Great stay on many levels. Great customer service, very clean, buffet breakfasts were wonderful and especially the fresh juice maker with fruit and veg right there to use machine-brilliant! Room service great and kids size meals a good size. Lifts are quick and 3 to use when hotel was crowded so you are not waiting long. Pool a great temperature being heater but much smaller than the photos depict on website. Gym well facilitated . Great value for money too . Nice and close to tram line and so easy to get to Circular Quay and connect to trains and all places . Honestly can't really fault.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The location is very convenient, situated between the University of Sydney and Circular Quay, with many restaurants nearby and a supermarket close by. The breakfast offered a good variety.

The service was commendable, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very clean. Its location is fantastic, right in the city center yet surprisingly quiet. However, the facilities are quite outdated, and the internet connection was particularly bad, almost unbearable. Everything else was great, though. I hope for an upgrade and renovation soon.

The location is great, quite central and close to everything. The service is just okay, definitely not five-star quality. The environment is decent, but there's a noticeable 'old person' smell. For the price, it's still pretty good value for money, though it does get more expensive on weekends.

The room I was initially assigned still had guests in it. After speaking with the front desk, I was given a new room. Overall, it was quite clean, but it definitely felt a bit dated. There's a Chinese restaurant right across the street, which was convenient, and it's very close to the LRT station.

This is an older hotel, but its location is excellent. The price is quite reasonable compared to others, offering great value for money. There are plenty of dining options nearby, as it's right in Chinatown and very close to Central Station.

The room was super comfortable, and the location is great – right between Sydney University and Circular Quay. It's really easy to get around by public transport. You can also walk to Darling Harbour, the Fish Market, Hyde Park, or the Royal Botanic Garden. The hotel breakfast was good too, definitely recommend it.

Had a really satisfying stay in Sydney this time. The hotel is surrounded by eateries, and Chinatown is just a 2-3 minute walk away. It's right in the city center, super close to the light rail, bus, and train, so getting around is incredibly convenient. The hotel staff also deserve a shout-out, especially Matthew! He checked us in on the first day and was incredibly professional and patient. 😊

4 stars only because of good price to quality ratio. Service was focus more on messaging on a phone than taking an order or providing necessary water when you eat some spicy dishes :)

Got a starter and egg noodles with chicken!!
Was very salty and oily!! Didn’t enjoy to the max!! Will go again to order something else!!

The go to halal eatery on Newtown if you're looking for Asian food. Food is good and quality is consistent. Service is good, quick and polite. During rush hours it gets really packed and noisy due to its small space. Other than that it's a must try!

This place has one of the best lunch deals that I've ever ever seen. $11 for a dish with a soft drink. A lot of variety. Quick and easy service. Staff is really nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for cheap eats in the city.

My most favourite yumcha restaurant in Sydney! Take a group or take a date for some early morning yumcha.
Food: 10/10 delicious and perfect
Service: 7/10 expect the usual service
Ambiance: 9/10 simply beautiful
Worth it? Definitely a must try if you love yumcha!!

One of my favourite yum cha places. Service is great expect for the 'managers' dressed in black who attempt to avoid any physical work. Yum cha selection is great and the trolley ladies are always kind and hospitable. Avoid ordering an alcoholic beverage and just drink the tea for goodness sake.

English skills lacking; ordered 3 times and still got it wrong. Authentic atmosphere, but menu is huge and gives the impression for the possibility for prepared, reheated items. Carpet is dirty.
