I'd like to commend Ann, the lovely Thai staff member. She was incredibly helpful. The hotel is very close to the tram, making it super convenient for getting around. There's also parking available for 30 AUD per night. The room was very spacious. I visited in April and was lucky the weather was cool, as the air conditioning didn't seem to be very effective. I had to open the balcony door and close...
Clean and relaxed space and friendly staff.
I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend here. The location was ideal for me.
Room was quiet and the bed comfy although when we arrived and checked in we went to our room and all the dirty linen was still on the floor in the room. Other than that we had a great stay. The food in the restaurant was very nice we had a great dinner.
Great location by the Yarra River and on a main tram line to city centre
Great hotel, very clean. I didn't get the room I booked the last night I stayed. No complaints...
Only a couple of things:
$200.00 deposit. Be aware, most hotels have a $100.00 deposit.
No teaspoons or stirrers for tea and coffee supplied, only to be told I should have pre-requested them. What the...?
The hotel is upmarket without the snobbish feel, Thu - Fri has happy hour if that's your thing...

Close to the airport with shuttle service, everything else was just okay. The shuttle driver was really good, very accommodating. We arrived too late, so for safety, we decided to stay near the airport. It's a decent option if you're looking for a layover hotel.
Beautiful souls 🤍
I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure...
Decent and convenient hotel for short stay with comfortable rooms. Airport transfer is highly convenient especially for early morning flight.
I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Westmeadows for the second time and once again I wasn't disappointed.
The whole process was seamless, from choosing my standard of room to phoning them on my arrival at Melbourne airport and phoning for their complementary shuttle bus service
I had a 10 minute wait for the nice shuttle bus driver and when you arrive at reception after a 5 minute trip you are greeted...
Minutes from airport and many eating places within walking distance.
This was the only hotel during my 15-day trip in Australia that didn't give me a room at the very end of the hall and didn't secretly downgrade my room type. All the staff were wonderful. There was an elderly white gentleman, I think his name was John, who drove me to the subway station. He was worried I'd take the wrong train back, so he even wrote down directions for two bus routes I could take and...

Good service for after hours check in
PIck up and delivery from and to the airport was very easy. I called and they came right away.
The room was spotless and very comfortable. They had a food cart for breakfast and dinner and both meals were excellent.
I highly share this hotel.
2nd time staying here. Overall had been a positive experience. Was able to do some simple cooking over the stove and made breakfast. The guest laundry was useful for business travelling as well.
A great value for money place to stay
Very friendly staff and very clean rooms
There's no complain that I can come up with cause in my opinion, I love this hotel. Though you need a car to drive out for food.
Nice clean hotel. Convenient location for short term stay being so close to the airport minimising travel time for catching flights. Staff polite and helpful with check in and check out. Felt safe and secure during stay.

Beautiful room with large ensuite bathroom. Staff were helpful with accommodating an early check-in. Split system heater/ air-conditioning worked very well. I love the black tea sachets and mini metal kettles!
Friendly staff, kind and helpful. It was a pleasant stay.
I would stay there again on my next visit.
Good for one people stay caused it is not much space. Ameities can requested at reception. Location quite good can walk to Southern Cross station, Flinder Station or Town Hall station. For Uber, driver might drop you at the closest street, Flinder Lane. Easy walk just 1 mins but quite hard if you have 2 luggages.
The hotel is about an eight-minute walk from the Southern Cross Airport bus stop. The front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early. The room, though compact, had everything we needed. The only downside was the somewhat limited space in the shower. I'd recommend this hotel for those catching an early flight.
This is a great hotel in Melbourne! Trams are in every corner and you’re just a short walk away from the Southern Cross Station. Room is spacious and has all the things I need. The staff are all warm and accommodating. Will recommend!
All are good except
1) The floor got noise when I was walking.
2) The bed is not anchored. It moved when I tried to sit.

Really great apartment with full kitchen bathroom and living room - so much space. Only problem was checking in, very confusing and the lady was unhelpful. Didn’t have WiFi for one day.
Stayed in mid-February.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a washing machine and dryer. There was a sour smell upon entering the room. Keeping the window open temporarily eliminated the smell. Body lotion and a hair dryer were provided, but toothbrush sets, shampoo, and conditioner were not.
There was a microwave and a fairly large refrigerator. It's a little far from the center, so it's outside...
Just as advertised. Awesome to have a washer and drywr in room available. A shame the fridge freezer didnt work too well.
The lift smelt like fish the entirety of our stay (? the carpet). Sadly, the carpark was not tall enough for my car. We live 4 hours ago & rang to check before getting on the road with no answer. A voicemail was left & just horrific/relentless hold music!! The bed was very comfortable.
Room was quite run down, dirty, felt really unclean unfortunately. Shower was grimey, sheets did not feel clean, dishwasher was terribly dirty. Great location
Was certainly adequate, albeit it's all a bit faded & tired. The rooms are large. Not fussed that on a multi-night stay the room was unserviced but extremely disappointed that when I requested new towels, soaps etc my request was ignored & nothing provided.

