The location is super convenient, close to both the bus and train stations. The staff were really friendly, and the mattress was one of the most comfortable I've experienced in a hostel! The neighborhood was also pretty quiet at night. Overall, I'm very satisfied! I'd recommend checking out the terrace for a cup of tea – the view overlooking the neighborhood is lovely.
The room is good but is too small. Easily accessible and friendly staff.
Good for solo traveller, great location
Very nice hotel in convenient location. Amazing view. Highly recommended
The room was very quiet, and the bathroom was spotless. The kitchen area was large and well-equipped. They have a cinema, study room, rooftop, kitchen, and gym. The night view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning.
I like here there're a lot of toilets, but sometimes it's dirty, but overall it was comfortable and cozy and it's a bummer that the blanket.

I enjoyed the unique look hotel, it felt comfortable and relaxing. I had a very nice stay. The rooms were quiet & were spacious than most places. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
The property is very unique and the rooms are very clean and perfect location for tourists, had an amazing stay and will definitely come back again!
I have been coming here for years on business it is close to everything I need, very central for all my customers. I feel more like family when i arrive and are go out of their way to help in any way they can have already book my next business trip
Room was in need of some renovation and a good clean. Is directly across from a busy metro trsin line
I always stay at Quest Prahran when in Melbourne. The staff are super helpful, the rooms are very clean with everything you need and the location is fantastic. Also pet friendly, doggo gets super excited when we stay as well. Large dog friendly park is just a few blocks away and pet shop right over the road. Highly recommended

We stayed in a one bed room apartment that was a good size had all the amenities for an apartment. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The location is excellent and close to trams, trains, restaurants, bars and everything worth enjoying in the city
We have been truly spoilt with a five room suite kitchen, lounge, study nook, bedroom and a huge bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped and bathroom toiletries are good quality and generous. Laundry services are available. The hotel is really centrally located, within walking distance to the most amazing restaurants and trams. Beautiful hotel with helpful staff.
This Sebel is in an excellent location for visiting the Melbourne CBD with it's laneways, restaurants, shops and bars. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious, although a little outdated and dark. They are well equipped except for a decent coffee maker.
We had a short stay in a one-bedroom king deluxe room which was a large 95 sq metres and our room was located on the 7th floor with courtyard views. This is one of my favourite properties in the Melbourne CBD. Location is great and a very short walk to Flinders Street Station. There are several restaurants in the street as well as a convenience store. Room is spotless, and very roomy with two tvs...
We spent a week here nine years ago and enjoyed then and enjoyed our stay as much, if not more than before. Having a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom with a king sized bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect for a stay in Melbourne.
Stayed here for 6 nights and the apartment was spacious, well laid out with plenty of things close to see. Melbourne over Christmas is a bit crazy but there’s plenty to do and the trams in the CBD are free so easy to get around. The apartment has full cooking facilities but there’s a great Vietnamese restaurant nearby that cheap & delicious.

My Husband and i Stayed here for one night.
we had a one bedroom apartment with water view. which is rather nice.
the apartment is set up better for long stay with some facilities to cook for yourself and some ability to store things in a giant fridge.
However the downside is that it isnt very soundproof, so the noisy kids playing in the street can be very annoying.

This place is walking distance to all the downtown shops. The fabulous Melbourne library is a block away (seriously go check it out) and of course food is just around the corner.

great staff they were very helpful
We stayed here for 2 nights. Room was a bit old but clean and tidy. Aircon system might be confusing for some people but they are happy to help you to set it.

Great location being right at Melbourne Central. The rooms and hotel was generally dated, could do with a refurb, but was clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly, would stay here again in future for location alone.
We have stayed here many times and initially the central location was the main draw card. Over time we have come to appreciate the extra space in the rooms and the facilities available. The staff are always efficient and pleasant and we will continue to return
It's a cozy place to stay when you want to see Melbourne. It's located in Melbourne CBD. The Staffs are very friendly. We were staying here from 29 Dec 18 - 2 January 19 (M.C, A.G & J.M) Thank you~😘

Have stayed at this hotel a few times and think it’s pretty good for what it states to be. Always a good Room rate even though the building itself is a touch old and under developed.

Clean, quiet, easy to travel to. Really love it.

The hotel's location and transportation are very convenient. There are various restaurants and coffee shops, shopping malls, etc. nearby, and it is within walking distance to many attractions in Melbourne city.
Great location for Comedy Festival season. Theatres opposite, right and left.
It was like the Paris end of that street had insomnia ; constant human traffic.

