If you want a quiet and pleasant vacation, this is the perfect place. Everything was perfect for us, the hotel location, rooms, service, food, and the private beach area which is quiet and clean, and the sea is amazing

The service at the hotel was excellent, especially the receptionists which always greet you with a smile and help you with anything you need. The room was cleaned everyday and the blankets, towels, were changed aswell

The food for breakfast could be more varied, the downside is that you can't use the sun loungers in the front rows and if you are in their hotel, you have to pay €20 for those who want them

Couldn’t wish for a more perfect stay in Sarande this year. The center is about 20 min walk, and near the hotel you have everything - restaurants, fast foods, markets, everything you need

The people here are simply WONDERFUL! The rooms are always spotlessly clean, and the food is genuinely excellent (they boast a splendid, spacious terrace with a sea view for lunch and dinner), offering generous portions of high-quality fish at incredibly honest prices

The most beautiful view, wonderful food, and hospitable staff!! Just steps from the beach, which you have an amazing view of from the hotel. The rooms are very nice and have a/c units and great showers

We booked this place for 6 nights. We had the deluxe suite with the pool. The view is awesome, the place was very clean and the host are great people. Tasty breakfast every morning

The best part was the balcony with a stunning sea view. The large pool was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, and the beach was just a short walk away

Now, me personally I think the place is great! But the pool water is so bad! The second I went in the pool, my eyes burned so badly. The staff were all bad except for the cleaners

The young people in the restaurant were really nice and everyone was friendly. We were upgraded to a sea view room and also were allowed a late check out with no extra cost

The hotel was quite quiet, but still, I have never known a hotel not to charge extra where they could have. It was really impressive and made us feel very well looked after. The spa at the hotel was also excellent

The hotel itself is very well decorated, clean and tidy. The food was ok and seemed to have lots of choice. However the thing that made this hotel for us was the staff. We were so well looked after by Sergio and his team

Hotel is in good beach front location, large beach with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. However it suffered from usual problem of people putting towels on the beds and not removing them when leaving

I can't believe I forgot to mention the fabulous spa. Myself & 2 friends had the luxury, sauna, Turkish bath, massages, reflexology & facial it was wonderful. The staff were professional & friendly

Breakfast was great, continental and english bfast was provided with pork and chicken served separately. We really wanted to use the pool only to be told that it had been drained

What I appreciate the most is the variety of entertainment and that this place grants, you can either enjoy yourself by one of the pools (in winter time they have an indoor pool) or spend some time with your friends at the beach bar, and even have some alone time at the gym in case you don’t want to skip your daily gym session

The kid’s club is a plus in case you want to have a break from the kids and surely the fact of being close to the beach plays a big part itself

The location of the hotel is ideal for a family holiday. There is a paid beach nearby, 4 € for 2 sun loungers and an umbrella for the day. Inexpensive and very tasty cuisine

No offer of pool towels at check in or in room, happened to see guy opening pool bar and asked. Note he disappears for 2 hours or more In afternoon. Pool was nice but windy corner so couldn't use umbrellas

During our stay the staff was really good with good English so we had no issues communicating. The outside shower next to the beach is broken so we had our room full of sand, but the cleaning staff always vacuumed

The hotel was great, the food was okay. Only complaint I had was with the snack options during the stay as it isn't really well organized. We came 15 minutes after it started and it was mostly empty

We had already booked accomodation nearby and saw the restaurant when out walking. The restaurant team were lovely, they allowed us to bring our dog inside (out of the rain) and couldn't be friendlier

Bit weird to drive on a bike path to get to the parking area though plenty of parking and free. Check in was sime enough and staff were friendly enough. Pool was not open due to an issue which was a shame

The rooms were clean and very comfortable stay. Was over as part of a large group of England football fans going to watch the game against Albania, was half expecting a bit of hostility but was given the exact opposite

Not in the centre of Durres, but has plenty of possibilities. Swimming pool is good and private. Cleaned daily! Staff is very friendy. Joel makes very good cocktails. Ask him for the specials and be surprised

Very nice hotel at the coastline in Durrës. The room was very nice with balcony and a big bathroom. The beach is just across the road and the sun-chairs is free when you’re staying at the hotel

If you want best of both worlds, this is the place. 2 minutes walk to the beach, without the rowdiness of beach front hotels. Still has a private beach access

We had the seafood salad with octopus, squid, and calamari, and it's worth coming back for sure! The staff members were all very kind and friendly

We had interconnecting rooms which were absolutely huge and beutifully decorated with a large balcony with pool/sea view. Cleaners came every day so rooms were always tip top

A large well-located property in Vlore. You cannot review Eastern European hotels with the same eye used to review Western hotels. This hotel has an accommodating staff

They have two pools a small one for kids and a big one; from what they told me it is the biggest pool in the city of Saranda, half Olympic size so anybody who wants to do training this pool is the best in the whole city
