It was a great hotel. We had the best waiters in the restaurant (Camilla and Nahuel) The food was very good The Spa was one of the best “hotel-spa’s” I’ve ever had. I needed scissors for my bandages (hurt myself while snowboarding) and Camilla was very helpful. I will sure come again!

5/5. My son and I have just stayed half bored for 1 week and it’s very difficult to find fault. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is really clean and the room is cleaned daily. The room is modern and comfortable. The Wellness centre is small, but very nice. Ideal for a 45mins recovery after a long day boarding. Breakfast is really good, with a wide variety of food. The scramble eggs were the best. Dinner, again the quality of the food was good, but on a personal level I did find it similar every night, so we did eat out a couple’s of times, but that’s also because it’s nice to see what else Pas de la Casa has to offer. The location is spot on, literally 4 min walk to the ski lifts and right in the town so lots of shops and restaurants with in a minute or 2. The ski lockers and very useful, but did find it wasn’t warm enough to totally dry out our boots. Over all I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend.

I have to say I’ve never been to a hotel with such miserable unhelpful staff in my life. Not welcoming at all. No smiles. Really spoils this place as it’s a nice hotel. I think it’s a shame also you have to pay £12 to use the jacuzzi and hot tub . My daughter and I daily had omelettes , I had one then my daughter went to ask the chef for an omelette that’s the only thing she liked, he said no there was no egg mix left. Wouldn’t beat two eggs for her to make. Disgusting. I couldn’t believe he was actually serious. No smile nothing. I’d rather stay somewhere less appealing to the eye and have a friendly helpful environment.

Having been caught out by road closures in the vicinity, I was desperate for a hotel and chose Magic Pas . I was not disappointed. The hotel was excellent and the staff were friendly, very helpful and made me feel welcome. The room was well furnished with good quality fittings. A nice touch was a Nespresso machine. The food in the hotel was excellent and very good value. The room was clean and quiet, the windows could be opened and the aircon adjusted, so it was warm but not stuffy. All in all someone cares about the customer experience and they are happy to dig deep to make sure it's enjoyable. Thoroughly recommended

Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a calm and relaxed environment. Room service is efficient, and the front desk staff are exceptionally kind and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, with a very helpful late check-out option. The hotel is conveniently located near key services such as the ski school, equipment rental, and lift pass offices. One area for improvement: there was no assistance with luggage upon arrival or departure. Overall, a well-located hotel with good service standards and a welcoming atmosphere.
