Hotel Blue Sky in Sarande

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. After a long travel day, I checked in during peak summer heat and walked into a room that felt like a sauna — the AC was barely putting out any air. I tried calling reception from the room phone, but it wasn't working either.

I went down to the front desk to explain the issue, and the receptionist didn't seem to believe me until he came up to check the room himself. I asked to be moved to a different room, but instead he called a technician, who arrived with a ladder to try to fix the unit. So within minutes of checking in, I was stuck waiting around for repairs.

After the technician looked at it, he recommended I be moved after all. The new room did have better AC, but the shower didn't work properly and the hairdryer was broken (I have video of both).
Also there are only 2 staff working and I haven’t seen anyone else. Also I had to prepare the bed to sleeep because the blanket was in closet.
Overall a frustrating start to the stay and hard to recommend based on this experience.

Disappointing
Disappointing. The entire hotel was filled with plastic plants in a city desperately needing nature and life. The breakfast was mediocre and cold every day, the coffee like dishwater. The beds were soft foam mattresses that gave no support. The staff had no suggestions for activities in the town. The internet did not function in the rooms most of the time and was weak at best. The chairs in the balcony part of dining area are too low for the tables. Staff try but the facilities are inferior.