The price was good, the staff were incredibly friendly, and its proximity to Melbourne's Southern Cross Station made sightseeing in the city very convenient.
Give us different room ,we paid for king room city view , they gave us room with apartments neighbour balcony view, double bed .
Location was close to The City. Convenient to walk around and get transportation. Staffs are not very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Great location near the harbor with beautiful views, and convenient transportation. The cabinets and kitchenware are fully equipped and very easy to use!
However, the bathroom needs some improvement:
1. The shower only has an overhead rain shower, no handheld spray, which is not very convenient to use.
2. There's no clothesline or drying rack on the wall, so there's nowhere to hang towels...
Excellent! I'll definitely be back next time. The value for money here is outstanding, making it a superb choice whether you're traveling for business or leisure. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, this one truly excels in both service and facilities.
We always like staying here due to the convenience of Southern Cross Station and DFO. Just a few suggestions would be:
-Shower screen is too small
-better coffee in the room
-Room service food options would be good
-Usb connections in the bedside lamps didn't seem to work.
-Executive suite should have king size beds
-There were no blankets in the cupboards

Fantastic customer service and a well run hotel. The front office staff are amazing and were super nice to our two girls. Special mention to Ross and Deb for going that little extra mile that separates this place from the rest. The kids loved the pool and Xmas tree. Thank you for everything and we will be back
The place is old and really needs some work doing. Walls are paper thin. They had a party down stairs and it was so loud we couldn’t get to sleep til it had finished. Then we were woken by the neighbour showering at 6am on a Sunday. Room is nice and clean and beds were comfortable. Shower has a rainfall head which is annoying and looked to be falling out of the roof. Drainage isn’t great, so the bathroom...
Enjoyed our stay, nice clean room, comfortable bed, quiet. Really need to do something about a door for the shower, bathroom floor gets very wet. Downstairs bar was great, tapas was yum. Breakfast was good. Top floor pool looked like a great place to be on a hot day.
Spent two nights in a spa suite. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet was great. The room was a little dated and I hate the little milk servings the provided. I like milky coffee and was going down stairs three times a day to get more milk! However the spa was awesome! Better than anything I have seen in 17 years of hotel stays.
Rooftop has a great view. Staff good. Good night
My husband and I have just come back from staying here. The staff are very polite and charming. The rooms were very nice and room service was excellent.

The check in host was late and it was already a late check in at 4pm. The unit was clean, kitchen was good and location was perfect. However, the unit needed some upkeep. Beautiful view from 27th floor but carpet was old and dirty and when taking a shower there was a huge leak on the carpet in the hallway. People at reception desk were quite rude as they acted for the people who owned apartments in the building not for the renters

Very easy check in and check out. Friendly staff.
Clean room, tidy kitchenette, leafy street outlook (B3), parking undercover (just be mindful of your height) friendly staff. Easy walk to Acland, Fitzroy Sts and the beach.
The bathroom was average at best. No storage space or shelves. Shower is tiny. The balcony has no privacy and was very dirty, cobwebs and excessively dusty.
Great to have laundry, however the dryer kept cutting out…took me 4 hours to finally get my washing dry!
Fantastic location and friendly helpful staff.
The unit needs some upgrades to be top shelf. Stove top has two speeds, stop and flat out. Chopping board, cutting knife and frypan were quite dismal. Lounge wasn’t comfortable.
Otherwise everything was wonderful. Hope these things can be fixed before next visit.
Very nice property, clean and spacious. Location was a bit out of the way with not a lot of good shops nearby. Some nice cafes nearby though.

Very kind & friendly front staff.
Nice location & convenient room.
Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Location is close to the trams on St Kilda Road as well as the new ANZAC train station. There are cafes and grocery stores within walking distance.
Building is very secure, you have to use a special fob to get in the building, use the elevators, enter/exit the garage.
Kitchen was equipped with plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans etc. However...
We didn't use the laundry or kitchen, but handy if you did need it.
As for the "free self parking " I had to pay for parking $25.
Can I get this back ?
Over all the stay was very good and we are likely to use it again
Very easy to deal with great facilities in the perfect location.
There was confusion at check in even though I confirmed two days prior. I had reserved 2 rooms preferably next to each other. Other party arrived before me and given my room even though it was booked in my name . When I arrived my room was on a different floor and confusion reigned for a short while. Finally all was sorted with 2 rooms on the same floor.
However, rooms were extremely clean, all amenities...

