My 2nd trip back here after having a positive experience back in Feb. Again it’s Harvey at Storehouse that made the difference. Excellent service and was well taken care of each evening. Room was comfortable and location is great, close to Chinatown and minutes away from the station. Will be back again for sure.
About 10 minutes walk to Chinatown. Overall is good
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to St James station, and right next to Westfield and QVB. The room was also quite spacious and comfortable. We opted for a quiet room, but the slight inconvenience was having to take an elevator to the front desk, then walk up stairs to another elevator, which was a bit awkward with luggage.
Very convenient area, and it’s also the local tours pick up point, clean room, very nice service from front desk, easy check in and check out
The hotel is located near museum station. Check in/out process was fast. The room cleaning service was provided everyday.
The location of the hotel is good. The buffet breakfast is delicious.

Clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed, quiet room. Very friendly and helpful staff
+ Clean, spacious, very friendly staff, close to metro and bus station
- Two towels (small and large) per person would be great, the refrigerator should be replaced
The location is really close to Train and Metro station. The staff were nice and the room was clean
The location is close to train station and there is a eat street in next building and convenience
Nice & clean place to stay. Only a small issue was that bathroom is not lit very well, hard to see.
close to public transport making it easy to get around. Easy to head to Sydney Circle Quay.
Good location next to Metro.Room is clean with the daily service. Just one thing is that the air conditioner will turn off automatically at some point of time, therefore it causes uncomfort in Summer at hot weather

Location is excellent, close to train station and staffs are friendly.
We enjoyed our 1 night stay here . The location was fine for us ,just a short walk to the train station but could easily walk to the stadium.
The room was clean and bed comfortable. Did like the pillow option. Could tell the age of the room as there were no usb port in the room other than on the clock radio.
The amenities were fine with the gym just big enough for a few people and the pool.

wonderful hotel. will come back again,.
Had a lovely time with visiting family from Melbourne, the rooms were to satisfactional standard. And the service was fantastic. I had an enjoyable time chatting with the staff especially Jordan whom helped with us settling in upon arrival. The overall atmosphere was great 👍
Rooms were clean and spacious. Service was very good. We woke up to little candy cane bags left at the door on Christmas Day. Enjoyed our stay at this place.
I was very impressed with the service. Rooms were great and clean. The staff were so polite and friendly.

The room was well-equipped and quiet. The front desk staff were very friendly and arranged an early check-in for me.
The place is nice and clean, definitely go there again!!!!!
Wonderful family trip staying at the Darling at the Star! Location is good, very close to Fish Market, nice atmosphere with cozy cafes & restaurants at close vicinity (and a large Coles too!) Stunning view of the Darling Harbour. Room is neat & spacious. Staff were extremely helpful, especially credits to a Front Desk Staff named Tristan settling my room arrangement & bill issue very efficiently. Highly...
Good hotel in a great location for Darling Harbour.
Quiet room with a nice environment and pretty new facilities. Room service was also very good.
Undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Sydney with easy access to The Star ****** and with tram service right to Sydney CBD.

The service was pretty good, they were accommodating with all requests. The location is right by Hyde Park, and the subway and bus stations are relatively close. You can walk pretty much everywhere. It's a decent place, but it's not cheap. The breakfast was okay for a day or two, but after a week, I got tired of it, haha.
The location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions. The staff are very friendly, and the buffet breakfast salads are fresh. I will definitely come again next time. 地理位置优异,可以步行到很多景点,员工非常友善,自助早餐沙拉新鲜,下次来一定会再来
Great location and courteous staff. Breakfast selection basic but sufficient. Easy check in and out. Basic amenities in the room, but room nice, tidy and clean.
Hotel is just close to train station and hyde park. Walking distance to QVB and chinatown. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I liked that the room comes with free breakfast. I will recommend the hotel to my friends. Thank you, Song Hotel! Will definitely go back :)
Outstanding customer service! I received exemplary service from every single staff member from beginning to end. The front desk (Areeba & others), cafe, and cleaning crew were all so friendly, polite, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean and cozy. Hotel is in a very centralized location and it was quiet at night despite being on a busy street. I loved my stay in room 412.
The hotel's location is pretty good, conveniently close to the subway and central station, both within walking distance. Hyde Park is right next door. It's also easy to catch a taxi right outside. Breakfast is Western style, and the staff are very welcoming. They even deliver two delicious cookies to the room every day.

Absolutely in love with this hotel. Attention to the details. Amenities are beyond great! Aesop skin care and Dyson hairdryer in the room.

