Hotel Vivas in Durres

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well organized.
A special thanks to Mohammed Elsafty at the reception — he was truly outstanding. His professionalism, kindness, and great attitude made our stay even better. He is one of the best receptionists I’ve ever met.

I stayed at Vivas Hotel and absolutely loved every moment of it. Modern, high-quality facilities and the comfiest mattress I’ve ever had in a hotel, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had anywhere. The rooms were clean and very comfortable stay. Was over as part of a large group of England football fans going to watch the game against Albania, was half expecting a bit of hostility but was given the exact opposite. I couldn’t believe how great the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and pool were fantastic, making it an absolute highlight of my trip. But what really stood out was the team here. They were friendly, attentive, and went so far above and beyond to make us feel welcome. When the owner found out we had been staying in a family room as a group of 3 adults he quickly arranged for us to get another room, so we had a bed each. I appreciated this so much so that I’m traveling out of my way just to come back and thank them again in person. If you’re coming to Albania and want a top-tier hotel to stay with superb facilities, great comfort, and warm hospitality, this is a place you should consider. Highly recommended — and I’ll be back!

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Vivas. Luciano was exceptional in his service delivery, he wore a smile always, and was happy to help.

The reception could do better to attend whatsapp messages promptly, so guests dont have to go downstairs each time they need to communicate.
Overal its a 4 star for me, well recommended.

Great location with such close proximity to the beach. Hotel and rooms were perfect - very clean and well furnished. Staff were always incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

First time in Albania and this hotel made me feel like I was at home. The staff are amazing and are there to help whenever you need, not to mention how clean the place was. My room was absolutely immaculate and the cleaning staff were there to make sure it stayed like that during my stay. I recommend highly. Finn from England 👍
