many hotels along Nha Trang beach, but this one is located on the outskirts, far from the city center. Getting around for meals requires taking a taxi, which is quite inconvenient. The room itself was decent, but the hotel was packed with Russians, and the breakfast was really bad.

It was very dirty. A gloomy hotel, we checked in at night. I even encountered a cockroach on the first day in the shower. Horrible.

This hotel has so much untapped potential. Their 5 star rating seems to be self proclaimed. In the photos, you see several lounge chairs at the pool...in reality, there's only one. The breakfast on days that they have a lot of guests is very good, but when they're not full, the options felt like a homeless kitchen. The wifi was weak...I've had better wifi in hostels. It’s a very budget friendly hotel. Across the road there is a beach but A little bit walk to the Nha Trang main beach and nice eateries.Breakfast good selection of foods mostly local. Only fruit selection was limited. Truly value for money. Rooms were cleaned everyday nicely. Small grocery stores are right outside the hotel.

The location is pretty close to the airport, and not too far from Districts 1 and 2. In December, the elevator was under maintenance, which made going up and down a bit inconvenient. The front desk staff seemed a bit more rigid compared to what I'm used to in China.

The staff were friendly, but the menu was limited and dinner closed quite early. Generally smelt damp in the corridors.

Beautiful hotel, very big reception area & room & only 5 - 10 mins from the airport 🛫 which is ideal. We only spent 1nt before flying home. Our room was ok but the bedding felt cold & damp & there was an awful musty smell throughout the hotel. That's our only criticism 😔

I've stayed here many times, and the hotel's conditions are generally good. Even though the guy at the front desk was quite rude, the hotel itself is actually very nice. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor is also delicious.

This is my second visit. As expected, I've had an absolutely wonderful time and am leaving with the fondest memories. In particular, the private beach is serene and teeming with fish, making it ideal for children to snorkel. The cuisine and employees' service are truly exceptional. I look forward to returning soon.