Great location, ignoring the trams you can walk almost everywhere (don't ignore the trams!) Rooms are well appointed and great when you compare what a traditional hotel gets you. Kitchenette, sofa, plenty of room for when you just need an hour or two to recharge for the next activity.
Clean and comfortable. Great location next to the Athenaeum. Reception staff are lovely. Easy check in and check out.

Hotel has a great vibe. Rooms are spacious. Large TV in the lounge area and bedroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. Car park a very short walk from the hotel and you can go in and out as often as you like. I travel a lot and can strongly recommend.
Great location for restaurants, very clean with everything you need. Only downside was very small basin in bathroom.
Fantastic location close to shops and the theatre. It is always a fun place to stay with friendly, helpful staff, lovely decor and comfy beds. I love the happy hour drinks, coffee machine and the lollies!
I had the most amazing experience at Laneways by Ovolo. From the moment we arrived, the staff were beyond kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Room was immaculate. Way above expectations. Downfall was small bath towels, over firm bed and ridiculously flat pillows, otherwise you would have gotten excellent on everything.
A clean, accessible and budget conscious option in a great area of Melbourne.
This time I went to Melbourne, Australia and stayed in this hotel after being recommended by a friend. It was a very nice hotel, very clean, the price was not high, and there was public transportation nearby which was very convenient.
Nice room. Stayed on second floor and had to carry my luggage up the stairs which was tiring. Room is clean and everything is fine
Exceptionally comfortable, wonderful service and convenient access to local venues, cafes and restaurants… thoroughly recommend this motel.
I had a good stay at St Georges Motor Inn, it's close to the city and across from the tram stop so it's very convenient.

Good size modern and spacious apartment. Beds were comfortable. Quiet and excellent location close to city shopping centre and cafeterias. Walk in shower was great. Gavin and Helen provided excellent service and friendly staff. Much appreciated. We will stay again. No complaints.
It was very well priced for a self containedAs I apartment, in little Collins St Melbourne city. But so noisy and with all buildings around you the blinds were kept down most of the time, a bit like being in a fish bowl. Very conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne. Hotel is dated and aged but still nice to stay at. Everything works fine and the essentials such as airocondition, TV, access keys,.. have been updated. Lobby staff were helpful and room was very generously sized for such a location.
What a little treasure... firstly - a shout out to the young lady who checked us in the other day (March 2019) - she was one of the FRIENDLIEST and happy workers I have ever seen and it made such a huge difference to our stay. Keep up the good attitude young lady it will take you far!
Now for the room... it was OK.... the only downside was after it was cleaned there was a distinct smell of bleach all...
Friendly staff and quite nice rooms considering the price. The location is great. I didn't find anything wrong with the room or hotel in general. I would definitely stay again.
Location is great, just one street away from the mall. Rooms are clean and staff have been very polite.
Room a bit rundown. Noisy lift. Great location.
Great location. The decor is a little dated and when I stayed 8-11 August '17 they have just started renovating the ground and 1st floor. The room was on the top floor and a bit smaller than I expected but it was clean and serviceable since it was just somewhere to sleep. Plenty of nearby places to eat so the lack of on site dining was no issue.

For some reason, during my six-night stay, I interacted with 90% of the staff, and they were all expressionless.
I arrived at the hotel around 2:30 PM for check-in. I had booked a triple room, but upon entering, there was only a double bed. The room phone didn't answer when I pressed "reception," so I went to the front desk to inquire. The staff, still expressionless, told me that a colleague would...

Lovely stay in a 1 bedroom apartment with river view. Great staff at reception who couldn’t have been more helpful. Amazing view over looking the Yarra river and Southbank. The ****** gas canons going off every hour at night was a surprise attraction. Would definitely stay again.
This hotel was the best value and quality I have experienced in many years
the Wi-Fi is **** which cost me extra data
The location and reception service were excellent. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and before Covid the in‑room dining was a real highlight. Since the restaurant has re‑opened, the in‑room dining service and menu seem to have diminished in quality and variety. The experience felt more like a generic delivery service than the restaurant‑style service the hotel once offered.
The room is spacious and comes with various kitchen utensils. The sofa bed in the living room is also very comfortable. However, avoid staying in a low-floor river view room, as the riverfront is right next to a train track and a road, which might make it difficult to sleep.

Great location, had an issue with the parking on the 2nd night that couldn’t be resolved thru the support services, Had to park in the public parking around the corner. A awaiting the $45 refund.
1 bedroom apartment was very average, you can definitely get nicer accommodations in the CBD for a similar price. Balcony was almost non existent only a small metal frame to stand on, no outdoor seating. The kitchen had a stove top but no pots or pans to use.
