The staff is wonderful, very friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and modern with a traditional feel. I would definitely recommend coming back.

The best thing was that the hotel manager and staff were really nice and extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. The rooms looked ok on arrival and had nice bathrooms. The breakfast was suffice and included. Areas for improvement: the rooms were clean but I could smell smoke were previous occupants had smoked in the room. You can also smell smoke outside the room? This may be the heavy smoking area outside the front of the hotel. The hotel is 25 mins walk from the centre and very very busy with traffic and cars around front and back of hotel so noisy.

very practical location. Parking just outside the hotel. Good for a weekend visit. Breakfast simple. Staff reserved to begin but warmed up when spoken to kindly. Rooms small, bed comfortable.

Fantastic stay - highly recommend as a base for exploring Tirana. It was great the hotel had car parking and the reception staff even helped park it for me as the space was pretty tight. Also room was lovely. Other staff were also fantastic including helping print my boarding pass.

I booked a stay at Eler Hotel for my parents and they really enjoyed their time there. The place was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It gave me peace of mind knowing they were comfortable and well looked after. Would definitely recommend.

When I walked into the room it smelled like old mop water. It smelled like it was clean with dirty water. The sheets on the bed had blood stains and I didn’t feel like this room was clean at all. I was only here for one night so thankfully I could leave the next day. I will say the location is good and makes it easy to walk restaurants and attractions nearby. The free breakfast is okay, but good to grab a quick coffee and a croissant. Personally I wouldn’t come back here because the rooms weren’t clean.

Before reserving a room, I asked the receptionist if the hotel had a clothing iron for guests. The receptionist told me they did. I asked if there was any chance of getting a room at reduced rate. The receptionist told me there was no chance.

When I called the desk for the clothing iron the next day i was told then that there was a fee to pay per article of clothing. I felt manipulated, so i called the hotel with my cellphone without them knowing who called.

I asked the receptionist that answered the phone for the same kind of room i booked. I asked if I could get the room at a reduced rate. I waited for a call back.

The receptionist called me back and said i could get the room with a 5£ discount on his behalf and 5£ discount on the managers behalf.

So i went downstairs and told them it was me that called. They told me when they have guests. present they don’t offer discounts. When guests call on the phone they offer discounts as a way to bring them in.

They did not give me the 10£ discount. I did not use the clothing iron so i left to a hotel across the street that didn’t charge for a clothing iron and didn’t keep information from me. And The room was great.

10 euros is not a big deal. But there was information kept from me since the beginning. I was not treated as a guest. I was treated as an open cash pot.

Came here for the "traditional" live Albanian music. What i got was a trio with a keyboard-synthesiser playing and singing badly remixed versions of folk music. Nice enough dining space, but if you're thinking of coming for the music, don't get your hopes up too much (maybe there are other bands that play there that are good - can't comment on that). Good luck!
