However, the service was not satisfying and did not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. Great place to spend your holiday! The area outside is an oasis with a pool, wonderful plants also covered a comfortable pergola where you can enjoy really tasteful food. We stayed one night at the end of our Albania road trip and had a wonderful experience – smooth check-in, spacious room with an amazing sea view, lovely pool with direct beach access. The room is clean and tidy and the service attitude is good. If you save English when traveling, it can help the front desk staff to confirm the check-in information more quickly. Overall it is a good experience. The front desk bar is also very good.

The air conditioning did not work well, the heat in the room was horrible. We told reception that a supposed technician was coming but he never came.

The room was not necessarily what you would expect from a 4* hotel (damaged and stained walls) but did the job perfectly for one night, and allows quick access to the city center (7-10min walk)

Fast check-in, location near the central square, A/C in the room (it was quite cold but the A/C helped me to warm the room a bit) plus a fridge and quite a big bathroom. Breakfast was rather limited and not much tasty (one kind of salami, cheese and sausage, scrambled or fried eggs, cereals, yoghurt, apples and some vegetables), not very good coffee. Great hotel lovely people. But day after arriving we wanted to use the pool and was told that it was closed down for the winter. No deck chairs. Great place to visit. Not sure if because its off season or if its the way in Albania but there was no sense of urgency from anyone. We ate once in the restaurant and the food was okay, it was very quiet so you would have thought the service to be better. Breakfast buffet starts at 730am but all the hot food was cold by 830 and clearly not cycled through for hygiene so just be careful.
