The location is great, very close to Chinatown. However, the staff were incredibly rude, and the room was tiny. I mean, frighteningly small – you couldn't even open your suitcase properly. Aside from the excellent location, there's absolutely nothing else positive to say about this place.

Excellent location, Short walk from Central station, across from paddy’s markets, a short walk to Datling Harbour, the rooms were clean, bed super comfy, I like how the toilet was separate from the bathroom, the room was really cute and quant and the staff are super friendly and accommodating, would highly recommend

We had a good stay at The Ultimo Hotel Sydney. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which made a positive first impression. The facilities were great, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to transport and plenty of restaurants nearby that stayed open late at night.

The only area that needs improvement is the housekeeping. There were some marks on the bedding sheet, and one of the pillows appeared to have what looked like old dried blood and yellow stains. Aside from this issue, our overall experience was pleasant. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this hotel would be even better.

Super tiny. I felt like I spent a night in a prison cell.
But it is right in Chinatown(and 5mins from Chinatown team stop), opposite to Paddy market where you can get real fresh fruits. Haymarket is not far either, a great place for a decent meal.
Need anything else, woolworths supermarket is 30m away!
Central Station is 7mins away!
Superb location. Just that the room without windows will be difficult if stay for more than 1 night.

Excellent location in Sydney at an affordable time. Our room was quite dated, particularly the bathroom that gave out hostel vibes divided in the middle by a partition between shower and toilet. Bed was comfortable and check in/out was easy.

Was lovely. Expensive for what was on offer and they made us move everynight. But wasn't a problem for us.

Very good service front desk staff, helpful and politely, the day we move out to rush bus around 6pm they still provide us free shower room with hotel’s towel. If hv change go back Sydney will stay again.

My most favourite yumcha restaurant in Sydney! Take a group or take a date for some early morning yumcha.

Food: 10/10 delicious and perfect
Service: 7/10 expect the usual service
Ambiance: 9/10 simply beautiful

Worth it? Definitely a must try if you love yumcha!!

One of my favourite yum cha places. Service is great expect for the 'managers' dressed in black who attempt to avoid any physical work. Yum cha selection is great and the trolley ladies are always kind and hospitable. Avoid ordering an alcoholic beverage and just drink the tea for goodness sake.

⁉️Please update the opening time?
Which is 12:30pm not 5:30pm, so lunch is available there.

Good to have a clean Chinese Restaurant in China town Sydney which is enjoyable. But just two of us can’t order the signature crab or lobster because all of them are in big size. I am expecting a ‘Dim Sum set’ which is AUD 22 for few different kinds of Dim Sum but just not available in this branch. Prawn dumplings is good.

Well you can also go China town shop for the dry or frozen Abalone ??‍♀️

We have Been going to the fox studio one since I was a toddler but now we try to only occasionally go to the city one because every time we go the price keeps getting steeper and secondly the service keeps getting worse and worse. Our friend use to work here and always made sure to serve us so it’s really hard in his memory to leave a review like this but I can’t say much about the restaurant anymore. Don’t get me wrong the food is okay but not worth the rude staff.

I have been going for decades! You don't go there to order regular dishes, they're not that great. You have to order the big ones like crab and lobster with noodles, whole fish, pippies, prawns, large abalone that is thinly sliced, or individual abalones, and oysters. I love the atmosphere and am used to the service of Chinese restaurants and you have to be comfortable with it being busy and noisy. I especially love coming after midnight after a big night out. My favourite Chinese restaurant.

It's great to be able to have a great dinner late after work. The food is very good, the pippies and squid are amazing, the Braised Mud Crab with Diced Pork and Vermicelli in Hot Pot so tasty. Great food, great service.

Bit of an institution which has an extensive menu of seafood and non-seafood dishes.
Beer and Wine list is very extensive and covers everything from Grange to the French Reds to the standard Australian wines.

Service is always good and whenever you order shellfish they'll bring it out for you first before they cook it.

They're open till late so well worth it on the way home from the City.,
