The rooms at hotel Stela have huge potential but they just need some attention to detail.
The bathroom had an awful drainage smell, we tried to run the taps hoping it would go but the smell didn't go away for the 2 nights of our stay.
The hotel is also situated on a busy road so all night long it's quite noisy from the traffic. The bed however is very comfortable!
It would also be nice to have a mirror in the bedroom as the bathroom mirror steams up too much after a shower.
No lift here so bear that in mind if you have a large suitcase.
The breakfast was very small and basic but on day 2 they had a really yummy sweet potato salad which was so good!
The location is great as everything is walkable just a shame about the busy road and noise.

A very kind reception girl, very helpful and the breakfast was good. They don't have an elevator tho, so consider this before. The room was clean and nice, but since this is in central Tirana, the traffic noice is pretty loud. Bring earblugs if you're a light sleeper!

The location is really good, the guy from the reception really nice and helpful. The room was next to the kitchen, so really noisy, the shower didn't have any door, they didn't repair it. We have to wait 45 mins for the transfer.

We didn't get the double bed room we booked via booking.com but otherwise a nice hotel with big rooms. Right in the center of Tirana.

Our airline lost and bags and we went on a 24 hour lost and found game with them. The Hotel Stela Centre staff were so incredibly helpful, making phone calls for us, booking us an extra night and helping us get back to the airport when they were finally found!
Rooms are comfortable and clean. But the service was brilliant.

If I were to return to Tirana I would never go to the Stela Center Hotel again except for the location, which is great.
The guy who greeted us, if you can call it that, gave us a sour look the whole time.
The breakfast was bad, no choice but the usual every morning. Every morning the same food with very little choice.
I don't even comment on the cleanliness, at first everything looks nice. Instead, the next day I found myself at 4:00 p.m. in the shower with cleaners in the room.
Also, the most disappointing thing was that I paid more for a larger room with a city view and ended up completely another room with the "view" in front of a wall.
I repeat, never again.

Nice rooms and awesome service. Everything clean, very clean. The location was perfect and we enjoyed a nice breakfast. We did a mistake in the booking and we chose the Twin Room instead of the Deluxe Room, despite of arriving late at night we could change it. The reception was all the time very nice and friendly. I really recommend this place.
