The hotel is super nice and comfortable. We ordered in room dinning and the food was good as well. Recommend!

Facilities: When I booked, I was drawn to the bathroom window's promise of a great view. However, upon arrival, I was utterly disappointed. The window opened directly onto a building less than 10 meters away. I then realized that the more expensive room types were on lower floors, and below the tenth floor, the view from the window was almost completely obstructed. The scenery shown in the promotional images was a total deception.
Cleanliness: Overall, the hygiene was quite good.
Environment: It's located at the end of Chinatown, and the tram stop is right downstairs, which is very convenient.
Service: Pretty good.

Finally, a heads-up to friends driving: absolutely do NOT fall for the parking garage entrance ads that claim parking after a certain time costs only around twenty-something dollars! It's a complete scam. We parked after 5 PM, and the next day, it showed a charge of $170! When we went to check, the outdoor ad had changed too. That's when I discovered that all the reviews for this parking garage on Google Maps were from people who had been scammed. It's truly disgusting. We contacted the hotel, and they managed to get it reduced to $60.

Great location! Plenty of dining, shopping, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel staff were very accommodating and assigned a suitable room as per my request, which was a thoughtful and excellent service.

Right next to Melbourne's Chinatown, so dining and transportation are incredibly convenient. The hotel lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated. Getting to the airport is also very easy. The service is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. I'll definitely be back!

Great location, with a supermarket downstairs and QVB within walking distance. It seems to be a regular hotel for China Eastern and Xiamen Airlines crews, as I saw many airline staff having meetings downstairs every morning. The housekeeping is a bit strange though; they managed to roll up my charger with the sheets while cleaning the bed. Not sure if it was intentional or just careless work.

The location is genuinely great, right in Chinatown. Downstairs, you can find anything you want to eat. It's a perfect spot for Chinese tourists because you can get Chinese food anytime. If you need a convenience store, there's one right next door. You can also head to Chinatown for noodles in the morning. Across the street, there's a theater currently showing a Michael Jackson musical.

You can check in online in advance; they'll send you an email. I checked in at the front desk, and the Indian guy was very friendly. They gave me a high-floor room. The room size isn't big, but it's just right for one or two people. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and it's very clean. However, there's no complimentary bottled water or slippers, which really surprised me. The bathroom also lacks a bath mat, so be careful when showering. Otherwise, everything else is pretty good.

The gym isn't large, but the equipment is sufficient, with plenty of machines for compound training. I didn't opt for breakfast because there are so many food options downstairs, all within walking distance. The lobby bar on the ground floor is lively in the evenings.

Overall, the price-performance ratio is excellent, but many things are minimalist, like the lack of slippers and water. The location is good, and the comfort level is adequate. So, if you prioritize price and location, this place is a solid choice.

Gorgeous hotel with nice services and comfortable environment. Locating in a very convenient area which are close to other attractions and nearby restaurants, and shopping centres.

The location was good, but when we stayed, the tram tracks near Southern Cross Station were under maintenance. This meant we couldn't take the tram directly from the hotel to the station for the airport bus.

Stay in a room with 2 king beds. Very clean and spacious room. Children rare very excited with the 2 game machines.

The hotel is located near Chinatown, with many Chinese restaurants nearby. There's also a supermarket next to the hotel for daily necessities. We booked a suite with two king-size beds (1.8m each) and it came with four breakfasts, even though there were only three of us. We booked two rooms in total, but both were placed on the fourth floor, which made us wonder if it was intentional.

The soundproofing at the hotel is excellent. Our room was across from an equipment room that was very noisy outside, but once we closed the door, we couldn't hear a thing. My only complaint was that the curtains in the hotel didn't block out light very well, with two noticeable gaps along the edges. The breakfast wasn't very rich; there wasn't much to eat.
