Yes, staff was wonderful, helpful, kind, and smily; the room was clean, with fresh linens daily and tidy, all graciously spoke english as appropriate and went out of their way to be helpful; the food and service were fabulous; amenities were very appropriate for our needs; and the cost very fair. Thank you.

Small room but everything needed for comfort

Great location for visiting all the sights in Tirana. Rooms are a bit tight. Breakfast is delicious with many fresh options. Good value, too.

Been the and was a pleasant stay. Good clean room, professional stuff , which speak very good English. The hotel in really in the center of the city and everything you need is all around. For party people is strategic to be here because so many clubs open from Wednesday to Sunday are super close. Many cocktail 🍸 bar and the amazing skybar, which is roundy and it tour around for a 360 view of the city...

This is a small hotel right close to bars and restaurants of Tirana's upmarket Biloku neighbourhood. It is a pretty decent place for a base in the Albanian capital. My room was really nice and had clearly been recently refurbished. There is a lot of building going on in the area....including on an adjacent lot ....but this was not a problem when I was there. Breakfast was decent too. Staff were helpful

The receptionist was so very helpful. He let us transfer to the bigger hotel within the same group. His approach to clients was kind, and he spoke very good English. We were very grateful.

It’s in a great location, very close to a lot of attractions that tourists will want to meet. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

We were a family with a dauther. Everything was perfect. The manager was working alone, as for Xmas holiday, and she did a great job, giving perfect service. The location is perfect, the room was big and comfotable. Highly recomended!

Please note this is only for those who go by car. We thought it was close to the bus terminal which is why we book the stay here, yet there is no way to walk to/from the bus terminal to reach this hotel as there is a highway to cross. Even the taxi charged high for just few mins drive from the mall. For travellers without car it is not convenient as there is no restaurant or convenient store nearby...

Room are dark even all lights on. No road to the bus station and the mall. Only you can walk on the highway. But we could manage it

Hotel was nice and room spacious. Staff was great.

It is a good hotel but if you have car, mind this. Without car there is no way to get anyway from hotel. There is no shops or restaurants around. There is a trade center near but you can't get there by foot because you will have to walk on highway. Also the restaurant in the hotel not always working so you can stay hunger. The breakfast is only from 8am so for early birds there are no options.

The property location is centrally situated. The rooms are a little on the small side. Biggest drawback was the pervasive and persistent cigarette smoke and cigar smoke smell, both exterior with the entrance/outside cafe area, the lobby, the bar, the elevator and hallways, and rooms. This singular smell issue will prevent us from choosing this location in the future.

It is customary in Albania to smoke in every corner. In the hotel smoking from the lobby floor goes up to the rooms and it's just unbearable. It's hard to breathe. The clothes stinked, even in the room.

There was too much smoking in different parts of the hotel, including the reception area.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. We had a deluxe suite which had a jacuzzi bath and sauna in the room! The room itself was spacious and felt luxurious. Hotel as contrasting as the country. A beautiful room but very poorly insulated from the outside. This hotel is nestled near a highway where traffic is a problem... relatively noisy all night despite the windows being closed... dilapidated room but great bedding! Average maintenance, soiled and dark carpet, hair found in the bathroom….Big disappointment also with the breakfast, nothing homemade but industrial, the same for the orange and apple juices! The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is very complete, they have gluten free opcion also. but the most remarkable thing was the service of the staff , especially Jona at the reception, who not only speaks excellent English but also helped me with some paperwork, thank you! :)

Nice, clean hotel, in a good location. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Skanderberg Square, therefore it is easy to get to all of the places of interest on foot. The room was very spacious with a nice bathroom. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate but basic and at times there was no food left. They were not very quick to top up the food.

However if you’re visiting Tirana for the first time you need to know that the hotel is quite on the outskirts, and despite the fact there seem to be many hotels around, it does take 20-40min to get to the city centre. The family owned feel is prevalent from every single staff member. It’s a pretty busy smaller hotel but they seem to have a large number of returning guests, which says a lot. Breakfast is complete and tasty and the restaurant always serves delicious food. The location is very safe and convenient.

The location is perfect as you can easily walk into central Tirana and Bloku is around the corner. There are excellent bars and restaurants close to the hotel. While the hotel is basic, it is good value for money and the owners/managers are very helpful. I would definitely recommend both the hotel and Tirana.
