Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. We are very pleased. We would especially like to thank Elena from the restaurant who helped me look after my daughter when I had to go to the pharmacy.

It was very good to hotel .the breakfast was very nice and herllik the location is great and the room is good and the staff was really friendly

This is my biggest complaint— the resort really needs to invest in friendlier staff. They are unhelpful and seem indifferent to any concerns you might have

Additionally, there was a dining area that was clearly overcrowded, yet they continued to serve breakfast, resulting in a wait of 40 to 50 minutes

Nice hotel with a beautiful promenade. Staff very unfriendly and abrupt. They staff spoils the experience. Will not go back.

The ladies seem reluctant to do their jobs; they either take an excessively long time to assist guests or, when they finally do help, they often get it wrong

I had mentioned during booking that I needed a room with stable WiFi for work, and they definitely delivered. The internet was really good and fast and I had no issues at working a few hours from my room

An Absolutely Wonderful Stay - Highly Recommend! We just got back from a fantastic stay at Rafaelo Resort and I couldn't be happier with our experience. The great service started even before we arrived

She checked in with us every day to see if we needed fresh towels or anything else, and her warmth was really lovely. All the staff we encountered were consistently friendly, helpful, and kind

I made our reservation through their Facebook page and the team was incredibly quick to respond. Their answers were always clear and very helpful, which made the booking process so smooth

The food was also really nice and always served on time. For the level of service and quality we received, we found it to be very affordable, especially with the end-of-season sale

Highly recommend this place! Just one small note for the management: the curtain rod in our rooms was very loose and unstable; it tended to fall if you opened the curtains widely

My experience was 10/10 i loved the staff , the view and the vibe was amazing. The food was delicious and the rooms were very clean , totally recommended. They had live music and very good cocktails

I can't believe I forgot to mention the fabulous spa. Myself & 2 friends had the luxury, sauna, Turkish bath, massages, reflexology & facial it was wonderful. The staff were professional & friendly

The spa, we chose was 2 hours & great value for all the treatments & discount as they were 3 of us. The spa was immaculate & well worth the money. Treat yourself, your on holiday

Brilliant Hotel is simply amazing! A very clean, peaceful place — perfect for a family vacation. There’s a lot of greenery all around, which gives a fresh and relaxing atmosphere

The young people in the restaurant were really nice and everyone was friendly. We were upgraded to a sea view room and also were allowed a late check out with no extra cost

The hotel was quite quiet, but still, I have never known a hotel not to charge extra where they could have. It was really impressive and made us feel very well looked after. The spa at the hotel was also excellent

There was always a good selection of dishes but food was often not very warm. All inclusive drinks only served in two outdoor bars but once you had your drinks no one seemed to mind where you sat to drink them

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I do agree with previous comments that it was not completely 5 star compared to European standards, but that took nothing away from the excellent time we had

The hotel itself is very well decorated, clean and tidy. The food was ok and seemed to have lots of choice. However the thing that made this hotel for us was the staff. We were so well looked after by Sergio and his team

For Ukrainians who are now looking for an alternative to Turkey and Egypt, Albania is a great option. The food is delicious here, buffet style. Yogurt, coffee, pancakes, scrambled eggs - everything is fresh and delicious

A very chilled out vibe around the pool (which is the cleanest and freshest pool we've ever swam in, albeit a little cold due to the season)

We were b&b so enjoyed a lovely breakfast but also had the option to pay for our evening meal, which we did most nights as it was really good with a great choice and only cost us around £50

Bar in restaurant only had one flat prosecco which I sent back as it was vile. They said that they had no alternative. One of the swimming pools was thick with stagnant algi and pute green, so we couldnt use it

very nice resort where you can have a nice day on sea or pool with many restaurant and bar inside

The hotel has it's own beach which is a good thing because you dont have to move around looking for one. The aqua zumba that was conducted by Joel ,was so amazing ,filled with joy ,fun and relaxing

Great hotel, such a nice and welcoming atmosphere and the staff is so polite! Rooms were very clean. Hotel is close to the beach and you can go around walking in the “Lungomare”.

Great rooms and a good view of the coast. Room service ,valet parking. Workers speak foreign languages. Has a bar & restaurant on site. Its one of the most expensive places around here but it's worth it at the end.

Rooms very good standard, spacious and clean, with air conditioning. During our 10 days stay, there was 1 power outage for 2 hours, and 3-4 times there was no water for 1-2 hours

We had all inclusive holiday in Royal G hotel. Food absolutely delicious, no idea how people can complain about food , everything was so fresh , various types of cuisines

The location of the hotel is perfect. They cleaned our room and changed the towels every day. The breakfast was good . The staff was friendly. And there was a parking in front of the hotel

Very nice and cosy hotel with friendly staff and a very nice view above the bay of Vlora. The room was ok for one night. Only the shower lost some water and the floor arround it got wet

Hotel its in very nice location, near the beach and lungomare. near to you have Market Bus Station, nice Parking, Great View. Staf i very polite and educated. Price at the Hotel are not Expensive

We ate at the restaurant 4 times and enjoyed all the meals. The rooms were big and clean and comfortable. The spa pool was a bit too cold for, as was the steam room