Stayed 2 nights with the hotel. Reception by the team and especially Patty was excellent. Only shortfall was that the pool wasn't available (had a Pride event taking place that weekend.)
It was really hard for me to step outside of my home. My friends pushed me to come out with them to see John Course play, but my mental health has not been at its best. It is not easy carrying a disability that people cannot see. I was nervous and extremely anxious, and most of the time I avoid going out because of it.
But tonight ended up being one of the most important nights I have had in a long...
I stayed here for a week in total.
Great location near the beach and tram stops. Modern interior. The price difference between the boutique and deluxe room can be small but the difference is huge. Service can make or break a place, and Patty was so welcoming and accommodating and cool - she made my stay.
Really great experience, only a 700m walk from Acland street as well. They also gave us a discount for the late-night booking, which was a pleasant surprise. We called up a few minutes and booked our room, which was the final room remaining! The attendant was polite, efficient, and just an all-round a great guy. The room itself was small, but as expected, very clean and a well-stocked minibar and safe...
Nice bed and good location but the light switches were all messed up / mislabeled and it took us until the end of our trip to figure them out. Likewise the taps easily blasted us with cold or hot watrrq
Still love the location and design, but getting very tired..needs a good clean and paint job. Had to ask for a deep clean before my second night. Felt grubby.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. There are many shops nearby, offering a wide variety of delicious options, especially the coffee shop downstairs from the hotel, which serves excellent drinks. Overall, the experience was very pleasant.
This hotel is perfectly placed to explore the areas around South Yarra. The train station is a few minutes walk away at the top of the road on Toorak Road, with the CBD being only 2 stops away. It is just as easy to access other lovely areas around, such as Prahran Market, Brighton (famous beach huts) and many others. Very convenient, close to the station
Very conveniently situated beside a train station and tramt stop with abundant shopping and dining. A short walk away. Great holiday park with very new and clean facilities. Reception staff are really friendly with a can do attitude which really makes a huge difference. Yes it is a little tight at times but in my experience this is pretty normal in city centre locations. But you certainly don’t feel like you’re in the city here. The park backs onto a nature reserve and is in a nice part of the city.
I absolutely loved my stay at BIG4 Melbourne Caravan Park! The cabin was incredibly spacious and spotless, and the amenities were honestly the cleanest I’ve experienced — and I’ve stayed at a lot of caravan parks. The hotel definitely has a convenient side to it, but the room itself left quite a bit to be desired.
The first thing I noticed was the smell. Since the hotel sits above a pub, there was a constant pub-like scent lingering through the hallways and even inside the room. Some people might not mind it, but personally it made the space feel less fresh. The carpet also looked like it hadn’t been properly...
I had only positive memories of the hotel; I would love to stay there again. It's ideally located and has excellent transport links, clean, and comfortable. I also liked that the hotel building is old and warm.
Staff were so pleasant and lovely to deal with. Room was perfect for an overnight stay.
Great price, great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, overall id recommend
Room 207 was very good and it would have been even better if it had a toaster and some knives and forks. The hotel staff are terrific.
Comfortable rooms and good showers. There is no lift, and the stairs are quite steep, esp if you are on the second floor. Nice to have a nespresso machine in the room, although we had to ask for refills. No breakfast, but two good breakfast places a few steps away from the hotel. The room i had near lane was very noisy most nights, i will stay here again just in a quieter room
My idea & housekeeping idea of make room up completely different - i think make bed, clean & tidy room
Great location and excellent service. They let us check in at 7:30 in the morning, which was a huge relief at that hour. The hotel itself was decent. The windows are quite thin, so a lot of noise and cold air came in. Otherwise, it was very good.
The room is spacious, with a cooktop and a sink, which is ideal for cooking. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. However, the utensils including pots and pans were dirty. Although I booked for 2 nights, no shower gel nor hand wash was provided (empty containers). I had to ask the receptionist for toilet paper, as there was only half roll left in the bathroom.

Great value for money.
The room was clean and tidy, comfortable and the basic breakfast provisions were a welcome surprise. There was a bit of noise from outside the complex after 10pm but otherwise I had a good stay.
