What should have been a relaxed last day of a wonderful two weeks vacation in Albania ended in me writing a review in the middle of the night at 2.30 am.
Where we have experienced the warm Albanian hospitality throughout the whole trip this hotel is a real anticlimax.
The hotel and the rooms are certainly OK for the price you pay but the hotel seems to be a venue for wedding parties as well, playing very loud music (the music of the party is that loud that it feels like our hotel room is in the middle of the dance floor)
Arriving at the hotel quite late (around 11pm) we didn’t had the possibility to cancel the hotel and find another place to stay.
The service is certainly not friendly and clearly the don’t care about hotel guests complaining about this (as I just read a similar review from a previous hotel guest with the same experience).
The hotel needs to decide what it wants to be… a place for weddings or for travelling guests but certainly not both at the same time.

We stayed here for one night to end our holiday in Albania, to be closer to the airport. The hotel looks like a castle, has a beautiful interior, is clean, has friendly staff and a pool.

Good hotel as a stop off before a flight, airports about 20-30mins away. Swimming pool doesn't look great so we didn't take a dip

Best ever holiday in Albania and I really want to thank from bottom of my heart to the staff of this hotel as they been exceptional, amazing super friendly and helpful and such a nice people. The made my husband birthday super special. I can say one thing for sure that Albanian hospitality and generosity are truly appreciative. We are definitely going to visit here again and book this hotel again . The food , the atmosphere , the people can’t recommend enough. Albania has my heart ♥️

Luxurious accommodation in a hotel built like a castle. The rooms are air conditioned and there is an outdoor pool, what more could you want in Albania 😍 The only negative thing I would rate is the location, which is shown differently on two different maps, but we found it. I just wish we had paid for a taxi, although as we later found out, there is a bus stop right next to the hotel.

Yes it's a castle and the breakfast is pretty good. Everything else needs a good update. The whole place smells heavily of cigarette smoke, the wedding bumping music until 4 AM, and then the location in a random place way outside of town. It was fine for a quick night but not worth staying again.

Great hotel. Staff wasn't able to speak English, but Google translate helps. They were very helpful though and did what they could to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean, with brand new air conditioning and all necessary trimmings. Overall the value you get from a 3 star is a fair exchange for the money spent.

Only two of the staff can speak English. When I arrived there was a problem with the room. In total, the battle for my room took 2 days. On the plus side, the owner tried to make amends for their mistake.
