Give yourself a moment of silence and feel the warmth of the sun while relaxing on the patio. This is just a piece of the puzzle that makes up a unique vacation. Complete your puzzle during your stay at Dilijani Tun
Everything is beyond our expectations! We had a quiet room with a beautiful view of the snowy mountains beyond the rooftop of the opposite building
Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of high quality food items. The staff are attentive and helpful which made our morning meals very enjoyable
A very pleasant stay with friendly, attentive staff and a delicious breakfast. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool in December with 5° outside:)
The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a perfect balance of modern amenities and authentic Dilijan charm. The surroundings are peaceful and green — an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature
This hotel is not at all worthy of 4 stars. it’s better than 5 stars! The staff is beyond praise, chic, well-kept area, clean rooms, snow-white linen, excellent view from the window, silence
The room was clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel’s central location is a real advantage, with many shops and restaurants within easy reach
Apart from that, the hotel and the room were very good. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was very, very warm. Overall, it was an interesting and positive experience
We decided spontaneously to stay one night at Dilitown Resort Spa Hotel. The thermal area is very impressive, especially the whirlpool and the outdoor pool with wave function and counter-current system
It offers very good value for money. There was one slightly uncomfortable situation in the pool area, as a woman was livestreaming and filming herself, which felt a bit inappropriate
I had a great experience at Dili Town Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay very comfortable
Dining at the hotel was also a highlight, with tasty food and a good variety of options. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations
Dilijan, Sayat-Nova Street 50 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Situated on a really calm and peaceful area. It’s about a 25–30 min walk to the center. If you like exploring by foot and coming back to a peaceful room, this place is perfect
Good place not far from city center. Rooms are clean, food is organic and tasty, service is perfect. Wifi, car parking and mangal is available.
If you’re trying to get away from the city or just need to recharge, this place totally gets it right. The room was super spacious with a big cabinet, sofa, and table. The mountain view from the balcony was stunning
The nice and friendly staff at this new hotel in beautiful Dilijan take excellent care of their guests. The food is great, and the rooms are always clean, with daily cleaning service
Greenwood Hotel is the perfect mix of cozy and nature. If you’re trying to get away from the city or just need to recharge, this place totally gets it right.
If you need a taxi around Dilijan, use YandexGo—it’s super cheap, like 300 dram for a 2km ride. Breakfast was amazing and served with so much heart
Dilijan, Hakobjanyan 3rd Lane, 29 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is super clean, a bit out of the way (1. 5-2km from the main cafes), but for us it was a plus. We can't say anything about the soundproofing, as we were the only ones on the floor, so we didn't hear anyone
Fantastic property. Perfectly clean. Modern comfortable furnishings. Owner spoke excellent English. Great breakfast.
To help you find it: in Google maps, this appears as ARSIS family hotel
On the children's playground in the courtyard there are swings, a trampoline, a swimming pool, toy cars, a scooter, and on the 2nd floor there are a lot of toys and books
It was a 5* exoerience thabks to Lilit, thw nicest receptionist ever, a hard worker super attentive to all your needs.
Very cosy, nicely decorated place with comfortable beds. All compliments to friendly staff. We had a great stay here!
Great experience, enjoyable view and wonderful breakfast, Thank you for everything, absolutely enjoyed it.
And BTW this hostel belongs to TUMO a non profit learning center for kids, the whole concept is just amazing
The best hostel in terms of comfort on our trip around the Caucasus. Very well outfitted dorm rooms with spaceous and private beds (though only USB port to charge, no outlet). Fantastic bathrooms, obviously cleaned daily
But beyond the people, the place itself is great — cozy rooms, probably the only reasonably priced accommodation in Dilijan for this quality (honestly, they could charge more), a super comfortable kitchen where we cook three meals a day, and a beautiful rooftop terrace where I’ve spent more than a dozen unforgettable evenings with wonderful people
The communal areas on the ground floor feel a bit sterile, since this is a mixed use building (it also has conference rooms and a library, amongst other things), but the roof terrace is a nice hangout space and has a fantastic view and is accessible day and night
Impeccably clean, cozy, quiet, and comfortable. Incredible views from the cute rooftop deck. Great location, friendly staff, nice showers, spacious bunk beds, even laundry?! And a great social mission as well
And I’m not just talking about the amazing people at the reception desk — I mean the whole team: the cleaning staff who talk to me like I’ve come home to my mom, the security guys who always smile and say hi