I appreciated the peculiar dishes of the buffet, especially the traditional albanian food (there also are many other choices provided) and I also got to try the small restaurant

What I appreciate the most is the variety of entertainment and that this place grants, you can either enjoy yourself by one of the pools (in winter time they have an indoor pool) or spend some time with your friends at the beach bar, and even have some alone time at the gym in case you don’t want to skip your daily gym session

This Resort is a must-visit! I recently spent 6 fantastic days there with my friends, and we all had an amazing time. The resort was spotless, and everything was just perfect

The kid’s club is a plus in case you want to have a break from the kids and surely the fact of being close to the beach plays a big part itself

The food was great, and we enjoyed trying out different dishes. The beach was sandy and perfect for relaxation

Spent a few days of our honeymoon at this hotel. The food at the à la carte restaurant was amazing, and the service was excellent — including at the reception. The staff were very thoughtful and friendly

Can I just say their food was absolutely delicious? Every single meal time (dinner mainly) food was cooked fresh and to perfection

Chef Atilla was always on top of his work, he made sure that the food served was to a good standard, he was very friendly and constantly asked how I was doing and made sure I was happy with the food

The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Considering the comfort, services and beachfront location, we found the value for money to be very good

I also went down to the Spa and was met by the lovely Angel who is very friendly and accommodating. She did my massage and hair and was ever so polite and kind

We couldn't shake the impression that customers who paid for their food in advance as part of the all-inclusive are not as important to the hotel as customers who pay for their food on the spot

The receptionist working in the afternoon also recommended some fun excursions to do in Albania. That was a great tip! Nico from the restaurant was always smiling and greeting us with a warm smile

How else can we explain that these customers had cutlery prepared on the table, nice table settings and decorations on the tables and received their food on nice plates, while as part of the all-inclusive program you don't even get a tablecloth or ordinary cutlery on the table

The advantage was the location right on the beach and also the fact that the hotel is not too big and there is no shortage of space during meal times, by the pool or on the hotel beach

The weak, very weak point is the food, as the menu is very small and constantly repeated, and the food often doesn't even taste very good. It was the first time we went to eat elsewhere on an all-inclusive holiday

Where do I even start from?? This place is the best place have ever been in my life, service is top notch and their staffs are so nice and calm, I never regret every bit of my stay in this place, even when I am supposed to check out at 11am they were so calm till my cab came at 5pm

We had the package with breakfast included, very generous! I can only thank again our main contact at the hotel, Oresti who manages the reception but so many other things, always smiling, always looking for satisfactory solutions always with the desire to make our stay as pleasant as possible, incredible ☺️ with very good advice, attentive and very kind! I don't forget the manager of the restaurant...

The main issue was there was an old man sitting in the restaurant and chain-smoking every day despite the signs saying smoking is forbidden

Nice hotel, large pool and private beach, however the rooms are outdated

The hotel, the swimming pool, the large space with food points on stilts directly on the sea, very very beautiful especially at sunset! The pizzeria also belonging to the hotel makes very good pizzas 😋! I only give 4 stars for the location because some rooms (our first night) overlook a very very very busy road and are smaller than those we had the next day thanks to the kindness and understanding...

The overall impression is good, it's the Balkans - Albania from the airport is literally "crammed" with people and cars, as well as the transfer traffic jams on the highway

The room we had in this hotel was quite small, but there was a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs to sit outside, which was a nice seating area. The bathroom was quite small, but was adequate for showering, etc

Good: clean, nice cleaning and restaurant service Bad: awful food and drinks, can’t use or sit at the beach bar as all inclusive option, Dirty city/ area and beach, broken toilet sit in the room, dirty water in the pool

30 mins drive to Himare for cave swimming and another nice beach. 20 mins drive to Dhermi for very posh restaurants. Room was very new and very nice. Power shower and comfortable bed

Very tricky to access the sea here, lots of rocks, you need to walk 15-20 minutes and then you get to a nice beach. All pebbles so bring your aqua shoes. Receptionists and staff all very friendly

There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. A 5-minute walk across the road took you to the hotel’s private beach which has a beach bar with very friendly staff

The beach had very comfortable sunbeds and plenty of umbrellas available for guests, however they do not provide beach towels. There is also a lovely pool area at the hotel

Had the best stay here for 3 days. Celebrated my daughter Lily birthday here. The manager himself ordered n got us a cake. All staff are excellent, very polite n helpful

Perfect place for all inclusive vacation. The food is excelent with traditional and sea food dishes🍽️ Building is class and comfort for couple and family. With a seafront nice pool 👌 And room is clean, comfort and cozy

The staff were attentive and caring, especially the young lady who was on reception when we checked out, the man who drove us to Sarande and the young man at the beach bar (so sorry we didn’t ask your names) you made us feel so comfortable

Really nice hotel , good room size and bathrooms. only issue is it is 15 min drive to center city so must have a car. breakfast was made to order and fresh and wonderful. numerous choices and all good quality food items

Our stay here was a perfect balance of luxury and wholesomeness. We used the hotel taxi to and from the hotel, everything was easy and taken care of. The view from the pool was exceptional and the sunset was beautiful
