The hotel was great, the food was okay. Only complaint I had was with the snack options during the stay as it isn't really well organized. We came 15 minutes after it started and it was mostly empty.
During our stay the staff was really good with good English so we had no issues communicating.
The outside shower next to the beach is broken so we had our room full of sand, but the cleaning staff always vacuumed.

Would love to visit again.

We were in September 2025 in LEONARDO HOTEL, DURRES, ALBANIA, /first week of September/ and our stay was RELATIVELY GOOD. ALMOST everything was good. But the noisy room was terrible. Near the hotel there is a 4-lane auto road and every day, every minute was very very very NOISY. That was a big problem! No tranquility !!!!! also another problem! PROBLEM WITH THE SEA WATER !!!! the sea water was BROWN AND DIRTY. I could not swim in this dirty water! ONLY THE WATER IN THE POOL IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN, VERY CLEAN !!!

The location is great as it’s very close to the beach, but if your room is at the highway it’s extremely noisy. We asked for room change as the terrace door was broken and feels like you’re on the street, they promised they will do something, but nothing happened. The food is okay not the best, but fine. They change the towels everyday, but in general the hygiene must be improved. Most of the staff is kind. The pool is great.

The hotel is great, the food is delicious, but the best part is the staff. Especially Nela Keida and the girl at the beach bar. Nela is my all-time favorite employee.

I’ve spend in a hotel one week with my daughter. Room were nice and cleaned every single day. Food was very tasty, unfortunately wasn’t a lot of choice that was the main problem. Bar staff was amazing, a specially Smerald he was very helpful and what is big plus he know how to speak fluent English which was very helpful. Thanks For Him ! Another plus is WiFi is working even on the beach. And another thing very nice animators in the hotel. Thank You very much Zuzanna for a great time that my daughter had with You playing.

This hotel is located on the sandy beach. Accomodation is great as well as food they prepare in their restaurant. Enjoy your summer at a very low price.

I have been there 5 times already, I went with my family every year and I was not disappointed. From the food, drinks, staff, apartments and rooms to the very cleanliness of the hotel, orderliness and friendliness. The prices themselves are affordable and affordable, and the hotel itself has its own part of the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, so there is space for everyone. Every year the number of guests is increasing, I am sincerely satisfied and I recommend everyone to come and see for themselves. All praise for the staff, their efforts, the managers who work hard for each guest, as well as for the owners of this hotel.

- Bad location - - The address is not on the main road and the hotel is located on a nearby Marginal road, we need to drive an extra 4 km. - Breakfast is served by staff, it is not a buffet. - They were not ready to receive us, the rooms were still being prepared. - We arrived at night and the hotel lights were all off.
