Stunning. Just stunning. Good food. Very friendly service. I love this place. So easy going and laid back. Would love to return one day. Our room was spectacular.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, except for the girl who works on the sun loungers. The food for breakfast could be more varied, the downside is that you can't use the sun loungers in the front rows and if you are in their hotel, you have to pay €20 for those who want them.

If you want a quiet and pleasant vacation, this is the perfect place. We loved this hotel. Superb location. Easy beach access. The rooms have amazing views. We stayed at the top floor penthouse and it was well equipped with all amenities. Complimentary breakfast was also nice. The young lady attendant was a bit rude and seemed tobe annoyed with everything.

Good choice in Qeparo Very good choice of hotel in Qeparo. Lots of steps to go the beach but if you can manage, it has a direct access to the beach and the boardwalk. The view is absolutely stunning and the breakfast was very good. There is parking available on-site for maybe 10-15 cars.

To all the ratings here, keep in mind that Rafaelo is divided in 3 parts. Rafaelo normal with the sections A to H. Next Rafaelo Executive (Maritim) with higher standards and exclusive Pool usage. My experience was 10/10 i loved the staff , the view and the vibe was amazing. The food was delicious and the rooms were very clean , totally recommended . You should try it sometime. They had live music and very good cocktails. Also the pool was very clean .

Rogner Tirana has a very good location, close to the city center and main attractions, which is definitely a strong point. However, the service was not satisfying and did not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. This hotel is well situated near monuments and restaurants. Unfortunately, this hotel has poor maintenance. They couldn't/wouldn't fix the air conditioning. People had to change keys/rooms because the lock mechanism wasn't working. Our room was on the main street. There was wind outside, but the only way we could feel it was to prop open the door of our room. The staff was not helpful.

We stayed an extra night. This hotel was very comfortable. Even in winter, the heating was excellent, the hot water was hot, the breakfast was great, and there was free drinking water. We really liked this hotel; the main attractions are all within a few hundred meters.

The hotel is located in the upscale district of Tirana, near the center of the district, so it was convenient to walk to the tourist spots.

Overall, a very good experience. In the afternoon, there was live music by a singer named Ari very good guy it looks like italian who performed beautiful songs from central Albania — a real highlight! We stayed one night at the end of our Albania road trip and had a wonderful experience – smooth check-in, spacious room with an amazing sea view, lovely pool with direct beach access.
