The reception could do better to attend whatsapp messages promptly, so guests dont have to go downstairs each time they need to communicate.
Overal its a 4 star for me, well recommended.
The main thing in a hotel is not just beauty or luxury, but maintenance, professionalism, and the attitude of the staff. When these are missing, any appearance or decoration has no value. Unfortunately, this hotel does not offer even this basic standard.
