**This is truly awful.** This is basically a makeshift slum hotel. How can anyone live here? The photos are just beautified to deceive consumers. I was fooled by these photos; it's completely different from reality.

A small, cozy room for two, polite staff, delicious breakfast.

The hotel has a family-friendly atmosphere, everything is very clean, with a homemade breakfast included, and a shared garden. It's not centrally located, but well connected. The Kilikian Marshutas station is opposite the property. There are bakeries, mobile card shops, and some essential shops nearby.

Convenient location, a bus stop and the central bus station are 2-3 minutes away, the city center can be reached in 25-30 minutes by walking, there is a pharmacy next to the bus stop. The room had air conditioning and a fan, both of which worked great, and there was also a refrigerator, TV and electric kettle. Good beds with soft mattresses, from the window there is a view of the neighboring hotel. Staff will clean your room upon request. The water in the bathroom could sometimes spontaneously change pressure, the drain did not always work well, but, in general, these are unimportant points. I would like to express my special gratitude to the hostess Hasmik, a very sweet, sympathetic and kind girl! She helped me with any questions, always met halfway, thank you very much! Quiet, peaceful place and not far from the center. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.
