It's a nice hotel. Our room was small, but it had everything you need, even a hairdryer. There's a kitchen on the second floor where you can make tea and coffee.
It's located in an industrial area, but there's never any traffic jams to the center; a taxi ride is short and inexpensive.
We were greeted warmly, checked in, and shown around.
If you don't plan to spend your vacation in your room but want to explore Yerevan, this is an ideal overnight option.

Great place, I liked everything very much, I was relaxing with my friends. Clean, cozy, nice staff and a welcoming atmosphere. There is a place to relax and a kitchen downstairs, after busy excursions you can always have a snack and sit nicely, there is a 24-hour store nearby. Convenient location. We were very pleased, we thank the owners for a wonderful place. I recommend it.
