Service was great, location was great, and the hotel was very clean, very good gym. If I had one compliant, it would be they need more elevators. Wait times can be a little long during peak time. But it did not ruin my experience.

The hotel is pretty good, and the location is convenient. The breakfast, in particular, is quite extensive, with both a Chinese and Western restaurant available. The breakfast itself is very unique, and there's a sauna located right next to the gym, making it easy to work out. However, the pool is a bit small, only about 10 meters.

The front desk staff were professional and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent. The free shuttle bus was convenient for visiting tourist attractions. Overall, it offered good value for money.

After staying at the Windsor Hotel before, I was impressed by the great service and convenient location. So, I booked another night before heading back home. The front desk kindly upgraded me to a suite for free, which definitely met my expectations. On the night of my stay, I grabbed some fish ball and wonton noodles, fish maw, and milk tea at the nearby Wah Sing Cafe – it was delicious!

Not as old as some reviews suggest. You can smoke on the balcony, and the room was cleaned thoroughly, they even helped organize my luggage and the room. The bed was comfortable, though a couple of the pillows are quite old and could use replacing. The pool was very clean.

Everything was great until I was ask to pay for a damaged shampoo bottle which partly was due to the fact that the cover was not secured properly. But just not to spoil my holiday, I still decided to pay for it as demanded.

Peaceful, spacious bungalow with ocean view. Cool outdoor private bathtub with a super comfortable bed. We were assigned a room with poor lighting. When we asked the front desk about an upgrade during check-in, they said we'd have to pay more for it and could check in at 8 AM. Had been in Le Meridien Saigon more than 10 times. The best service is their breakfast.

The hotel isn't bad overall. However, in the large room with panoramic windows, the window was dirty. The jacuzzi wasn't working. Breakfast wasn't the best I've had, but it was passable.

The night swim was fantastic. It's great for families, though I'd recommend using a photo filter. The location is also decent, and the service is good. It's also convenient for ordering food delivery.

We had a really bad experience with the hotel upon arrival. Facility was old, our room had a strong bad smell (maybe alchohol), bathroom and around the bed floor was dirty, could see the sticky smudge attaching to my socks. We chose the hotel for the location and a 5 star rating. But that was not how we expected. Although, the receptionists had really good attitude and was very helpful.

Great location right by the beach, and close to the night market. The hotel is a bit old, but the room was lovely, with a direct ocean view facing the beach – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. For a family trip, the outstanding service was definitely the highlight.

it has the best beach in Muine. off from the center but it is near the market and there is a small.local seafood place next to the beach. reasonable and fresh! staffs maintain the beach trash free which makes the beach even nicer. Pros : Very well maintained resort with a private beach huge pool and a huge dining area. You can play volleyball on the beach or rent some jet skis. The hospitality is great! Cons However i didn't see any volleyball nets on the beach I found the food to be average in the buffet. Again i found no latch on the bathroom which i find is a problem but i think it's okay for most people.
