A bit pricey since spa cost extra even sauna they charge 15 euros per person per day.
The breakfast is great.
Rooms are a bit dated with many things semi broken, lights are blue/greenish , uncomfortable.
No coffee powder in room and only 3 bags of tea during 4 days stay.

The property location is centrally situated. The rooms are a little on the small side. Biggest drawback was the pervasive and persistent cigarette smoke and cigar smoke smell, both exterior with the entrance/outside cafe area, the lobby, the bar, the elevator and hallways, and rooms. This singular smell issue will prevent us from choosing this location in the future.

It is customary in Albania to smoke in every corner. In the hotel smoking from the lobby floor goes up to the rooms and it's just unbearable. It's hard to breathe. The clothes stinked, even in the room.

The room was clean and welcoming, and the bed was amazing! The mini bar is well stocked. There was a kettle, etc, for hot drinks, but only tea? There was a bit of a glitch when we went to book in; our rooms were not ready, and I felt that the receptionist wasn't very engaging. She told us it would be about 10 - 15 mins, 1 hour later, we were still waiting with no real apology. Although I will say that she apologised at checkout then.

There was too much smoking in different parts of the hotel, including the reception area.

Great location - bad coffee and noise.
The breakfast was nice - except for the coffee. It was the worst coffe ever. The food that are supposed to be warm, could be more warm..
The smoke from the smoking in the bar and in the restaurant in the evening (owner??) was so heavy - we could smell it on the 4. floor. It is not okay, when we have a non-smoking room.
The location is really great for everything - but noisy from construktionwork right outside and the music from the restaurants, so remember earplugs. Our room was nice and very clean. The bar-area boring and to much smoke so we went elsewhere. Didn’ t use the “spa”. Only to people could sit or lay down - we were four. The staff is very helpfull and friendly.

The hotel has double charged me on a booking.com booking. And have stopped responding to the request to refund the double charge. I have sent many emails, just to be told they are looking into it. Message for hotel, I am giving you 3 days to clear the mess, I will remove the this review if sorted out. Please get in touch

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was a bit classic furnished for my taste. But for some reason that adds to the total atmosphere of the hotel. The airconditioning functioned really well and you DO going to need it because it can be warm in Tirana at night in summer.

I especially liked the gym, it was well equipped compared to what I am used to in hotels. It is possible to do a full body workout here.

The entire hotel is kept clean and tidy and the staff is friendly and helpful :)

Shady practices - I was charged for mini bar items that I did not have and staff basically said I was lying because they had a photo of a full mini bar from 3 days before I arrived. Definitely not the upscale style that I was expecting.

Where do I start? The service is what sets this hotel apart! Everyone is so helpful, there to see your every need is met. We needed to store bags for a couple hours-and they called us a cab to the airport. I needed to print something out for our travel and got it instantly.

The breakfast is insanely delicious. The food is cosmopolitan and very high quality. The oj is freshly squeezed. The cappuccino is simply divine. The server was on point, gracious and classy.

The rooms are so quiet-you’d never know you’re right in the middle of one of the most happening parts of Tirana with access to a ton of nice restaurants, including the hotel restaurant. The maid service is excellent.

Will be back! I was so impressed! From the moment you enter you will feel lucky and well cared for!

Everything in the hotel was simply excellent.
The room was spacious and very elegant, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was wow. We also had a balcony to the backyard which was really nice.
Everyone in the the hotel were lovely, the common spaces were luxurious and the breakfast which was a la cart was great.
Highly recommend!!
