I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Queen in Tirana. The room was super clean, comfy, and nicely decorated. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything. It’s also close to the city center, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

visually, this hotel was very beautiful to me. wonderful experience. very close to the center. great internet. comfortable beds. has a parking lot covered by cameras. you have toothbrushes and toothpaste and slippers in the room. breakfast could be a little better (considering the categorization).

We booked a room with a city view and we only saw the buildings. And we didn't receive the room we booked, so we only stayed one night in this hotel due to our disappointment.

This hotel really does not deserve to call itself a 4 star hotel. The staff were busy shouting at reception and hiding from an innocent and harmless cat that had come in.
The receptionist didn't even know I had made a booking and looked generally surprised that a guest had arrived to stay at the hotel. No one to help with our heavy suitcases up the stairs before entering the hotel. The room we were given was very small and our suitcases barely fit.
During the night, we were disturbed by a flashing street lamp shining into the room. We were also not allowed to use the pool which was included in the price we paid for.
We are very unhappy with the way we have been treated and recommend others to book other hotels than this one.

I had a great stay at Queen Hotel. I had an awesome experience right from the day I checked in. The staff were very cheerful and always ready to help. The hotel was generally clean and the breakfast buffet had many options available. 10/10, would highly recommend.

The hotel is really beautiful, very nice location. The customer service is top notch, thanks to these two wonderful employees (Ano & Mborese) . You want to enjoy great spa experience? go there.Nice breakfast as well. In all I am happy with my experience.

The hotel is cozy From the metal key to the room design, everything has an antique feeling. The location is good. Cross the road, you can go to the busy center within 10 minutes walk. The elevator is very small and slow. Sometimes stairs is quicker.

It's a quiet cozy boutique hotel with only 14 rooms. The rooms are very clean with all amenities except for an electric kettle. Breakfast is adequate and staff generally helpful. There's a pedestrian overbridge right opposite the hotel which takes you to a hip area with lots of cafes and restaurants. Don't believe Google maps as many routes are not correct especially if you are walking. The bus stop is also nearby which is great.
