Great view but off season no pool nothing was there...everything was shutdown on the day

Breakfast was great, continental and english bfast was provided with pork and chicken served separately. We really wanted to use the pool only to be told that it had been drained

It is said that the best hotel in the Saran area. The room is big enough, but the air conditioner is not working well. The breakfast is not self-service, which is a bit small

I saw that other room types are a bit small when passing by. It is recommended to choose this room type directly. It is not bad for the money for a visit

When we showed up at the hotel we were a bit concerned there would be some sort of long wait or something, but the receptionist (her name was Etleva) she explained everything with details and it was easy to communicate with her about every issue we had

I have to especially thank Mrs. Eva at the reception, who is amazing and made me choose this hotel. I would not like to forget Mrs. Lindita and Flutura, who contribute to the great cleanliness of the hotel

I have to mention, I do have issues with different accents (as i also have a very thick accent in English) but the girl at the reception, Etleva, has been so patient and followed my way of speaking

Unlike other hotels in Durres, this hotel has one of the best service coordination, the food left me speechless (BIG fan of their seafood) and the room is tidy and always clean

If I will ever return to Durres I will make sure to come back herr again and ofc suggest this amazing hotel to my family and friends

I had a very pleasant weekend with my partner here. It was our first booking in Durrës and it was so easy to book our reservation

My wife had a seriously broken ankle so we were completely dependent on assistance to get around. They ensured we had elevator access to avoid stairs and placed us in thr perfect room in the hotel

The room was clean, tidy, modern, and has everything we needed. Thr location of the hotel is perfect. It's right in one of the best parts of the city, but very quiet in the hotel

The hotel itself is located in a very populated area with plenty of bars and restaurants within a waking distance, be aware that If you visit Albania that all of the bars and music get turned off at 12pm (unless you are in a club) I lost my phone at one point and all of the staff were at my aid!! Is located in the Lungomare in Vlora sity in Albania , 7-8 minutes walking fare from the port , you have beach place in front of hotel , 3-4 minutes walking from hotel you have and one small park for the people's who want to see the sunset from the port

This hotel deserve 4* + , food very tasty, sea view excellent, the road when you see from sea side view looks like in Miami or Florida in USA. I will suggest this hotel for the people's who want to stay for many days

One of the best hotels in the "Lungomare" area. Our stay was excellent and the service top-notch. The view the food and hospitality only add to the excellence. If you are in Vlora highly recommend this hotel

Great service, lovely view from my room and good food. I drove from Norway and had dirty clothes. Manager managed to get my clothes washed in no time. I had no internet, I needed an albanian sim card

The whole place feels very much like a luxurious chalet style hotel in a ski resort. The staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plenty and so were the evening meals

But day after arriving we wanted to use the pool and was told that it was closed down for the winter. After 5 days a lot of Albania families came, straight away deck chairs came out, pool was cleaned

Also they might have a spa, but not as we know it. It was more like a in door play pool for children

We spend one night in the roof top deluxe jacuzzi suite. May be a little dark in deco. You can see the sea but it‘s about 20 minutes by foot

This isn‘t a beach resort although offering 2 large outside pools that are not heated. Unfortunately you have to reserve the use of the indoorpool??which is difficult to understand

We had breakfast à la carte as it was low season. Good quality with friendly staff. Sometimes difficult to communicate in english

Air conditioning in the room is pre set at 23C , and you cant adjust it either way, contrary to the list of available services in the room that states AC can be adjusted 3 degrees up or down

The hotel is right at the intersection of the pedestrian street, which is great. It felt good to walk around the pedestrian street after breakfast. I felt very comfortable watching people coming and going

Would have been 5 star but few little niggles to share in the hope they can be corrected for others. As early in season none of the swimming pools were open. Again when asked when due to be open very vague responses

I went there one day and it was great. They have a huge pool and pool side area, right on the beach (you get loungers and umbrella for free) & also a pier bar which was super nice

(The double glazing in the rooms means you don't hear the mussin from the mosque) It was great to sit on this balcony and watch sunset, have a drink, and listened to a musical performance coming from the amphitheatre (probably)

The room not the biggest one, however comfortable with twin of king bed. In the room also is small work desk. The room is not provided with the coffee facilities, however the cattle is available as well as small fridge

It’s a SMART tv but I couldn’t get it working, which was a shame as it was huge! Broken toilet seat. No gym, pool or other amenities. Kettle was broken and I asked to get it fixed but management forgot to

1 bathroom with loo/ basin/ shower cubical. The extract in the loo was not great as you got. kitchen smells/ cigarette smell/ drain smell coming from it. Shower cubical could have had more attention to detail

Payment by cash only in local or euro. We arranged via reception a local taxi to pick us up for a 615am transfer to the airport the afternoon before we needed pickup. Ask for the number to be given to the night Watchman

Reception is covered by a night Watchman and that is all he is. Rooms are basic , but fit your need as I expect your spend 75% of the time on the beach or out in the cafes and restaurants , and clubs along the strip

Under new name( management? ) We had a twin bedroom appointment on fourth floor, which consisted of 1 double, 1 twin, and a fifth bed as you enter along side the fridge and kettle

CCTV covers the stairs / passage ways / lift door. Hope it works and records and is never called upon. On the 1st of June the local lifeguards were been put through their paces

The advantage was the location right on the beach and also the fact that the hotel is not too big and there is no shortage of space during meal times, by the pool or on the hotel beach

We stayed at the Privilege Hotel for four nights and I would rate the experience five stars (9. Our room was very clean upon arrival, the staff were extremely friendly, and the spa area was available for free 24/7

I also really enjoyed the breakfast — there was a good variety of options to choose from, and it was served until 12:00, which allowed us to sleep in and enjoy a relaxed morning

The restaurant prices are fair: you can have a delicious sea bass fillet for €12 and a Caesar salad for €7. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5 stars