Very good location with metro nearby.
Clean and big room.
A nice gym.
Excellent rooms, very clean, very quiet, close to metro Victoria cross, but a bit expensive… very safe for solo traveller. Safe for women.
Clean, and with great access to nearby amenities. The park nearby was especially perfect for relaxation, and the adjacent metro station was ideal for getting to the city center.
I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay at Rudy’s North Sydney. The lovely man who checked me into the Hotel was so helpful. The following morning the host of the breakfast restaurant was also very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Rooms are renovated with nice products.
Love the location and the room is newly renovated as well. Superb!

My mum and I stayed here for 4 nights visiting from Melbourne. We would usually stay somewhere more expensive but money is tight and we liked the location. I really love this hotel! Although the room doesn’t look impressive, the shower has walls and a door which is great in my book. But the biggest positive for us was the coffee shop in the lobby. Every morning before we went out for the day we could...
Location is good at World Square. However, the building next to the hotel appears to be empty, ie, no shops operating. Staff are pleasant. Room is small, but since we are staying only a couple nights, was alright. Can be noisy.
Coffee and tea provided, nice that they have decaf options. Also pleasantly surprised that they have a microwave in the room.
Would be good if they can clean the window blinds...
we are really love the experienced so much a lot of fun there will remember everything until I die for sure
The location is very close to the railway station and easy to get to airport.
However, the design in the toilet has improvement because the water in bathroom will cause the wet floor within the toilet with the unsuitable design of glass door.
The staffs are able to assist us for giving more towels to relief the wet impact as I mentioned before.
Great location, very safe, and within walking distance to all the main attractions. Getting around is super easy too, with the Museum metro station just a short walk away, and it's quite beautiful. The hotel is clean, and for exploring the city, Ibis is always my top choice for value for money.
Centrally located with convenient transport links, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the hotel staff were very polite.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and had a very good experience, which is why I chose to come back. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable, and I had a great stay overall. The view from the balcony was amazing. It was such a nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery. This was my second stay here. It's really convenient for getting to Macquarie Centre, and the rooms are clean. Overall, the hotel was pretty good. It's conveniently located with great facilities. However, the housekeeping service was disappointing. I understand they might not clean on Easter for two days, but they didn't clean even after the holiday was over.
The room is fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has a microwave, oven, electric stove, cutlery, and more, making it convenient for self-catering. Preparing your own breakfast can save a lot on meal expenses. The elevator is fast, though the vibration and noise are a bit loud.
Location was good, just behind QVB. Front office always seem very busy, but friendly when approached.
Room was very good size, and clean.
Breakfast area was small but good selection. Coffee was good !
Relatively convenient to Queen Victoria building and other shopping districts. Decent room size as well.
The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to Darling Harbour, Town Hall Station, and plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants. Perfect for both work and sightseeing. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, which was great for a longer stay. Only minor downside was that the room felt a bit dated in parts, but everything was functional and tidy.

Absolutely stunning night views! This was the best hotel of our entire Australia trip. Even though the price soared to 4000 during the Chinese New Year holiday, it was absolutely worth it. You get Sydney's best view, the Harbour Bridge, right from your room. The room itself is spacious and clean, and it's super convenient to get a taxi to the city or for shopping.
Booked a twin room with breakfast (including breakfast for two children) through Trip.com. The front desk initially claimed there was no breakfast, then gave us a room on the lowest floor. When checking out, it was pouring rain, and we had a ton of luggage, plus elderly and children. The location is fantastic, on the first floor. It's incredibly quiet and peaceful. From the fourth floor, you can directly access the South Bank Park on the other side of the river. Veriu Central successfully bridges heritage architecture with high-functioning modern hospitality. For the disciplined professional, its primary value lies in its strategic location—minutes from Central Station and the Surry Hills business hub.
The hotel is an old factory and the room super small and with technical issues. Reception don’t get what you say and I had a mayor issue due that.
Just basic service and cleanliness.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidied daily. I really enjoyed the balcony, perfect for watching the sunset every evening. The location is excellent, just about a ten-minute walk to Broadway and Chinatown, and also very close to the University of Sydney. It's a hotel with great value for money. I hope to try the buffet breakfast next time.
Great location, was pretty central to everything in Darling Harvour - located on a quiet street with parking onsite. The Buffet Breakfast was delicious with great options. Staff were very welcoming & friendly. The rooms were very spacious & private bathrooms were adequate.
What I really loved is the room service. I always come back to my room with new towels and the bed was fixed nice and tight. The room was clean always. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. I would love to be back next time! Awesome experience!
Decent hotel room and location. Room was cleaned and refreshed daily.

Pretty good. The facilities are well-equipped, and there's staff for cleaning. The shower comes with shower gel, which is very convenient.
The hotel's location is excellent, right above a tram station. Although the bathroom is outside the room, the overall experience was still good. The room itself is very large and spacious, with privacy curtains and power outlets next to the bed.
The location is extremely convenient, but the view from the window is not great, as it overlooks the garbage collection area below. The service is decent, though the amenities and towel service are somewhat limited.
