Light Hotel in Tirana

I’ve been there many times because its a hotel near the city and the stuff is good. But the rooms are not clean . There is hair all over the room and especially at the bathroom that is important to be clean. Also the cleaning ladies don’t change the duvet covers after every client and there are all over dirt and other peoples hair… if more importance was given to cleanliness, this hotel would be one of the best in the area.Also is a little bit expensive just for a room and a parking lot.

This hotel is a real danger.

Elevator broken, although it can accommodate only 3 people, if by chance the guest only reads the notice inside the elevator, it simply falls, with the doors open. My daughter, as soon as we read the notice, tried to leave and the only reason she didn't get stuck between the floors was because my husband was quick enough to pull her into the elevator. An overloaded elevator is not supposed to fall, much less with open doors, it simply does not move and an audible warning is issued.

The tile used on the bathroom floor, even the one inside the shower, is slippery and not suitable for the floor. The shower is clogged and a shower is enough to flood the bathroom. The cleanliness of the bedding is not perfect.

We chose this hotel due to the reviews it has on booking, but it did not meet our expectations.

However, I leave a compliment to all the staff who are super friendly.
