I love love the hotel especially its welcoming heart warming staff, you feel as if you were at home yet spoiled by them. The food is great and my girls had a blast as they had a kids club on site. Good hotel, calm atmosphere, no disturbances, nice ladies staff. Only disadvantage is little away from town, but bus/taxi stations are nearby only. Wifi network is with full strength.

Budget hotel with a lot of rooms. Maybe the cheapest price in Tsaghkadzor. Located near the centre. Spent there a night, when no other place was available.

It's located in a very beautiful place but apparently was built by people with little expertise in hospitality. Total and absolute lack of attention to details: no bedside tables and lights, extremely small bathroom in a 2-floor cottage, no working locks on the doors, no chairs and table in the balcony, short beds. The staff is friendly, food is ok. Extremely cheap/low quality coffee for breakfast...

I stayed at Arthur's Aghveran Resort, and it was a really nice experience. The hotel is in nature, and we had a great time. Located in the forest, cottage was surrounded by amazing nature. Night lights playing in the white snow were the most beautiful phenomena I have ever seen. In side of this wonderland the service was poor. Temperature in the rooms was low and we had to take second manta. Assortment of food was also far away from good. In the early morning I saw cockroaches and It was the end of my patience.

Since there were no reviews for 2023 we decided to try our luck, but desperate. Only the view and outside of hotel was good. Both openair swim pool and closed one were clean. The rooms (301: 303) are dilapidated , bed utilities with holes from sigarette (photo attached) and even lamp were "tortured". The rooms and toilet were clean but pretty old, so it looked not esthetic . It is very disappointing...

It's a nice resort, surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was really helpful. The breakfast was simple. It's a nice place to spend a vacation and get inspiration.

A great place for an affordable and complete vacation. I can't say high-class about the rooms and the building, but of course this is not a 5-star hotel either. However, the service, friendly approach and prices are justified. The food is fresh and tasty. What else do you need for complete rest?

The rooms are comfortable, but I would put a nightstand in the bathroom, otherwise there’s nowhere to put things when you go to shower =) The hosts made us happy, they were always ready to help us, bed linen and towels in the room were changed upon request! We were satisfied!

The food is tasty, but practically without meat. A chicken would appear from time to time. As for the location, it has nice views. The hotel has billiards and table tennis. Shops are about 8 minutes' walk away. Opposite the hotel there is a rental shop for various equipment, such as bicycles, etc. There are various clubs.

We lived nearby for a few days, but went here for dinner. Really great kitchen, wonderful owners. And great music as well. If you are nearby -- must visit this place for sure

We didn't stay there,we only use their restaurant. Staff were so friendly and it was very late when we reached there but they were so patient and prepared everything. It was so yummy and the quantity was heavy.

My wife and I stayed here in June and it was an amazing experience. The premises is full of trees and is tranquil. The staff is pleasant and hospitable. The rooms are clean and well furnished. And the food was delectable! Tsaghkatun is a magical and quaint place to spend your vacation. I can only imagine how beautiful it is during the winter.

The hotel is located close to the cable car - about 15 minutes on foot. Not suitable for those who come to ski - there is no place to dry clothes or leave equipment. Rather, it is for families who come to relax for the weekend. They smoke everywhere, it is impossible to hide from the smoke even in your room.
