The hotel is an old factory and the room super small and with technical issues. Reception don’t get what you say and I had a mayor issue due that.

The location is excellent! The staff were very accommodating. Even though the room was a bit small, it was perfect for me since I'm small.

Overall, I will definitely book this hotel again for my next visit!

Not bad. The building is a bit old, but the interior is newly renovated, and the daily cleaning is excellent. The location is superb, close to both the city center and the airport. It's suitable for first-time tourists or anyone looking to stay near the city center.

The location is great, just a few minutes' walk to Chinatown and the city center. The room is a bit small, and they don't provide toothpaste or toothbrushes. The shower is an overhead type, so you'll need to bring a shower cap. It's also a good idea to bring a few extra hangers. Free drinking water is available in the lobby. Overall, it's decent.

Traveling solo and needing a short-term place in Sydney, I chose this hotel for its central location. It's really well-situated, close to Central Station, and within walking distance to World Square and Town Hall. However, the room was incredibly small – even for one person, the space felt cramped. I had booked for 11 nights but couldn't stand it after just 4 and ended up checking out early. If you have a lot of luggage, be warned, there are many steps from the elevator to the rooms. Also, the cleanliness was terrible; the desk was covered in dust. I had to wipe everything down myself before I could even settle in.

The room was tiny, and quite dusty and poorly cleaned. However, the staff were very friendly. Initially, I was given a dark room on the first floor, but when I wasn't happy with it, they kindly moved me to a brighter room. I had a lot of luggage, and the front desk agent even helped me carry my bags and showed me to my new room. Overall, it's alright for a layover, but not suitable for a longer stay.

Nice and presentable on the surface, but have you used the washroom?! Have you been to the lower floor?!

Great food, enough portions. Opens till late. The only drawback for me is sharing table with other people. Busy all the time. Live local Thailand music. I don’t understand it but it was good. A must try place for sure. I missed eating crape so I’m waiting to go back. (The crape stall closes at 11pm).

Great pad thai and iced Thai coffee. Friendly staff and a popular spot for local Thais which is a good sign. We will go back.

As a fan of Thai food, this place truly delivers. There is a very pleasing aesthetic be with the bricked walls and urban-esque decoration. Service is always extremely quick, and food is very delicious. Highly recommend.

came in for a work lunch, we had pre-ordered via email. There was no soap in the bathroom, advised the manager, he said he'd take a look & never got back to me. I then asked the waitress who went into the bathroom, came out & never got back to me. I then asked the manager again & he came out of the bathroom with soap still on his hands held up as if I were incapable of operating the soap dispenser but clearly the waitress had fixed it without advising anyone. Of the pre-ordered meals, they had left one out and advised we never ordered it yet we had email confirmation that we infact had.Poor service, food was sub-par and above all, overpriced. Would definitely avoid.
