Fabulous hotel, very very clean, food was good, rooms were spotless and the maid service was great. Only downside would be the amount of work going on in the area but obviously this is to improve the area. The promenade is so clean and all the bars and restaurants look well looked after, we would definitely recommend

For a 4-star hotel, there was little variety in the food... from breakfast, lunch and dinner, in the "all-inclusive" format. The AC in the room sometimes malfunctioned, but the cleanliness was good and the beach and pool were excellent. If I return to Albania I will not stay at this hotel.

Everything is very taste. The food is so delicious and the service is exellent. Our children likr do much the soups that eat. The view is so relaxed and a good weather. Our children plays with toys and laugh so much. Thank you, we are having a wonderful time with our children.

Clean room, superb amenities,lovely staff, good drinks and an all round lovely atmosphere.

We stayed here for one night before our flight. The hotel is convenient for this purpose: you can stroll into the large park and spend a few hours there. And the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was the tiny rooms. How Radisson allowed this for the price is beyond me. Sometimes, you literally can't move around in them.

Building is beautiful. Rooms are nice. Customer experience is lacking. Spa pricing is a nonsense. 20 eur per sauna per person per 20 minutes! That could be just added value since the saunas are heated anyways and no one uses them with this ridiculous plan. Extremely disappointed. Hotel and staff are very nice. AC was switched to heating a week before arrival which we didn’t know. It was a bit warm in the room but once we opened the balcony door and kept it open throughout he night it felt cool.

We stayed at the Santa Quaranta for two nights in late February on a visit from Greece. We were probably the only guests in staying at the hotel at the time and were very well looked after!. The staff were very welcoming and most helpful. Thankyou for making our first visit to Albania so enjoyable. We throughly recommend staying at this hotel if you are ever in Sarande.

None of the 3 restaurants are open during the winter. Was part of the reason I went with a resort. Its not close to any restaurants so had to drive again defeating the purpouse of a resort. The room isn't fancy for the money wouldnt classify as 4 stars. Elevator only goes up to 7th floor so you have to carry your bags the rest of the way. Small 4 person elevator thats hard to get to. Can't comment on the hotel, only went to the swimming pool as day guests. The environment was clean and well maintained. The swimming pool was large and with various spaces for the kids. It was reasonably priced too, €15 for a couple of sunbeds. We had a lovely day here and look forward to going back.

A lovely hotel to stay at when visiting Durres that has prime access to the beach, two pools, a spa area that’s included and great breakfast. The staff were very nice and always happy to help, the hotel itself is beautiful and the spread at breakfast is delicious. I only wish I came in warmer weather to swim in the outdoor pool.