It was our second time to stay in this hotel. I like the location, because it's overlooking the beautiful scenery of Dilijan. It is not far from the city center, and there are two markets nearby
Homestay was family owned and owners were very friendly. 5 mins cheap taxi ride by gg app from the city center but far enough to allow comfortable sleep
The room has a big comfortable bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. There also is a nice garden which will be wonderful in a better weather conditions. There is a night lamp and a charger at the bed
The hotel is located on the left hill off the highway to Yerevan. It's not close to the center, but Yandex does its job. Spacious rooms with picnic tables in the garden
However, the location is a bit farther from the city center, and there are no grocery stores nearby, although they are available at a short distance
A guesthouse at the top of a hill, inside a nice garden. Rooms are spacious, clean, kettle and cups are provided, owner very helpful although far away. We had a car and I think this information is essential
Great place to stay. Very hospitable hosts. Beautiful location in the heart of the village. They speak English fluently.
Great view from the place.
We didn't stay, only made a quick visit.
And just across the hotel there is one of the oldest winery, goes back to 1870, and was really nice
Our double room was very large with separate bedroom and sitting room as well as the balcony seating. If possible obtain a rear facing room away from the busy main road
This is a very nice, rustic street in old Dilijan which contains a hotel, restaurant, some craft workshops and some souvenir shops. It very pleasant to to walk there and dock up the relaxed atmosphere
The place is very clean and the room is spacious. I loved both interior and exterior as it gave us a cosy and warm feeling. It’s a walking distance from the center of the village
Dilijan, Sajat-Nova Street 69 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is superb, offering stunning mountain views and a river flowing nearby. It's just a short 2-4 minute taxi ride from the city center, making it very convenient
Main drawback for me was the location: a good 20 to 30 minute walk from the city center. WIFI works well at reception, but is a gamble in the rooms
Great option for the price. The location is pretty nice place, surrounded by trees, also a river nearby. The breakfasts are OK, tasty. The rooms are spacious.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The price is very reasonable, and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options
The staff are incredibly friendly, and I love that the hotel is entirely run by women
Well other reviews are right to describe this place as a bit if an odd throwback to Soviet times, a big block-shaped hotel on the edge of town. That said, I was pleased to find it clean and comfortable with nice staff
The best hotel in Dilijan. Two bedroom apartaments for family is the most comfortable place i have ever been. There are rooms for two person in the first floor build like a hobbit house.
It is a very hospitable place settled in the forests of Dilijan. Not far from the city center, but far enough to enjoy the voices of the nature
You can find cozy and hobbitlike rooms on the first floor and modern decorated cottages for families or friends on the second floor. Both styles are equipped with all necessary things
Host Hrant is so welcoming, friendly, helps you in any question to make your stay more comfortable
Very cozy place 🙂 the service is good. I highly recommend ✌️
On the ground floor of each room there is a large, spacious hall, with a sofa, armchairs, a large table, a coffee table, a bar counter and a kitchen area. On the second floor there are two separate rooms and a bathroom
Wonderful place: extremely modern and clean rooms with big windows and great views, amazing rooftop with stunning view of Dilijan mountains, kitchen to cook, coworking space included and supermarkets and bus stations in walking distance
Not much more you can ask for, especially for this affordable price. We'd love to come back one day
Brand new great location with kitchen and public spaces really great value plus free roof terrace
Dilijan, Kalinini street 12/1, 3903 Dilizhan, Tavushskaya oblast, Armeniya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Good location, beautiful view, nice staff, always ready to help and meet our needs. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is good, just about 10-15 min to city centre
Best words to kitchen chef! The food was tasty and fresh. I would love to come back here with my family!
Neither of the windows had a tilt mechanism, so only horizontal swing of the door or one quite big window was an option. However, it is a bad option, because it:
a) exposes the room for intruders
I have some criticism only for the hardware part, but it is what, ideally, can be improved. Yet, all is fair for the price. the biggest problem with the room was lack of ventilation at night
Armenia is very safe, but, anyway, the room becomes is an easy walk-in (even though the window)
b) colder air would blow directly over one of the beds - a recipe for catching cold

We were welcomed very well! Personnel is very nice and helpful. The room was nearly perfectly furnished. The breakfast was nothing extra-chic, but tasty, satiating and diverse

Our three-day stay at Hover Hotel at the beginning of August was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the quality of service and the beautiful surroundings
It felt like the nature was wrapped around the hotel and you could smell the fresh air. A lot of unique trees I recognized from Dendropark. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view of several hills covered with forests
The spread was generous, offering a classic selection that would please any guest—fresh eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, a variety of cereals, milk, coffee, and tea. It was the perfect fuel for our daily adventures
We were just a quick, five-minute drive away from everything we wanted to see, from the delightful local flavors at Tava Restaurant to the adventurous VereV Rope Park
The true highlight of our stay was the family room. The interior design was tasteful and modern, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere
This convenience allowed us to effortlessly experience the charm of the town. Our mornings began with a satisfying and hearty breakfast

