One minor downside is that the bar closes rather early at 23:00, which can be inconvenient if you’d like to enjoy a late drink after an evening out.
A more frustrating issue was the taxi service arranged through the hotel. The driver charged an additional fee for airport parking on top of the previously agreed price. Card payment wasn’t possible, which forced us to withdraw cash from the hotel’s ATM — unfortunately with a steep €8 fee. For future guests, it’s definitely better to take a public taxi. It costs about half the price and the pricing is clear and transparent.
Overall, the hotel itself is fantastic, but I’d recommend avoiding the arranged taxi service and opting for a regular public taxi instead.
The staff genuinely seemed happy to share information and tips about Tirana and Albania, which made the stay feel even more welcoming. The hotel itself was very well organized and extremely clean. Overall, everything was perfect, and I would happily stay here again.

From check-in to check-out, everything was faultless. The reception team — Esma, Fabio (Rodri), Diana, and Nertila — were so welcoming and professional, always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed.
Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice and excellent service every morning. Special thanks to Jurgen, Rina, Eralda (special mention), and Michelle who looked after us so kindly and made our mornings such a pleasure.
Our room cleaner, Male, was absolutely amazing — so polite, thorough, and attentive. She made sure our room was always spotless and comfortable, and even went the extra mile to make the kids feel special.
I would add everyone’s name if I could — the hospitality throughout was simply amazing. The hotel is spotless, modern, and in a great location. Rooms were comfortable and ideal for a family.
