Best- Service, Staff are all polite- always smiling, Rooms are always clean, Breakfast is serve hot and fresh, location is perfect - vibes and the rooms are having windows and balcony - Super love it!!! They have hair blower and change everything in the room everyday 🫶 We will definitely comeback 🩵❄️☃️

Hotel seems new (1-2 year I guess). Good rooms, clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast normal, but tasty. Opportunity to play "russian" billiard (3k drams per hour) or table tennis (free). Also you can order full small house and stay there. Location is good if you want a quite stay. Free parking is available. Hotel is not close to ski area & rope, but I think if you need you can ask for transfer/shuttle.

If you're looking for a luxurious and relaxing mountain stay, then the Alaska resort in Tsaghkadzor is definitely the place to be. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful resort and I must say, it surpassed all my expectations.

One of the standout features of Alaska resort is their restaurant. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. As someone who's quite particular about food choices, I can say with confidence that they cater to all palates. The personal attention from the staff was an added bonus and really made the dining experience very special.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped with top-notch amenities. The jacuzzi in the room was a real treat and worked perfectly, providing an indulgent spa experience. It was perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The resort also boasts other facilities such as a professional billiard table and sauna, which is perfect for the whole family to enjoy. The staff were also more than happy to assist with any requests and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Overall, my experience at Alaska resort was nothing short of excellent. The combination of kind staff, luxurious amenities, and outstanding food make this resort a top destination in Tsaghkadzor. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I would highly recommend this resort as it promises an unforgettable stay.

I'd suggest adding an Xbox or playstation, so guests can use it for unwinding after a long day of walking or etc.

And soon there will be a swimming pool there which makes Alaska resort a much better place.

Hotel has lot of rooms and staff and has a lot of potential for growth. What I felt positive about the resort is that it’s on the roadside, has parking space and just few minutes drive from the ski resort. The breakfast has good options, and opens at 9am which is bit late as per my opinion if you have an early morning schedule.

Few suggestions from my side is to provide a common iron box to customers who asks for it without additional charge which is customary in other hotels. Also it would be good for all staff (not just at the reception) to have a more welcoming attitude so that the guests feel comfortable. This is just my personal opinion which I felt will make this resort more appealing👍🏽