Very cozy and super clean house. The owners are extremely hospitable they make your stay pleasant. There are 4 rooms connected to a common area and kitchen. Our suite with balcony and bathroom was an excellent choice
Located in old dilijan, the guesthouse is well-equiped with shared kitchen and washing machine. The bed is comfortable but too soft for my taste. The owner is very accommodating. I highly reccommend this place.
Highly recommended stay in Dilijan. The location is perfect: right outside all the amenities and restaurants the town has to offer. The house itself is cosy and has very comfortable beds
Best of all is the host, Grant, who cooks a good breakfast and gave us a great tour to Lake Sevan and a transport to Yerevan. If I ever go back to Dilijan I would 100% go here again!
The rooms are really nicely decorated and equipped with nice wood furnishings. Bed great quality. Clean. Loved the common area with kitchen and table. Great value and location.
Comfortable, clean and modern rooms. We enjoyed using the common room and communal kitchen. The host is very friendly, eager to assist and can organise transfers and tours

We stayed here for two nights at hotel Tufenkian. Dilijan is known as the Switzerland of Armenia
Even if you are travelling alone you can enjoy the hills surrounding the town or spend some time by the bank of the river Aghstev flowing through the town or do visit to archaeological and historical museums here
Anyone comes here would like to visit here again and again
Overall it’s a standard dated hotel trying to charge a premium for I’m not sure what
The hotel is finished quite expensively. Large territory. There is a pool and spa. The rooms are huge.
Wonderful place. Very professional and kind staff.

The Legend of Dilijan is a very special space. Nestled in the center of Old Dilijan, it has very traditional architecture with high walls and very comfortable beds. The hosts were kind and helpful
The house is very beautiful, like a museum, located in the city center. Atmospheric interiors with stone walls. Good car parking next to the house
The room is perfect, good size and good mattress for two people with space; the floor of the shower is totally dry 2 hours after using it; there is also a fridge and an electric hob to make a tea and coffee or also to cook something easy like eggs with cheese and tomatoes and bread you can toast with a special grill for this
We really enjoyed the breakfast they prepared with such care. We had a very restorative and peaceful time here. The sweetest dog - Snowy - also shared some time with us as we had coffee on the swing in the garden
We had the most wonderful stay with our incredible hosts Ali and Nasim! The apartment (we were very lucky to have the opportunity to stay in the super chalet upstairs) is in the oldest building in Dilijan and is so cozy and cute, and very well located next to many good restaurants and the historic Sharambeyan Street
We felt that we left as friends, and look forward to seeing them again, wherever in the world that may be!
PS: if you are having trouble finding the place, either look for a very small set of stairs leading down from Dilijan Street or (if by car) a signpost from the main road indicating where you can drive down

Very Beautiful experience! The room was very big and clean , the bed confortable and we can see the garden trought the windows, peacefull and quiet place! Amazing breakfast with home made juice and jam, and everything we desired! Everything perfect
The Ariana Hotel is beautiful, well appointed and stands against a breathtaking cathedral of trees in the heart of Dilijan. The balconies off the rooms are a perfect place to take in the view before your day adventures
Great family hotel
Great family hotel. The hotel manager is very accommodating. (Five stars for Armen!) He helped with some unusual requests that came up due to family emergency and misunderstanding during booking
The accommodation can only be praised. The owner is very friendly and helpful. You can always order food that is excellently prepared. We were especially surprised by the rich and very good breakfast
Everything was super clean the people that run this hotel are very sweet and always a step ahead. The scenery is absolutely stunning. I will definitely come again. We are very pleased.
The hotel has a nice garden which ends at a small river. The rooms are spacious and clean. I travelled to Dilijan for a conference, but the town is famous as a vacation destination
Dilijan, Dilijan, Tavush, 3746, Armenia (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Breakfast is very much local with coffee bread tomato fruits local biscuits and cheese. Location is off the main road and generally taxi is needed to get to city centre
The guest house is located in a beautiful, quiet, picturesque place. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Snow-white bed linen and towels. We really liked the breakfasts. We liked everything very much
She advised us where to have lunch, where to go and helped us book a cheap transfer to Yerevan. Special thanks to the hostess for the gorgeous homemade breakfasts! And cheese and matsoni and vegetables and fruits
A pleasant hotel in a picturesque, quiet location. It was very warm in the house in mid-October. The hostess was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. She answered all my questions in great detail
Beautiful garden with a great view
The website doesn't do the hotel justice. Really beautiful view and a nice garden. The landlord was incredibly nice and sent us off with the best breakfast.
The flight was rescheduled and we had to check in very early, the hostess of the house - Gayone, greeted us very warmly. She showed us around, settled us in, answered all our questions
